Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of supervision in improving teacher performance, student academic achievement, and raising awareness of the importance of effective supervision in every aspect of school management. The research method used is a literature study, analyzing references from articles, journals, and other sources from the internet. The results indicate that effective supervision plays a crucial role in creating successful schools. Therefore, school management should invest time and resources in the training and development of supervisors, enabling them to provide the necessary support to teachers, principals, and education supervisors to achieve optimal educational goals. More broadly, the study shows that supervision is not merely an administrative task but an integral part of teacher professional development and the overall improvement of educational quality. Properly trained supervisors can directly impact teacher performance, which in turn contributes to student academic achievement. Thus, it is essential for all stakeholders—including government, school administrators, and communities—to understand that effective supervision is key to creating a conducive and high-quality learning environment. Educational success depends not only on curriculum or facilities but also on a well-functioning and sustainable supervision system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the organization of Islamic education marketing services at MTs Negeri 4 Musi Banyuasin. The method used in writing this article is a literature study or literature research by managing and analyzing reference sources from articles, journals, and other sources from the internet. The results of the study show that the organizational structure of educational marketing at MTs Negeri 4 Musi Banyuasin heavily relies on cooperation between various parties in the madrasa. Each part has its own duties and roles that support each other in achieving marketing goals, which are to increase the number of new student registrations and introduce the advantages of MTs Negeri 4 Musi Banyuasin to the community. With a clear structure and good coordination, educational marketing at MTs can run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of the school principal in building religious culture at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Musi Banyuasin. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, the data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects used in the research were school principal, teachers and students. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the role of the madrasa head used in building religious culture at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Musi Banyuasin is implementing the 5S culture (smile, greeting, greeting, politeness), holding morning assembly by reading and memorizing Tahfidz Al-Quran, before starting learning to get used to reading prayers before studying, carrying out Dhuha and noon prayers together, reading and memorizing Yasin and infaq every Friday with the aim of instilling the values contained in the Koran in students in implementing religious culture. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran kepala madrasah dalam membangun budaya religius di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Musi Banyuasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian kepala madrasah, guru dan peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran kepala madrasah yang digunakan dalam membangun budaya religius di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Musi Banyuasin yaitu menerapkan budaya 5S (senyum, salam, sapa, sopan, santun), Melakukan apel pagi dengan membaca dan menghafal Tahfidz Alquran, Sebelum memulai pembelajaran membiasakan membaca doa sebelum belajar, melaksanakan salat Dhuha dan zuhur bersama, membaca dan menghafal Yasin dan infak setiap hari Jumat dengan tujuan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Alquran kepada peserta didik dalam melaksanakan budaya religius.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the importance of planning in converting resources (HR) into achievements. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that in order to achieve success and competitive advantage, human resource planning (HR) plays an important role in managing human resources effectively and efficiently, namely a good HR planning process by analyzing human resource needs, resource analysis, preparation of HR plans, implementation and monitoring so that the needs of competent human resources will be increasingly met, increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Company, can further save the company's costs and budget, encourage more proactive behavior and the creation of harmonious working relationships within the company.
