Abstract

Abu terbang (Fly ash) berasal dari proses pembakaran batu bara yang terbawa ke atas dan tertampung pada alat pengumpul, sedangkan abu dasar berasal dari proses pembakaran abu bara yang jatuh dan terkumpul diatas tungku pembakaran (Furnance). Ciri-ciri abu terbang itu berwarna coklat dan hitam, butirannya sangat halus. Di Indonesia abu terbang muncul dari PLTU Paiton (Jawa Timur), PLTU Suralaya (Banten) dan PLTU Bukit Tinggi (Sumatera). Untuk PLTU Paiton pada tahun 1996 menghasilkan abu terbang sebesar 1 juta ton per tahun. Pada tahun 2000 menghasilkan abu terbang sebanyak 1,66 juta ton, lima tahun selanjutnya  diperkirakan akan mencapai 2 juta ton. Abu terbang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan tambah komponen bangunan yang menggunakan semen, oleh karena itu perlu upaya pemanfaatan abu terbang, yang dalam penelitian ini dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan campuran pada pembuatan batako, guna meningkatkan mutu batako.Penelitian abu terbang (Fly ash) ini mengunakan benda uji batako dengan perbandingan berat komposisi 1PC:5PS (sebagai kontrol) dan dengan variasi penambahan abu terbang sebesar 5 %, 10 %, 15 %, dan 20 % dari berat semen yang dipakai. Setiap komposisi dibuat 10 buah benda uji  dan pengujian dilakukan setelah benda uji berumur 28 hari dalam kondisi terawat.Dari komposisi Batako 1 sampai 4 masuk mutu HB 50 (sudah memenuhi syarat  untuk kontruksi), sedangkan pada komposisi ke 5 masuk mutu HB 30 (sebagai pasangan dinding pengisi). Jumlah abu terbang yang ideal untuk menjadi bahan pengikat menyempurnakan reaksi pada komposisi batako adalah sebesar 10%. Fly ash are impact from tilery process which brought upward and accomodated at equipment , while elementary ash are impact from combustion process of falling embers ash and collected to combustion stove , its color are black and brown, its prilled is very smooth. In Indonesia fly ash are waste from PLTU Paiton (East Java), PLTU SURALAYA (Banten) and PLTU Bukit Tinggi (Sumatra). For PLTU PAITON in the year 1996 yielding fly ash equal to 1 million tons per year. In the year 2000 yielding fly ash 1,66 million tons, while in the five year estimated will reach 2 million tons.Fly ash can be exploited as component of adding building component using cement, for the reason need to strive fly ash exploiting, which in this research exploited as component of mixture at making concrete block (batako), to increase quality of batako.Fly ash research (Fly ash) applied specimen batako with comparison of composition weight 1PC:5PS (as control) and addition of fly ash equal to 5 %, 10 %, 15 %, and 20 % from cement weight used. Every composition consisted of 10 fruit of specimen and examination is done after specimen through treatment and age 28 days.From composition Batako 1 until 4 admission quality of HB 50 (have been up to standard for construction), while at composition to 5 admission quality of HB 30 (as wall couple only). Number of ideal fly ashs to be fixative makes perfect reaction at composition batako is equal to 10%.

Abstract

مستخلص البحث:أهداف هذا البحث هي وصف أهداف القصر ووصف طرقه وأنواعه مع تحليله الموجودة في خمسة أجزاء من القرآن الكريم. ومدخل هذا البحث البحث الوصفي الكيفي. وبيانات هذا البحث ومصادرها هي الآيات القرآنية في خمسة أجزاء التي تشتمل على القصر. وطريقة جمع البيانات في هذا البحث هي التوثيق. وأدواته الباحث نفسه. وأما نتائج هذا البحث هي أهداف القصر في خمسة أجزاء من القرآن الكريم هدفان وهما تمكين الكلام وتقريره في الذهن والتعريض. وأما طرق القصر المستخدمة فيها أربع وهي القصر بالنفي والاستثناء والقصر بأداة إنما والقصر بالعطف والقصر بتقديم ما حقه التأخير. وأنواع القصر الموجودة فيها ثلاثة أنواع، وهي القصر من حيث طرفيه وباعتبار الواقع ومن حيث المخاطبين.الكلمات الرئيسة: القصر; خمسة أجزاء; القرآنAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah medeskripsikan ahdafu al-qashri, mendeskripsian cara bentuk qashr, jenis qashr beserta analisisnya yang ditemukan didalam 5 juz alquran. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskripstif kualitatif. Adapun data dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah ayat-ayat alquran didalam 5 juz yang mengandung qashr. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah peneliti (human instrument). Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah tujuan-tujuan qashr didalam 5 juz alquran ada dua, yaitu tamkin alkalam wa taqririhi fi adzdzihni dan atta’ridl. Adapun bentuk-bentuk qashr yang digunakan didalam 5 juz alquran ada 4, yaitu qashr dengan annafu wa alistitsna, qashr dengan innama, qashr dengan athaf, dan qashr dengan taqdimu ma haqqahu atta’khir. Sedangkan jenis-jenis qashr didalam 5 juz alquran ada 3, yaitu alqashru min haitsu tharfaihi, alqashru bi’tibari alwaqi’, dan alqashru min haitsu almukhathabin.Kata Kunci: Qashr, 5 Juz, QuranAbstractThe purposes of this research are describing ahdafu al-qashr, describing shapes of qashr, kinds of qashr in the analysis found in 5 sections of quran. The research approaching used in this research is qualitative descriptive research, the data and source of data used is letter of quran in five sections concist qashr. The method of data collecting used instrument documentation used is researcher (human instrument). And the result of this research is in five sections of quran there are: The purpose of qashr is in 5 sections of quran consist with purpose kinds tamkin alkalam wa taqririhi fi adzdzihni and atta’ridl. (2) Shapes of qashr are used in 5 sections of quran consists of 4 shapes, there are: qashr with annafu wa alistitsna, qashr with innama, qashr with athaf, and qashr with taqdimu ma haqqahu atta’khir.. Abstract

The goal in this study is defined as follows; 1.) To describe the implementation of the character model in MTs NU Banat Kudus in reality. 2) To describe and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of character-based management model in the MTs NU Banat Kudus. 3. To describe and analyze in the MTs NU Banat Kudus. This research is a field survey with a qualitative approach. Collecting data is using interviews, observation, documentation, and triangulation. Methods of data analysis are using methods developed by Miles and Hubermanwith three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. As for the location of this  research is at MTs NU Banat Kudusin academic year of 2014/2015. From the analysis of the data can be obtained findings of the study as follows: First, the reality of the development ofcharacter education model at MTs NU Banat integrative implemented in each of the learning that is done through lesson plans, learning implementation, and evaluation of learning. Secondly, the weakness of character development education model include: lack of time allocated;; and the ability of the students are not the same the strength include: teacher as professional educators; availability of instructional media. Third, the development of character-based management model is as follows: First, an inclusive strategy, namely to-insert the character education into all subjects/ fields of study) and in the learning process; secondly, the strategy of school culture; Third, self-exploration strategy; and fourth, peers assessment strategies.Penelitian ini bermaksud melihat secara nyata dari realitas pengembangan model manajemen berbasis karakter di MTs nu banat kudus. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini dijabarkan sebagai berikut; 1.) untuk mendeskripsikan realitas model manajemen berbasis karakter di MTs NU Banat Kudus. 2) untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kekurangan dan kelebihan model manajemen berbasis karakter diMTs nu banat kudus. 3. untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengembangan model manajemen berbasis karakter di MTs NU Banat kudus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan trianggulasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode yang dikembangkan oleh Miles and Huberman dengan tiga langkah, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Adapun lokasi penelitiannya sendiri adalah di MTs NU Banat Kudus Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Dari hasil analisis data dapat diperoleh temuan-temuan penelitian sebagai berikut: Pertama, Realitas pengembangan model pendidikan karakter di MTs NU Banat kudus dilaksanakan secara integrative dalam setiap pembelajaran yang dilakukan melalui perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Kedua, kekurangan pengembangan model pendidikan karakter di MTs NU Banat kudus meliputi: minimnya alokasi waktu; dan kemampuan siswa yang tidak sama kelebihan meliputi: guru sebagai tenaga pendidik yang profesional; tersedianya media pembelajaran; tersedianya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai; dan minat belajarsiswa yang tinggi. Ketiga, Pengembangan model manajemen berbasis karakter peserta didik di MTs NU Banat adalah sebagai berikut : Pertama, strategi  inklusif, yakni meng-insert-kan (memasukkan)pendidikan karakter ke dalam semua mata pelajaran/bidang studi) dan dalam proses pembelajaran; kedua, strategi budaya sekolah; ketiga, strategi eksplorasi diri; dan keempat, strategi penilaian teman sejawat.

Abstract

Good or not the services of government agencies can be measured through the implementation of Good Governance principle in the agency. One of the characteristics of Good Governance is accountability. This research aimed to examine the implementation of budget management accountability at Cilegon City Election Commision (KPU). This research employed a descriptive qualitative method. The data were collected through interviews, observations and document reviews. The analysis results showed that Cilegon City KPU still did not apply the good budget management accountability for example some procurement of goods and services and other facilities did not have clear evidence of transactions and some of them were unrealistic and did not correspond to the market price. Based on the research results, it is recommended that regular training ought to be conducted to develop the skills of budget administrators both of the Commission and the PPK and PPS. The Commission together with the Chairmen of the PPK and PPS needs to monitor the implementation of the budget in the field. The Commission should involve all stakeholders to discuss the budget accountability report.

Abstract

The existence of industrial waste has a negative impact, so it often becomes a problem for people's lives. One example is the waste from burning coal called coal fly ash (Faba). The problem-solving method uses Faba as a mixture of bricks through community service activities in the brick-making home industry group. Activities in the form of counseling and training on making bricks using Faba as a mixed material. In general, the quality of the bricks resulting from community service activities is in accordance with the standard SNI 03-0349-1989 the results of the minimum average compressive strength test for bricks are 27 Kg/cm2, and the highest compressive strength is 65 Kg/cm2, with a volume ratio of sand: cement is 6:1, Faba 60%, The benefits for the target audience (block makers in Peseng Hamlet, Bumi Ayu Village, Gerung District, West Lombok) are very helpful. Can save production costs and better brick quality, according to SNI 03-0349-1989 standards. Faba which is considered a waste material, can be utilized, and has a higher economic value.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas Kurikulum Pendidikan Muadalah Ula di Ponpes Darunur Al-Musthafa Palembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis manajemen dan implementasi Kurikulum Muadalah Tingat Ula. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif, dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui teknik observasi, wawancara langsung dengan pengurus dan juga pimpinan pondok beserta para asatidz pondok pesantren, serta dilakukan penggalian data melalui dokumentasi terkait kurikulum yang dilaksanakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pondok pesantren Darunnur Almusthafa sudah menerapkan kurikulum Muadalah Ula dengan baik, kurikulum ini merupakan kurikulum penyetaraan dan telah ditetapkan sebagai lembaga yang setara dengan lembaga pendidikan formal lainnya oleh Kementerian Agama. Ini penting dilaksanakan oleh lembaga agar santri memiliki pengakuan dalam proses pendidikan dan ketika santri keluar dari Pondok Pesantren bisa melanjutkan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi dan ada pengakuan yang jelas.

Abstract

This research is entitled “The Role of School Committees in Improving the Quality of Facilities and Infrastructure at MTs Mambaul Ulum Musi Banyuasin". The main objectives to be achieved through this research are: (1) to determine the role of the school committee in improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure at MTs Mambaul Ulum Musi Banyuasin, (2) to determine the factors supporting and inhibiting the role of school committees in improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure at MTs Mambaul Ulum Musi Banyuasin. In this study using a qualitative approach. In the process of collecting data, the author uses the method of interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: First, the role of the school committee in improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure at MTs Mambaul Ulum, includes: (1) as an advisory agency: the MTs Mambaul Ulum committee as a partner of the principal has given its considerations in every plan and programs that have been prepared by the school. (2) as a supporting agency, the role of the school committee as a supporting body for efforts to improve the quality of facilities and infrastructure at MTs Mambaul Ulum, can be in the form of financial support, energy, and mental support. For example, the committee helped build school facilities and infrastructure. (3) as the controlling agency, the school committee at MTs Mambaul Ulum controls or supervises the principal's decision-making or education planning in schools. (4) as a mediator (executive) the school committee as a liaison or mediator between the government, school parents and the community means that the aspirations of parents and the community or there is delivery of the school to the parents of students are all through the school committee. Second: The quality of facilities and infrastructure at MTs Mambaul Ulum is adequate and decent.

Abstract

As time goes by, the phenomenon of learning often changes in educational institutions in the country. This phenomenon is often faced by subject teachers, especially by Arabic language subject teachers. This variant learning phenomenon is a challenge for Arabic language teachers to anticipate the possibilities that cause mental degradation and failure to achieve students' understanding of Arabic language subject matter. The openness of Arabic teachers in choosing learning methods that must be applied every time they carry out teaching activities can project the achievement of basic educational goals that can be realized perfectly. Thus, Arabic language teachers must be able to develop good learning strategies, one of which can be done is to use effective and fun learning methods. One of the methods referred to is al-Thoriqoh al-Intiqo'iyah (electic method). The aim of this research was to identify Arabic Language Learning Innovations through al-Thoriqoh al-Intiqo'iyah in Growing Students' Interest in Learning Arabic at MA. Nurul Hikmah Besuki Situbondo. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. In this research, the researcher used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Apart from that, researchers in analyzing data use an interactive model which consists of elements in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and data analysis. Meanwhile, the data inspection technique for this research uses triangulation. The research results confirmed that al-Thoriqoh al-Inriqo'iyah was implemented in the Supreme Court. Nurul Hikmah repeated the positive results, students were able to grow interested in learning Arabic through modifying the learning method. The justification for the success of using al-Toriqoh al-Intiqo'iyah in the school is illustrated by the enthusiasm for learning which continues to increase in addition to the participation of students in various language activities

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational service marketing methods applied at MAN 1 OKU Timur in enhancing the appeal and image of Islamic education in the community. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study at MAN 1 OKU Timur. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the Head of the Madrasah, Siti Mu'arofah, M.Pd.I, as well as other relevant parties, such as teachers and students. The results of the study indicate that the use of educational marketing methods through social media, community-based promotions, and the utilization of religious events plays a significant role in introducing and promoting the values of Islamic education at the madrasah. This study is expected to provide insights for education managers to optimize marketing strategies in improving the school’s image.

Abstract

This article discusses the educational service marketing strategy implemented by MAN 1 OKU Selatan as an effort to strengthen the image and appeal of the madrasah amidst the competition in the education sector. The madrasah promotes flagship programs such as Tahfiz, Tilawah, Digital Class, as well as academic and non-academic achievements that have reached provincial level. The research was conducted using a case study method with interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The findings show that the marketing strategy, which focuses on promoting flagship programs, publishing achievements through social media, and offering diverse extracurricular activities such as sports, arts, and student organizations, significantly helps attract public interest. The use of digital media and good relationships with the community are key factors supporting marketing success. These results indicate the importance of an integrated approach in marketing educational services. As a recommendation, optimizing digital media and strengthening networks with alumni can further enhance the madrasah's competitiveness.
