Abstract

This study aims to analyze the authority Commission Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in investigations , inquiries and prosecutions criminal acts of corruption involving person The Indonesian National Army (TNI) is active . Focus The main research is based on Article 42 of Law Number 30 of 2002 concerning the Corruption Eradication Committee. This research is motivated by the challenges faced by the Corruption Eradication Committee in handling corruption cases involving active TNI members , considering existence difference jurisdiction between military courts and general courts. This study uses method legal normative approach​ legislation and case studies . The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from legal literature , legislation , documents​ official , and decisions - decisions relevant courts . The analysis was conducted using technique prescriptive to identify legal facts and data systematization based on theoretical framework that has been determined. The results of the study show that the KPK's authority in handling corruption cases involving active TNI personnel Still face various obstacles , especially related to the limitations jurisdiction and authority between the military courts and the Corruption Eradication Committee. Although Thus , Article 42 of Law No. 30 of 2002 provides a legal basis for the Corruption Eradication Committee to carry out investigation , inquiry , and prosecution of these cases . This study also found that the criminal law policy on the authority of the KPK needs to be strengthened so that it can handle corruption cases involving active TNI personnel in a way effective . The KPK has the authority to handle corruption cases involving active TNI personnel , but there needs to be more coordination​ Good between the Corruption Eradication Committee and agencies military to overcome constraint jurisdiction . This study suggests the need to revise the laws that regulate the authority of the Corruption Eradication Committee and the military courts to ensure the effectiveness of handling corruption cases involving active TNI personnel .

Abstract

Students' lack of ability to read the Koran and practice prayer is one of the factors inhibiting student achievement in learning. Religious education development aims to improve students' ability to read the Quran and practice prayer. This method is implemented by holding evenings for building knowledge and piety in which there are several activities including, teaching the science of recitation, teaching the recitation of the Koran, teaching ablution, teaching prayer, and teaching wirid. Through evening activities for building faith and piety, teachers can have more freedom in developing students so that learning achievement can be achieved and can be measured according to predetermined standards. Through the guidance of evening activities for building faith and piety, students experience development and improvement in terms of tajwid knowledge, reading the Al-Qur'an, worship, and wirid.

Abstract

This service is carried out to increase understanding of religion and the practice of Islam in the coastal communities of the Indragiri Hilir river, Tembilahan Kota Village, Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The service method uses the Participatory Action Learning System (PALS) method, a method that emphasizes the activeness and participation of partners in the learning process in the form of prayer practices, reading the Koran and its application in daily life. The results of the service show that there is an increase in understanding and practice of the partner's religion. This can be seen from the increase in mastery of reading and the practice of the five daily prayers, the ability to read the Koran and the enthusiasm of partners in seeking work that is approved by Allah through agriculture. To empower communities affected by prostitution, there needs to be synergy between the government and ulama or intellectuals to empower partners to get out of this dark world. Empowerment is not only in the form of material such as social service programs in the form of the Family Planning Program (PKH), programs from education services such as the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP), health services such as the Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS) but is also supported by local government policies through localization closures. , and from the Ministry of Religion and Intellectual Services to make it easier for partners to get out of their dark zones.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen bimbingan konseling di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Indragiri Hilir. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian  dianalisis menggunakan trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian, yaitu: Manajemen bimbingan konseling di MAN 1 Indragiri Hilir meliputi: Pertama; (1) menyusun jadwal bimbingan konseling, membuat ketentuan kegiatan bimbingan konseling yakni terbatas tiga anak dalam 1 hari. (2) melakukan koordinasi dengan kepala sekolah setiap mengambil keputusan. (3) bekerja sama dengan guru untuk mengintegrasikan kedalam setiap mata pelajaran dan (4) bekerja sama dengan orang tuan untuk bersama-sama memantau perkembangan belajar anak dalam kegiatan sehari-hari di rumah (4) membuat rekap kegiatan yang telah di laksanakan lalu di laporkan kepada kepala sekolah dan  evaluasi secara bersama-sama. Kedua: Faktor pendukung terlaksananya kegiatan bimbingan konseling di MAN I Tembilahan Indragiri Hilir yaitu: (1) adanya komitmen kuat dari kepemimpinan sekolah, (2) Keberadaan tenaga profesional berkualifikasi, (3) sumber daya yang memadai, (4) kemitraan yang baik dengan orang tua, (5) dan dukungan dari masyarakat lokal. Sementara itu, Faktor kendala manajemen bimbingan konseling di MAN I Tembilahan Indragiri Hilir yaitu: (1) keterbatasan sumber daya, (2) rendahnya kesadaran tentang pentingnya bimbingan konseling, dan (3) tantangan lingkungan yang tidak stabil menghambat efektivitas program. Dengan upaya bersama dari sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat, diharapkan bahwa kendala-kendala ini dapat diatasi untuk memastikan bahwa setiap siswa mendapatkan dukungan yang mereka butuhkan.

Abstract

Teacher empowerment is an effort of the leadership of educational institutions to improve teacher professionalism in teaching. This study aims to analyze teacher empowerment planning, teacher empowerment implementation, and teacher empowerment evaluation. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with observation data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman's model and analyzed data using data triangulation.  The results of this study are: in planning activities, boarding school leaders plan facilities and infrastructure, educators, provide autonomy and develop teacher competence. In implementing activities, the boarding school leadership instructs the preparation of learning programs, gives confidence in managing classes, utilizes facilities and infrastructure, optimizes teachers as mentors, class administration, and teacher leadership, and optimizes teachers to develop learning evaluations. Evaluation, Checking curriculum documents, supervising classrooms, and providing supervision. The leadership of the boarding school has tried to improve the empowerment of teachers to build student entrepreneurship but teacher empowerment has not been fully achieved, as teachers have not fully met the qualifications as professional educators, and the impact of the development of student entrepreneurship has not been optimal.
