Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of road improvements on improving the community's economic business in Mergosari village, Tarik, Sidoarjo. This research method uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection was done by conducting in-depth interviews with descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the impact of road improvements had a significant positive impact on increasing the economic efforts of the community in Mergosari village, Tarik, Sidoarjo. The implications of this research can be used as a basis for improving sustainable infrastructure development strategies to support local economic growth and community welfare in the region.

Abstract

This service activity aims to increase students' creativity in the Teaching Campus Program and their skills in writing scientific papers. The Teaching Campus Program provides opportunities for students to apply the knowledge learned in college to the surrounding world of education, as well as hone practical skills that are important in the world of work. In addition, students also need to be equipped with knowledge and understanding of the importance of scientific writing as a means of sharing the knowledge they have. The method used in this activity is Participation Action Research (PAR), which integrates theory with practice that has been carried out. The results of the service showed a considerable change in the students' ability to organize ideas, formulate scientific arguments, and increase their confidence in writing, which was seen from the number of subjects who were before and after the training. The success of this activity will also affect the development of students' character in facing the challenges of the world of work. Further developments in scientific writing training and the use of technology can have a wider impact.

Abstract

Pemasaran digital saat ini menjadi salah satu elemen penting dalam memasarkan bisnis di era kemajuan teknologi yang pesat, tak terkecuali bagi kalangan mahasiswa sebagai gen z yang menjadi bagian dari pengguna media sosial. TikTok menjadi salah satu platform populer yang menawarkan fitur live streaming yang memudahkan interaksi antara pengguna, kreator, penjual, dan konsumen. Gen z bereksperimen dengan berbagai format konten, seperti tutorial, unboxing, dan review produk yang membantu terciptanya interaksi yang saling mendukung antara penjual dan konsumen, persepsi gen z terhadap pengalaman berbelanja dapat membantu konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Persepsi Mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya terhadap Live Streaming TikTok dalam Menentukan Keputusan Pembelian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian suatu produk, yang ditunjukkan dengan menggunakan skala likert yang menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti informasi yang jelas, diskon yang menarik, testimoni, dan interaksi langsung semuanya berdampak positif dalam mendorong pembelian.
