Abstract

Effective educational planning requires a data-driven approach to optimize time, resources, and decision-making. Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) is a project management method that can support this, especially in large-scale educational projects. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of PERT in educational planning, with a focus on time optimization, resource efficiency, and data-based decision-making. The method used is a literature study, by reviewing various library sources such as journals, books, and research reports. The results of the study indicate that PERT is able to reduce project implementation time, improve resource efficiency and PERT supports data-based decision-making. In conclusion, PERT is an effective method to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of educational planning. Successful implementation requires training, technology support, and good coordination between stakeholders.

Abstract

The learning method is a systematic and orderly process carried out by teachers or educators in delivering material to their students. Through the learning method, it is expected that the teaching and learning process can run well. Thus, it is very important for an educator to know the methods in learning so that students feel more enthusiastic when participating in learning in the classroom. In addition, choosing the right method makes students not quickly feel bored or tired when participating in teaching and learning activities in the classroom. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how a teacher chooses a learning method. The method in this study is qualitative narrative, with data collected from the results of semi-structured interviews with a teacher. The results of this study indicate that there are 2 factors that a teacher can consider in choosing a learning method, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors include student characteristics, facilities and infrastructure, teacher experience and skills, and learning objectives. Then external factors include the curriculum and learning environment.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has changed many aspects of life, including in terms of administration and management of letters. In this digital era, the conventional letter system that uses paper media has gradually shifted to a more efficient digital system. Correspondence management in the digital era refers to the process of managing letters or correspondence by utilizing digital technology to improve efficiency, security, and speed in managing letters. Although correspondence management uses technology that can simplify the process, correspondence management is not free from things that can hinder the process. The purpose of writing this article is to find out what can be challenges or obstacles in managing digital-based correspondence. The results of this study indicate that there are several things that are inhibiting factors in correspondence management and several solutions offered by the author in overcoming these obstacles.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role and responsibilities of the principal in managing office management at SD IT Zia Salsabila Bandar Setia. Through a mixed methodology approach, this research identifies that visionary leadership, effective communication and coordination, and good human resource management are key factors in successful office management. School principals are not only responsible for academic activities, but must also be able to manage resources efficiently, overcome challenges such as budget limitations, and ensure administrative procedures run smoothly. This research also highlights the importance of a participatory approach in decision making and the use of information technology to increase efficiency and reduce administrative workload. It is hoped that the recommendations provided can be implemented to improve the effectiveness of office management, which ultimately contributes to better achievement of educational goals. This research offers a theoretical contribution to the educational management literature and a practical guide that can be adapted by school principals in a variety of educational contexts.
