A company that carries out its business activities in the field and/or related to natural resources is obliged to carry out its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This research was conducted at PT Riau Crumb Rubber Factory which is located in Sri Meranti Village. Raw rubber production activities into semi-finished rubbers have been routinely generating pollution for the environment and society, such as air pollution and water pollution. The problem is how the implementation of CSR PT Riau Crumb Rubber Factory to the community of Sri Meranti Village in Pekanbaru City? What are the obstacles and the legal effort based on Riau Province Regional Regulation Number 6 Year 2012? This research is a sociological law research. Source of data used in this research is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interview, and literature study. Data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative analysis. The result of this research is PT Riau Crumb Rubber Factory has implemented CSR, but has not fulfilled the expectation the community of Sri Meranti Village because it is not comparable with the pollution and environmental damage caused by the companys operational activities. The obstacle from the company side is the limited budget of CSR funds owned by PT Riau Crumb Rubber Factory to be able to meet all the needs of the community, while from the community side is the lack of legal knowledge of the community of Sri Meranti Village about CSR. The legal effort is that if PT Riau Crumb Rubber Factory does not implement CSR, the community of Sri Meranti Village can convey their aspirations to the DPRD of Riau Province for the company to be recommended to get administrative sanction from the government, such as the suspension of operational license of the company.

According to Article 50 of Law Number 41 of 1999 about Forestry, it is affirmed that everyone is prohibited from burning the forest, but in 2018 there were still forest fires in Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province with an area of approximately 50 hectares located in Concong District. The problem is how to enforce the law against forest crime in Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province according to Law Number 41 of 1999 about Forestry? The method used in this research is socio-legal research. The results of this research are that the implementation of Law Number 41 of 1999 about Forestry against forest fires in Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province has not yet proceeded as expected. The obstacles are the lack of public understanding of the benefits of the forest for the long term and the lack of law enforcement in the case of forest fires. Law enforcement is that Article 78 of Law Number 41 of 1999 about Forestry affirms that anyone who intentionally burns forest can be threatened with imprisonment and fines. In addition, if a criminal act of forest burning is carried out by a legal entity or business entity and / or on behalf of a legal entity or business entity, then the criminal sanction is added to 1/3 of criminal sanctions in Article 78 of Law Number 41 of 1999 about Forestry.

Bank adalah lembaga keuangan yang kegiatan usahanya yaitu menghimpun dana dari masyarakat, menyalurkan dana kepada masyarakat, dan memberikan pelayanan jasa keuangan. Salah satu kegiatan utama perbankan adalah menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dalam bentuk tabungan, deposito, dan giro. Masyarakat menyimpan dananya di bank karena percaya bahwa keamanan dananya tersebut akan jauh lebih terjamin daripada menyimpannya di dalam rumah. Menurut Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Perdata, dana nasabah yang disimpan di bank tidak termasuk ke dalam kelompok piutang yang diistimewakan apabila sebuah bank dinyatakan pailit. Permasalahan yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah perlindungan negara terhadap dana simpanan nasabah pada perbankan yang mengalami kepailitan? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, yaitu data yang diperoleh dari peraturan perundang-undangan, jurnal-jurnal ilmiah, dan literatur hukum. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2004 tentang Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan, perlindungan terhadap dana simpanan nasabah pada perbankan yang mengalami kepailitan dijamin oleh lembaga negara bernama Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan, bahkan hingga Rp2.000.000.000,- (dua miliar rupiah).

The need for understanding the existence of Industrial Relations Dispute Resolution (PPHI) based on Law Number 2 of 2004 concerning PPHI is very urgent in the company. There are a lot of workers and company personnel who do not / do not know about the existence of this regulation, if there are problems in the industrial field, the workers do not know the existing regulations, including understanding so that no disputes occur The solutions offered by the team are lectures, dialogues and discussions to solve the problems faced. The work procedures to support the methods offered are lectures held 1 (one) hour, and dialogues and discussions for 2 hours or according to the needs of partners as long as they are within the period of implementation of this program. The participation of partners in the community service program is to provide the place and time for program implementation and to present partner members as audiences. The output that will be produced according to the plan of community service activities is: for partners, of course, increased understanding of the Industrial Relations Dispute Settlement (PPHI) based on Law Number 2 of 2004 concerning PPHI. For the outcome proposals to be achieved are scientific articles and cannot be separated from the Tri Darma of Higher Education

Kebakaran hutan dan lahan bukan merupakan fenomena yang langka di Indonesia, khususnya di Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penegakan hukum terhadap kebakaran hutan dan lahan di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Provinsi Riau. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum sosiologis. Berdasarkan Pasal 50 ayat (3) huruf d Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 1999 ditegaskan bahwa setiap orang dilarang membakar hutan. Sejalan dengan itu, berdasarkan Pasal 69 ayat (1) huruf h Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009 ditegaskan bahwa setiap orang dilarang melakukan pembukaan lahan dengan cara membakar. Akan tetapi, pada tahun 2019 masih terjadi kebakaran hutan dan lahan di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir seluas 827 Ha. Implementasi Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 1999 dan Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009 terhadap kebakaran hutan dan lahan di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir belum berjalan sesuai harapan. Membakar hutan dan lahan merupakan tindak pidana. Penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana kebakaran hutan dan lahan merujuk pada Pasal 78 ayat (3) Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 1999 dan Pasal 108 Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009. Pemerintah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir dapat melakukan upaya pencegahan untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kebakaran hutan dan lahan dengan melaksanakan penyuluhan hukum kepada masyarakat serta meningkatkan peran masyarakat dalam menjaga kelestarian hutan dan lahan yang ada di sekitarnya.

Menurut Pasal 50 Ayat (3) Huruf d Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 1999 tentang Kehutanan ditegaskan bahwa setiap orang dilarang membakar hutan, tetapi dari hasil observasi yang dilakukan di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Provinsi Riau diperoleh informasi bahwa di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir setiap tahun rutin terjadi kebakaran hutan. Hal ini membuktikan lemahnya kinerja Pemerintah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir dalam mencegah terjadinya kebakaran hutan. Permasalahannya bagaimanakah peran pemerintah daerah dalam pencegahan kebakaran hutan di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Provinsi Riau? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum sosiologis. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana pembakaran hutan di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir adalah menurut Pasal 78 Ayat (3) Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 1999 tentang Kehutanan ditegaskan bahwa barang siapa yang dengan sengaja membakar hutan dapat diancam dengan pidana penjara paling lama 15 tahun dan denda paling banyak Rp 5.000.000.000,-. Pemerintah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir dapat melakukan upaya pencegahan untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kebakaran hutan dengan melaksanakan penyuluhan hukum ke tengah-tengah masyarakat mengenai larangan membakar hutan berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 1999 tentang Kehutanan dengan melibatkan pihak kepolisian dan masyarakat. The development of increasingly sophisticated information technology makes the world and life seem limitless and timeless. This of course leads us as users to always be wise and aware of the use and impact of using this technology. Especially in the current era of globalization, the use of technology isn’t limited to certain ages and circles anymore. This results in many factors that cause a child and teenager to be involved in criminal cases related to information and electronic transactions, one of which is the use of social media that makes news containing hate speech easily and quickly spread. In this community service program, it provides an understanding of the rules that must be obeyed and the legal impact on criminal acts of information and electronic transactions, especially regarding hate speech. The approach to solving partner problems with programs that have been mutually agreed upon within the period of realization of the service is counseling accompanied by dialogue, with work procedures to support the methods offered are counseling and dialogues are carried out in several meetings according to the needs of partners as long as they are still in the long term program time. Later in this service program, scientific articles will be produced in accordance with the proposed activity plan, while for partners it is increasing knowledge about information crimes and electronic transactions.Keywords: Law, Information and Electronic Transaction, Counseling.

Forest fires are not a rare phenomenon in Indonesia, especially in Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province. In 2019 there was a forest fire in Pelalawan Regency covering an area of ​​827 Ha and was directly visited by President Joko Widodo on September 17, 2019. This study aims to explain law enforcement against forest fires in Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province based on Law Number 41 of 1999 concerning Forestry . The method used in this research is sociological law research. Based on Article 50 paragraph (3) letter d of Law Number 41 Year 1999 concerning Forestry, it is stated that everyone is prohibited from burning forests. However, in 2019 there were forest fires in Pelalawan District covering an area of ​​827 hectares. The implementation of Law No. 41/1999 on Forestry against forest fires in Pelalawan District has not gone as expected. Burning forests is a criminal act. Law enforcement against the crime of forest burning in Pelalawan Regency, namely based on Article 78 paragraph (3) of Law Number 41 of 1999 concerning Forestry, it is stated that anyone who deliberately burns forests can be punished with imprisonment of up to 15 years and a maximum fine. IDR 5,000,000,000. The Pelalawan Regency Government can take preventive measures to minimize the occurrence of forest fires by carrying out legal counseling to the community regarding the prohibition of burning forests and increasing the role of the community in preserving the surrounding forests.
