Abstract

This study aims to explore the contribution of educational psychology in the development of an inclusive and adaptive learning system at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman Tarowang, in order to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Using a qualitative approach with the case study method, data was collected through in-depth interviews with teachers, and observation of the learning process. The results show that teachers' understanding of educational psychology significantly plays a role in the application of learning strategies that are responsive to the diversity of students, where the principles of educational psychology, such as developmental theory and learning styles, are applied to adapt teaching methods and create a participatory learning environment. These findings indicate that teachers who integrate the principles of educational psychology are able to increase adaptability in learning through the adjustment of materials and evaluation methods that suit the needs of students. Further training on educational psychology is needed to strengthen teachers' capacity to deliver truly inclusive and adaptive learning, in order to support the overall academic and social development of students

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji internalisasi nilai budaya Bugis-Makassar, yakni Sipakatau, Sipakalebbi’, dan Sipakainge dalam penerapan etika bisnis digital oleh pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Makassar. Di tengah perkembangan teknologi digital yang seringkali memunculkan praktik bisnis yang transaksional dan anonim, pelaku UMKM dituntut untuk tetap menjunjung nilai-nilai kejujuran, tanggung jawab, keadilan, dan integritas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Informan penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM di Kacamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan nilai 3S dalam etika bisnis digital terlihat dari nilai Sipakatau yang mendorong pelaku usaha untuk memperlakukan konsumen secara manusiawi, Sipakalebbi’ mengajarkan pentingnya penghargaan dan menjaga kehormatan dalam berbisnis, sedangkan Sipakainge berfungsi sebagai pengingat moral dalam komunitas usaha. Ketiga nilai ini membentuk karakter pelaku UMKM agar tidak hanya berorientasi pada keuntungan, tetapi juga menjaga kepercayaan konsumen secara etis dan berkelanjutan. Pelestarian nilai budaya lokal dapat menjadi fondasi penting dalam memperkuat etika bisnis digital.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital membawa dampak besar bagi generasi Alpha, terutama dalam membentuk moralitas mereka di media sosial. Keluarga memiliki peran utama dalam menanamkan literasi digital guna membimbing anak dalam memilah informasi, memahami etika digital, serta menggunakan media sosial secara bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran literasi digital keluarga dalam membentuk moralitas generasi Alpha. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan wawancara kepada orangtuan, pendidik, dan anak generasi alpha di Kota Makassar. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan literasi digital dalam keluarga melalui tiga tahapan yaitu pengenalan, pembiasaan, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi yang membantu anak dalam memahami batasan penggunaan media sosial dan dampaknya terhadap moralitas mereka. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan dalam pengimplementasiannya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kolaborasi antara keluarga, pendidik, dan pemerintah untuk menciptakan lingkungan digital yang lebih aman dan mendukung perkembangan moral anak.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the importance of economic education in a family environment based on local culture in an effort to increase family economic resilience. In the context of globalization and social change, families need to understand and adapt to economic principles that are relevant to everyday life. Local culture provides a strong foundation for shaping family economic thinking and behavior. One of the key aspects of family economic education is the development of economic literacy and good economic behavior. This research uses the PRISMA 2020 systematic literature review method, utilizing Scopus and Google Scholar as research databases, with search results obtaining 239 articles (Scopus = 39 articles with a time period of 2018–2022, and Google Scholar = 200 articles with a time period of 2018–2022). Then, selection and evaluation are carried out to obtain relevant articles. Meanwhile, data collection uses a systematic review by analyzing research manuscripts obtained from Google Scholar that have been indexed nationally and internationally in the last five years, which aims to answer research questions by summarizing various research results. In facing modern challenges, the existence of the traditions of the Kajang Tribe applies the principles of Tallasa Kamase-masea and Pasang as a strong foundation in all aspects of human life. Apart from that, these traditions also become the pride and identity of the Kajang Ammatoa indigenous people, strengthening the continuity of their culture in an environment that continues to develop. Based on the research results, it was found that economic education in the family acts as a catalyst to increase the family's economic resilience.
