Abstract

Religious education is also very important for a person to know the God who created it, without religious education, a person can live like an animal without the limitations of rules. However, along with the development of the times and technological advances, the value of Islamic education is fading in society. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the analysis show that the application of the three concepts of Islamic education - Ta'dib, Ta'lim, and Tarbiyah is realized in every activity in the madrasah. The concept of Ta'dib is reflected in madrasah regulations which include manners and ethics, the concept of Ta'lim is contained in formal educational activities, while the concept of Tarbiyah is manifested in various motor activities of students and madrasah services to them. Weekend activities, the application of the three Islamic education concepts was also seen. The concept of Ta'dib is applied through regulations that regulate manners during mondok activities, the concept of Ta'lim is applied through the learning of students in activities, and the concept of Tarbiyah is manifested in madrasah services to meet the needs of students during weekend mondok activities

Abstract

This study aims to analyze policies related to the recruitment of educational personnel and their impact on the quality of education through a literature study method. This study collects and analyzes various literature, policy documents, scientific journals, and relevant research reports to understand the process, challenges, and effectiveness of educational personnel recruitment policies. The results of the analysis indicate that a planned and transparent recruitment policy contributes significantly to improving the quality of education, especially through the selection of competent and professional educational personnel. However, this study also found challenges in the form of limited human resources, lack of continuous training, and inefficient bureaucracy that can hinder policy implementation. By identifying the weaknesses and strengths of existing policies, this study is expected to be a reference in developing more effective educational personnel recruitment policies to support the quality of education in Indonesia. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan terkait perekrutan tenaga kependidikan serta dampaknya terhadap kualitas pendidikan melalui metode studi pustaka. Kajian ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai literatur, dokumen kebijakan, jurnal ilmiah, dan laporan penelitian yang relevan untuk memahami proses, tantangan, dan efektivitas kebijakan perekrutan tenaga kependidikan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan perekrutan yang terencana dan transparan berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, terutama melalui seleksi tenaga kependidikan yang kompeten dan profesional. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan tantangan berupa keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, kurangnya pelatihan berkelanjutan, serta adanya birokrasi yang tidak efisien yang dapat menghambat implementasi kebijakan. Dengan mengidentifikasi kelemahan dan kekuatan kebijakan yang ada, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan kebijakan perekrutan tenaga kependidikan yang lebih efektif untuk mendukung kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the decision-making mechanism of the principal in implementing a Management Information System (MIS) in the financial sector to support transparency and accountability in SMA Negeri 3 Padang Panjang. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the principal began by forming a finance team consisting of a salary treasurer, a BOS (School Operational Assistance) treasurer, and a committee treasurer. To ensure accountability, the principal also established an internal audit team to review each treasurer's financial report monthly before submission to the principal. The preparation of the School Activity and Budget Plan (RKAS) was conducted transparently through a school workshop involving parents, community representatives, the school committee, teachers, and staff. Teachers submitted activity proposals, which were then analyzed for budget needs and compiled into the RKAS. This process illustrates a participatory, transparent, and accountable financial management system supported by the use of MIS as a key decision-making tool. These findings imply that effective MIS implementation and stakeholder involvement can strengthen financial governance in schools. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mekanisme pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah dalam implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) pada bidang keuangan guna mendukung transparansi dan akuntabilitas di lingkungan SMA Negeri 3 Padang Panjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah mengambil langkah strategis dengan membentuk tim keuangan yang terdiri atas bendahara gaji, bendahara Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS), dan bendahara komite. Untuk menjamin akuntabilitas, kepala sekolah juga membentuk tim audit internal yang melakukan audit laporan keuangan bulanan sebelum diserahkan kepada kepala sekolah. Proses perencanaan anggaran dilakukan secara partisipatif melalui lokakarya sekolah yang melibatkan seluruh pemangku kepentingan, seperti wali murid, tokoh masyarakat, komite sekolah, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan. Guru sebagai pelaksana kegiatan diberikan ruang untuk mengajukan proposal kegiatan yang kemudian dianalisis bersama guna menyusun Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Sekolah (RKAS). Simpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SIM dalam pengelolaan keuangan sekolah berkontribusi terhadap terciptanya sistem yang transparan, partisipatif, dan akuntabel. Implikasi dari temuan ini menekankan pentingnya peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan dalam mewujudkan tata kelola keuangan pendidikan yang efektif dan terpercaya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Islamic educational management values based on the Qur’an and Hadith in managing Islamic educational institutions, with a case study at SD IT Ma’arif Padang Panjang. The background of this research stems from the weak managerial systems found in several Islamic educational institutions, which have led to suboptimal achievement of educational goals, both academically and spiritually. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, using data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis is conducted through the interpretation of relevant Qur’anic verses, Hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and their application in the field. The results indicate that management principles in Islam emphasize not only rationality and efficiency but also ethical values, spirituality, and moral responsibility. The concept of amanah serves as a fundamental basis for educational leadership, while the value of hidayah reinforces the role of educators as moral and intellectual guides. This study concludes that the Qur’an and Hadith provide a strong and comprehensive conceptual foundation for Islamic educational management. The novelty of this research lies in its synthetic approach, combining Qur’anic exegesis, Hadith analysis, and empirical field studies to demonstrate the relevance of Islamic values in addressing contemporary educational management challenges. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi nilai-nilai manajemen pendidikan Islam berdasarkan Al-Qur’an dan hadis dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam, dengan studi kasus di SD IT Ma’arif Padang Panjang. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah lemahnya sistem manajerial di sejumlah lembaga pendidikan Islam yang berdampak pada kurang optimalnya pencapaian tujuan pendidikan, baik dari aspek akademik maupun spiritual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan melalui kajian terhadap penafsiran ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an, hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW, serta implementasinya di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip manajemen dalam Islam tidak hanya menekankan aspek rasionalitas dan efisiensi, tetapi juga mengedepankan nilai-nilai etika, spiritualitas, dan tanggung jawab moral. Konsep amanah menjadi landasan utama dalam kepemimpinan pendidikan, sedangkan nilai hidayah memperkuat peran pendidik sebagai pembimbing akhlak dan intelektual. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Al-Qur’an dan hadis memberikan landasan konseptual yang kuat dan menyeluruh dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada pendekatan sintesis antara kajian tafsir, analisis hadis, dan studi empirik yang menunjukkan relevansi nilai-nilai Islam dalam menjawab tantangan manajemen pendidikan kontemporer.

Abstract

Management science plays a crucial role in the management of organizations, including educational institutions, which face complex challenges in the era of globalization and technological advancement. In the education sector, the school principal, as both a leader and manager, carries significant responsibility in creating a productive and innovative learning environment. This article examines the application of management science in school leadership at SMA Negeri 3 Padang Panjang, focusing on the planning, organizing, implementation, and control of resources. The study aims to explore how the application of sound managerial principles can improve the quality of education through effective management of human resources, learning programs, and the utilization of information technology. Additionally, this article discusses the importance of communication and collaboration among stakeholders such as teachers, students, parents, and the community to create positive synergy that supports the effectiveness of the learning process. The findings of this study are expected to provide insights into managerial practices that can be implemented by school principals and offer strategic recommendations for improving educational quality at SMA N 3 Padang Panjang and other educational institutions. ABSTRAKIlmu manajemen memiliki peran krusial dalam pengelolaan organisasi, termasuk lembaga pendidikan, yang menghadapi tantangan kompleks dalam era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi. Di sektor pendidikan, kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin dan pengelola memiliki tanggung jawab besar dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang produktif dan inovatif. Artikel ini mengkaji penerapan ilmu manajemen dalam kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMA Negeri 3 Padang Panjang, dengan fokus pada perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian sumber daya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali bagaimana penerapan prinsip-prinsip manajerial yang baik dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, program pembelajaran, serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Selain itu, artikel ini juga membahas pentingnya komunikasi dan kolaborasi antara pemangku kepentingan, seperti guru, siswa, orang tua, dan masyarakat, untuk menciptakan sinergi positif yang mendukung efektivitas proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan wawasan tentang praktik-praktik manajerial yang dapat diimplementasikan oleh kepala sekolah, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SMA N 3 Padang Panjang dan lembaga pendidikan lainnya.
