Abstract

The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia has become a benchmark for the success of the existence of Islamic economics. Along with the development of the times, Islamic banks have many advantages because they are not only based on sharia so that transactions and activities become halal, but are open and do not specialize only for Muslim customers, but also for non-Muslims. Based on the results of the researcher's observations of several non-Muslim customers, the profit sharing profit sharing at the Rantauprapat sharia sub-branch of North Sumatra Bank is greater than that of conventional banks. As for the formulation of the problem in this study, is there any effect of service, profit, and promotion on the decisions of non-Muslims in using the services of Islamic banks. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service, profit, and promotion on non-Muslims' decisions to use Islamic bank services. The theory in this study is Islamic banking, Islamic banking products and services, factors that influence non-Muslims to use Islamic banking services which consist of service, profit and promotion. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach, the data source used is primary data. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a population of 3085 non-Muslim customers and a sample of 97 non-Muslim customers. Data processing uses the SPSS Version 26 application. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis test, hypothesis test. Based on the results of the t test that the service variable does not have a partial effect on the decision of non-Muslims to use the services of the North Sumatra bank Rantauprapat Sharia sub-branch. Meanwhile, the profit and promotion variables have a partial effect on the decision of non-Muslims to use the services of the North Sumatran bank, the rantauprapat sharia sub-branch. Based on the f test, it can be seen simultaneously that the service, profit and promotion variables have a significant influence on the non-seasonal decision to use the services of the North Sumatra bank branch of the Rantauprapat Sharia sub-branch.

Abstract

The innovation of healthy and halal menus in school canteens in East Tanjung Jabung aims to improve the quality of nutrition and compliance with the principles of maqasid sharia in student food consumption. This research highlights the importance of providing food that not only meets healthy and halal criteria, but also nutritious, to support the health and development of students. By implementing the concept of BERHAZI (Diverse, Halal, Nutritious) canteens, schools can provide more varied and attractive food options for students. Collaboration with halal-certified local producers is the main strategy to ensure the supply of quality foodstuffs. In addition, regular audits of the serving process and cleanliness in school canteens are needed to maintain halal standards and food safety. Nutrition education for students, teachers, and canteen managers is also the main focus to increase awareness of the importance of healthy eating. The involvement of parents and communities in healthy school programs can strengthen the implementation of these initiatives. Through a holistic approach that involves various parties, it is hoped that this innovation can create an educational environment that supports student health and integrates halal values in food consumption. This research provides insight into how innovative programs in school canteens can serve as a catalyst in creating a younger generation that is healthier and more responsive to religious values in daily life. In addition, the results of this research are expected to be a reference for education and health policies in other regions, as well as encourage further development regarding the provision of healthy and halal food in educational institutions. This shows that the integration of education, auditing, and collaboration activities has succeeded in improving the performance of school canteens in providing balanced and safe food for consumption.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuiproses pembagian bantuan, jumlah beras, dan ketepatan waktu pembagian bantuan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara observasi,lalu mewawancarai yang bersangkutan dan dokumtasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh KPM-PKH penerima BSB di desa Sungai Ular Kabupaten tanjung jabung timur, dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 67 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini adalah proses pembagian bantuan signifikan terhadap kepuasan KPM-PKH, jumlah beras berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan KPM-PKH, ketepatan waktu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan KPM-PKH, dan mutu beras, jumlah beras, dengan ketepatan waktu secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan KPM-PKH. Bantuan sosial beras (BSB) adalah program bantuan sosial yang diberikan oleh Kementrian Sosial bersama Perum BULOG untuk memberikan bantuan berupa beras untuk 10 juta Keluarga Penerima Program Keluarga Harapan (KPM-PKH) di seluruh Indonesia, termasuk keluarga pertani yang terkena dampak buruknya pergantian cuaca, Dengan demikian pemerintah terus melakukan program-program bantuan sosial beras di masyarakat. Penentuan penerima bantuan sosial beras merupakan salah satu masalah yang menjadi perhatian serius di Desa Sungai Ular Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur, karena banyaknya data pengusulan bantuan yang masuk sangat merepotkan bagi aparatur desa dalam menentukan penerima yang berhak serta layak mendapatkan bantuan agar bantuan tersebut tidak salah sasaran

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh banyaknya jasa ekpedisi di era berkembangnya tekno logi saait ini. Sehingga membuat jasa ekspedisi seperti PT.Pos yang sudah lama berdiri menjadi kalah akan persaingan di dalam dunia bisnis dan jasa. Dimana dapat dilihat dari data Bps Tanjung Jabung Timur yang menjelaskan tingkat minat konsumen menggunakan jasa Pos. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Strategi Pt. Pos Cabang Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur Menghadapi Persaingan Usaha Jasa Expedisi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed methods. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner (angket),wawancara, observasi (pengamatan) dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kendala yang terjadi adalah minimnya informasi mengenai kantor Pos sehingga masyarakat hanya tau bahwa kantor pos hanya mengirimkan surat. Sehingga strategi yang sedang diterapkan atau dilakukan oleh Pos Cabang Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur yaitu melakukan promosi dengan teknologi modern saat ini, Seperti mengembangkan Aplikasi PosAja dan Website mengembangkan produk-produk layanan mengikuti keinginan pelanggan, mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan dengan cara tetap menjaga amanah dan selalu dipercaya serta menjunjung sikap ramah, sopan, dan disiplin.. Kendala-kendala yang masih dialami masyarakat sudah banyak yang diatasi dari berbagai problem prasarana hingga kendala paket. Melalui strategi-strategi tersebut, dapat diketahui bahwa Pos Indonesia mampu bersaing dan bertahan ditengah-tengah arus persaingan bisnis saat ini. Kata Kunci : PT. Abstract

Islamic hedging is one of the instruments in financial management used to reduce risks associated with price and currency movements. Muslim economists, in offering mainstream hedging reform by removing the elements of shari'ah violation and incorporating shari'ah contracts into it. However, have the elements that cause hedging to be prohibited been thoroughly eliminated. This noble cause of Islamic hedging has been misunderstood for profit only. Therefore, the concept of Islamic hedging needs further discussion due to various interpretations of the meaning of Islamic hedging. To obtain answers to this research, the author uses qualitative research with the type of inferential library research. The results of this study, in simple terms, can be concluded that the application of Islamic hedging that has been implemented in the Islamic financial system is in accordance with the provisions, both the provisions of the Fatwa DSN-MUI, PBI and DPS.
