Abstract

Customer satisfaction is essential and determines the company's success, including customer loyalty, profitability, sales, and business performance. Therefore, this research focuses on efforts to reveal the effect of ticket price policies and customer relationship management (CRM) on passenger satisfaction by mediating service quality. The research used a survey method with a sample of 100 passengers of the Pioneer Ship of KM Belt Nusantara 76. The research instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale, and the results were analyzed using path analysis processed with Smart-PLS 4 software. The results show that ticket price policies, CRM, and service quality directly affect passenger satisfaction, ticket price policies and CRM directly affect service quality, and service quality significantly mediates the indirect effect of ticket price policies and CRM on passenger satisfaction. This evidence produces an empirical model about the effect of ticket price policies and CRM on ship passenger satisfaction through service quality. It not only provides a theoretical contribution to the development of transportation management science, particularly marketing management related to ticket pricing policies, CRM, service quality, and customer satisfaction, but also provides practical implications for shipping companies that manage pioneer ships, especially KM Sabuk Nusantara 76. Therefore, this empirical model can be used for discussion among academics, researchers, and practitioners before being adapted or adopted to increase passenger satisfaction in the future.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelimpahan dan komposisi fitoplankton di Teluk Kodek Pemenang Lombok Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey pada 4 stasiun di perairan Teluk Kodek pada Bulan Agustus 2012 dan analisa fitoplankton dilakukan di Laboratorium Perikanan Program Studi Budidaya Perairan Universitas Mataram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelimpahan fitoplankton di perairan Teluk Kodek pada bulan Agustus 2012 adalah 6557 ind/l. Tercatat 20 spesies fitoplankton yang ditemukan yang dikelompokkan menjadi dua kelompok besar yaitu diatom dan dinoflagelata. Kelompok diatom terdiri 11 spesies, yaitu; Guinardia flaccida, Rhizosolenia setigera, Navicula sp., Chaetoceros sp., Thalassionema nitzschioides, Pleurosigma normanii, Planktoniella sol, Pseudo-nitzchia brasiliana, Lauderia annulata, Socphanopysis palmeriana, Oscillatoria sp., sedangkan dari kelompok dinoflagelata terdiri dari 9 spesies, yaitu; Pyrocytis noutiluca, Dinophysis cudate., Prorocentrum lima, Alexandrium tamarence, Ceratium fusus, C. incisum, C. boehmii, Torodium teredo and Odontella sinensis. Indeks keragaman phytoplankton Teluk Kodek adalah 0,1307 dan masuk kategori keanekaragaman rendah, sedangkan indek keseragaman diperoleh nilai 0,207 dan masuk kategori keseragaman rendah. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa komunitas fitoplankton di perairan Teluk Kodek pada Bulan Agustus 2012 tidak stabil.Kata Kunci: Diatom; Dinoflagelata; Keanekaragaman; Budidaya Laut.

Abstract

Islam dengan berbagai ajarannya difahami dengan berbagai pendekatan demi sebuah tujuan-tujuan tertentu. Secara umum ajaran Islam yang terkandung di dalam Al-Quran dan hadist perlu mendapat sentuhan baru dalam bentuk kegiatan ijtihad yang dilakukan oleh pemikir-pemikir yang konsen dalam pengembangan pemikiran Islam terkhusus lain terkait dengan hukum Islam. Salah satu bentuk mazhad atau aliran yang mencoba untuk menelaah kembali makan-makna yang terkandung di dua suber (baca: Al-Quran hadist) tersebut adalah aliran Islam liberal. Pemikiran Islam liberal, muncul di negeri ini dengan berbagai varian. Tujuannya adalah menafsirkan ulang ajaran Islam dan mengkontekstualisasikannya dengan perkembangan zaman sehingga Islam mampu merespons masalah keutamaan. Kelompok yang mencoba melakukan reinterprestasi ajaran Islam dengan lebih mengedepankan rasio dari pada wahyu yang pada akhirnya dikenal oleh publik sebagai muslim liberal atau kelompok Islam liberal. Untuk bangkitnya Islam dari keterpurukan, bahwa pemikir Islam banyak menghadapi tantangan yang terbesar, karena mereka memberikan suatu cara penafsiran ilmu-ilmu Islam dengan cara teologis atau disebut liberalisme. Dengan tantangan tersebut, pemikiran intelektual progresif Islam liberal sangat jelas membawa perubahan terhadap pemahaman dan aksi Islam Indonesia. Usaha yang dilakukan para pemikir Islam tersebut merupakan usaha yang patut diberi penghargaan besar.

Abstract

Domestic violence is a prevalent problem, affecting children as the most vulnerable family members. It also contributes to irreparable psychological damage to human’s behavior in the future. As one of the literary works highlighting domestic violence, the novel entitled ‘Where the Crawdads Sings’ describes the suffering of the main character, who  experienced the unbearable violence committed by a mentally ill father. The present study highlights the above novel, which is frequently used as a reading source in the literature department of an English college. The study was qualitative, in which the researchers acted as the main instruments to elicit and interpret the data independently. There were three important variables illuminated in the study: a) the description of the main character, b) the values of the novel, and c) the potential use of the novel as the reading media in EFL.Despite the fact that the novel is engaging, the results show that one of the most crucial issues is the language employed in it. It is also noted that the protagonist, who is intended to be the primary character, is the one who succeeds in committing horrific crime. If the novel had been written in a more morally acceptable manner, it would not only have become a thriller for the addicts but also a valuable teaching tool and the perfect source for an EFL class, especially for adult students.

Abstract

This study aimed to inventory the taxonomic diversity of Orchidaceae on the western slopes of Mount Lawu, a conservation area managed by PT Pertamina Aviation Fuel Terminal Adi Sumarmo. Through exploratory methods, 51 orchid taxa were identified with a total of 230 individuals. The Eria, Dendrobium, and Liparis genera dominated the species composition, with their distribution influenced by microhabitat characteristics. The significant presence of epiphytic species suggests a healthy forest canopy. Vegetative propagation efforts through tissue culture were successfully conducted on five selected species: Eria sp, Liparis sp, Dendrobium sp, Malaxidinae sp, and Vanda tricolor, with Dendrobium sp demonstrating the highest potential for vegetative propagation (26%). These findings open avenues for reintroduction programs of rare species into their natural habitats. A conservation status assessment revealed that most species are not yet listed in the IUCN Red List, emphasizing the urgent need for further research and more intensive conservation efforts. Therefore, this study recommends the implementation of integrated in-situ and ex-situ conservation strategies to ensure the sustainability of orchid diversity within the Mount Lawu conservation area.

Abstract

This research article aims to identify the influence of a broken home among parents on student behavior and to identify solutions that can be applied to children as a result of a broken home. Research results show that children from broken homes tend to experience higher levels of stress, anxiety and depression. Changes in their daily lives, conflict between parents, and insecurity can contribute to these psychological problems. In addition, conductive behavior such as bad company and involvement in detrimental behavior can also have a significant negative impact. The research uses library methods or known as (library research). The data collection technique in this research was to examine various kinds of literature in the form of books, journals, e-books and literature relevant to the impact of broken home families on student behavior

Abstract

This research aims to predict customer churn in a telecommunications company using Logistic Regression (LR) and Gradient Boosting Classifier (GBC) algorithms. Customer churn poses a significant challenge as acquiring new customers is costlier than retaining existing ones. The dataset from Kaggle comprises 7043 records and 21 attributes. The process includes data pre-processing, cleaning, transformation, and normalization using a Min-Max Scaler. The data is split into features (X) and target (y), then divided into training and testing sets with an 80:20 ratio. Both models were trained and evaluated using a confusion matrix. Results show that the GBC model outperforms the LR model, with an accuracy of 83% compared to LR's 81%. This study demonstrates the effectiveness of GBC in predicting customer churn.

Abstract

Pluralism is one study that is often of concern to various intellectual circles; Both Muslim scholars and orientalism. The various views that are "proclaimed" have different thinking foundations and are inseparable from the scientific capacity possessed. Studies of religious pluralism are based on several approaches such as philosophical, social and theological approaches as a basis for thinking so that it penetrates all aspects of today's society. The Quran as a reference that has a comprehensive nature is able to penetrate all lines of people's lives related to dogma and teachings contained therein. Almost all of its verses relate to standard rules both personal and group. The verses contained in it even more talk about social life that requires everyone to respect and respect each other between religious or interfaith people. Plurality is plurality based on virtue (uniqueness) and distinctiveness. Plurality cannot be included in a unity that has no parts that do not create its own "virtues", "uniqueness", and "distinctiveness". Without unity that covers all aspects, it is inconceivable that plurality, uniqueness, distinctiveness or plurality. For the sake of creating a plurality, all lines of society must dismiss double standards in the order of life which will later become a bridge so that it is in accordance with the ideology of all peace-loving religions.

Abstract

Zakat produktif sesungguhnya mempunyai konsep perencanaan dan pelaksanaan yang cermat seperti mengkaji penyebab kemiskinan, ketidakadaan modal kerja, dan kekurangan lapangan kerja, dengan adanya masalah tersebut maka perlu adanya perencanaan yang dapat mengembangkan zakat bersifat produktif tersebut. Dengan berkembangnya usaha kecil menengah dengan modal berasal dari zakat maka akan menyerap tenaga kerja dan berkembangnya usaha para mustahik. Adapun akad yang digunakan oleh BAZNAS Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur adalah akad hibah yang artinya pemberian secara cuma-cuma kepada mustahik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dana zakat produktif terhadap tingkat ppendapatan mustahik dan seberapa besar nilai pengaruh dana zakat produktif terhadap tingkat pendapatan para mustahiknya di BAZNAS Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur khususnya pada UPZ Kecamatan Muara Sabak Timur. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskripsi kuantitaif dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi linear sederhana Y=a+bX dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket kuesioner untuk mengetahui data X dan data Y. Adapun hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah dana zakat produktif (X) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat pendapatan mustahik (Y) pada UPZ Kecamatan Muara Sabak Timur. Hal ini dapat kita lihat hitung = 3,725 dan tabel = 2,002 dengan nilai signifikan 0,05 yang berarti membuktikan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang artinya dana zakat produktif UPZ Kecamatan Muara Sabak Timur berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pendapatan mustahik.
