Abstract

قد وضع الشريعة الإسلامية الأمور الكثيرة حسب مكانها و ذلك بطريقة ترتيب الأولويات بين تلك الأمور. فمن بين تلك الأمور التي لها دور كبير في حفظ الضروريات الخمس هي إنفاق المال الذي يعد عصب الحياة و وسيلة المعيشة، فإن الأموال العامة هي عصب حياة الدولة ومواطينها والوسيلة العملية في إدارة دفة الحكم، وتتمثل الأموال العامة في الإيرادات والنفقات. و النفقة هي التي ينفقها شخص عام كالدولة و الهيئات و المؤسسات العامة التابعة للدولة لتحقيق مصلحة عامة. و من فوائد مراعاة الأولويات سيؤدي إلى رفع مستوى التفكير لدى المسلم بأسلوب مرن يتكيف مع الواقع، و بعقل نيّر وفق منهجية واضحة، وبالتالي سيساعد في تمكين الأمة الإسلامية من القدرة على مواجهة المتغيرات بحكمة، دون المعاناة من التعميمات والمتناقضات، وغير ذلك من انعكاسات سلبية على تربية الجيل. و أولويات الإنفاق في حفظ ضرورية الخمس تكون بمراعاة ثلاثة أقسام مرتبة ترتيبًا حسب الأهم فالمهم. فيجب أن يكون الإنفاق أولاً لتوفية الضروريات ثم الحاجيات ثم التحسينيات ويجب الإلتزام بهذا الترتيب وإلا خرج الإنفاق العام على مساره الصحيح وعدّ مخالفاً للشريعة.

Abstract

This study compares the Islamic worldview, which emphasizes religious authority and intuition as sources of knowledge, and the contemporary worldview, which focuses on rationalism and empiricism. From the Islamic perspective, the tradition of khabar shadiq, which is based on revelation and religious authority, serves as the foundation of knowledge, differing from the Western view that relies more on the scientific method and various data sources, including big data. Modern technology, such as ChatGPT, which utilizes big data, raises ethical and epistemological questions in the Islamization of science. ChatGPT itself faces limitations in its knowledge, while big data often encounters issues of inaccuracy and bias. Therefore, serious consideration is needed regarding ethics in developing and using technology like ChatGPT and its alignment with Islamic values in modern technology. This study highlights the importance of considering epistemological and ethical issues in modern technology to ensure a positive contribution to the advancement of Islamic civilization while maintaining the integrity of values from the Islamic worldview perspective.

Abstract

The digital revolution has reshaped education worldwide, and early childhood education (ECE) is no exception, requiring institutions to integrate technology into management and leadership while maintaining play-based and developmentally appropriate practices. This study investigated the effects of tech-supported strategic management (TSM), digital leadership (DL), and play-based interactive learning (PBIL) on quality improvement (QI) in ECE, considering screen-time governance (STG) as a moderator and teacher digital preparedness for planning (TDPP) as a mediator. A quantitative multilevel survey was conducted with 290 principals and teachers from Indonesia and Malaysia. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression with SPSS, including moderation, mediation, and predictive modeling. Results showed that TSM, DL, and PBIL significantly influenced QI, with PBIL emerging as the strongest predictor. STG strengthened the effects of TSM, DL, and PBIL on QI, while TDPP mediated the relationship between these variables and QI. Predictive analysis further revealed that increasing TSM, DL, and PBIL simultaneously enhanced QI, whereas a decline in these variables led to a reduction in quality. These findings emphasize that technology in ECE should act as an enabler of management and leadership rather than as the primary medium for children’s learning. Theoretically, the study extends integrative models of digital management, digital leadership, and play-based pedagogy within ECE. Practically, it offers guidance for policymakers, school leaders, and teachers in designing quality improvement strategies that are digitally supported yet age-appropriate, highlighting play, interaction, and strict governance of screen time.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the model of productive zakat governance implemented by BAZNAS of Majalengka Regency, focusing on the implementation of zakat programs in the education sector, including scholarships, educational infrastructure development, and vocational training. It also explores the role of information technology in enhancing transparency and accountability in zakat distribution. The research employs a qualitative field-based approach by collecting primary data through direct observations, in-depth interviews with zakat management officials, beneficiaries, and educational institution administrators, as well as documentation of relevant institutional reports. Secondary data were obtained from internal publications, zakat distribution records, and program evaluations. The analysis of the collected data was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which involves data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing to ensure systematic interpretation and validity of the findings. The findings reveal that BAZNAS Majalengka has successfully developed an effective digital-based zakat management system, which improves community participation and ensures targeted distribution. The zakat scholarship program has shown a positive impact on the social mobility and academic performance of students from underprivileged backgrounds. The study concludes that a transparent, collaborative, and technology-driven zakat governance model can serve as a strategic alternative funding source for the sustainable improvement of Islamic education quality at the local level.

Abstract

Bullying remains a persistent issue in Islamic educational institutions, threatening both student well-being and the cultivation of character values. This study examines the application of the Reflective-Stimulation Leadership Model, which integrates the intellectual stimulation dimension of transformational leadership with the reflective dimension of spiritual leadership. Using a qualitative case study and phenomenological approach, data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, open-ended questionnaires, and document analysis. The research involved the school principal as the primary subject, supported by data from counselors, homeroom teachers, and students. Findings show that the principal implemented reflective dialogue, role modeling, value-based educational strategies, and participatory forums such as "Fun Friday" to address bullying. Questionnaire results indicate that 85% of students felt safer and more included under this leadership approach. The study concludes that the Reflective-Stimulation Leadership Model effectively reduces bullying while fostering a character-driven and inclusive school climate. This model contributes theoretically by merging transformational and spiritual leadership perspectives, offering a practical reference for Islamic schools seeking sustainable anti-bullying strategies. Numerous studies have demonstrated the significant impact behavioral therapy, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), has on enhancing quality of life and diabetes control.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly reshaped educational practices, requiring teachers to evolve from knowledge transmitters into dynamic facilitators of student-centred learning. This study adopts a library research method combined with content analysis to examine how teachers’ roles have transformed in response to technological innovation, particularly in enhancing learning effectiveness and student engagement. By reviewing a broad spectrum of recent scholarly articles, policy reports, and empirical studies, the research highlights that the integration of tools such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and interactive online platforms has fundamentally changed classroom dynamics and instructional design. For example, the use of gamified learning applications has been shown to increase student participation by fostering a sense of achievement, while adaptive learning software enables teachers to tailor content to individual progress, thereby improving comprehension and retention. As a result, educators are expected to develop advanced digital literacy, create innovative learning experiences, and adopt flexible strategies that respond to diverse learner needs. This shift requires sustained professional development, supportive institutional frameworks, and responsive educational policies that equip teachers to thrive in technology-rich environments. Moreover, meaningful integration of technology rather than its mere adoption has emerged as the key factor in driving improvements in motivation, engagement, and academic outcomes. This study contributes to the discourse on teacher professionalisation in the digital age and offers recommendations for policymakers and educational leaders to design effective training initiatives and support mechanisms for educators adapting to these evolving demands.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas penerapan Tamrinatul Khitob sebagai sarana pembelajaran di Pondok Pesantren Sabilunnajat dengan mengacu pada Pasal 16 Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2019 tentang Pesantren. Kajian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya praktik khitobah dalam mengembangkan kemampuan komunikasi, kedisiplinan, dan pemahaman hukum agama santri, namun penerapannya masih jarang ditelaah secara sistematis. Penelitian menggunakan metode tindakan kelas dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pelaksanaan Tamrinatul Khitob secara terencana meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara santri, pemahaman norma pesantren, serta penerapan nilai hukum Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis praktik yang terintegrasi dengan regulasi formal pesantren mampu memperkuat fungsi pendidikan, dakwah, dan pembentukan karakter santri secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of dialogical leadership in the management of educational institutions at Pesantren Bina Insan Mulia, Cirebon, through the lens of Paulo Freire’s theoretical perspective. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. Thematic analysis was applied to identify patterns and meanings from participants’ experiences. The findings reveal two major insights: first, dialogical leadership fosters managerial and curricular transformation that integrates pesantren traditions with modern competencies; second, it strengthens the pesantren’s role in developing students’ competencies according to their talents and aspirations while enhancing its contributions to the surrounding community. This research highlights that dialogical leadership plays a pivotal role in shaping a humanistic, participatory, and transformative educational model, demonstrating that pesantren can guide students authentically toward achieving their aspirations in line with their individual potentials.
