Abstract

Wisata adalah kegiatan perjalanan yang dilakukan oleh seseorang atau sekelompok orang dengan mengunjungi tempat tertentu untuk tujuan rekreasi, pengembangan pribadi, atau mempelajari keunikan daya tarik wisata yang dikunjungi dalam jangka waktu sementara objek wisata merupakan tempat yang menjadi pusat daya tarik dan dapat memberikan kepuasan khususnya pengunjung. Kawasan wisata Pantai Hamadi telah ditetapkan dalam Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) Kota Jayapura No. 1 Tahun 2014 sebagai salah satu area potensial untuk pengembangan pariwisata. Destinasi Pantai Hamadi di Jayapura, Papua, memiliki potensi besar sebagai tujuan wisata yang menjanjikan, namun perlu pemahaman hukum yang lebih baik untuk pengembangan yang berkelanjutan. Sehingga pengabdian ini di lakukan bagi pelaku pariwisata di Pantai Hamadi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat serta para pemangku kepentingan tentang hukum-hukum yang mengatur industri pariwisata. Akses dan informasi mengenai peraturan baru tentang cara mendapatkan NIB (Nomor induk berusaha yang dapat diakses secara pribadi melalui OSS (Online single sumbmition) belum banyak diketahui oleh pelaku usaha pantai dan UMKM yang ada di sekitar pantai Hamadi.

Abstract

Professional ethics is not only a moral guideline for health workers, but is also an integral part of the legal system that regulates the relationship between health workers, patients and society. In a legal context, professional ethics is the foundation that guarantees that every action of health workers is carried out in accordance with professional standards and aims to protect patient rights. The aim of this research is to analyze the obstacles and impact of obstacles faced in law enforcement on violations of professional ethics for health workers in Indonesia. The research method used is normative research, using secondary data. The research results show that obstacles to law enforcement against violations of professional ethics for health workers in Indonesia stem from various factors, such as weak regulations, lack of coordination between institutions, slow and complicated legal processes, and minimal understanding of ethics and law among health workers. Furthermore, there is a significant impact on the protection of patient rights and the professionalism of health workers in Indonesia. On the one hand, patients become vulnerable to violations of their rights, such as the right to safe and quality medical services.

Abstract

Digital technology not only makes it easier to access information, but also creates new opportunities in various fields, such as economics, education and entertainment. However, on the other hand, this progress also opens up opportunities for illegal practices that utilize digital platforms, one of which is online gambling. This research aims to analyze criminal law regulations in Indonesia governing the prevention and eradication of online gambling and the politics of criminal law can be strengthened to increase the effectiveness of law enforcement against online gambling in Indonesia. This research is a type of normative research. The approach used is a statutory approach. and conceptual approaches. The research results show that criminal law regulations in Indonesia have provided a strong basis for cracking down on online gambling, but technological challenges make implementation difficult. Strengthening criminal law politics through regulatory reform, increasing apparatus capacity, and synergy between institutions is needed to effectively eradicate online gambling and maintain societal stability.

Abstract

The values ​​of Pancasila are starting to fade in the younger generation, namely the rampant brawls that occur between students, then the western way of dressing, attitudes and manners that are far from Indonesian customs and culture. The rampant cases of murder, theft, hoax cases and the worsening use of good and correct Indonesian because the younger generation prefers to use slang and the rampant behavior that deviates from customary values. Therefore, we, the Community Service Activity Implementation Team, want to share the knowledge we have with YPPK Teruna Bakti High School Students regarding the Strengthening of Pancasila Values ​​in High School Students.

Abstract

Eradicating corruption is a top priority to improve people's welfare and strengthen the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) and in order to achieve national goals. Therefore, the policy of optimizing corruption eradication must be followed up with a comprehensive, integral, and holistic strategy in order to truly achieve the expected results. Prevention and preventive actions will be more useful in overcoming corruption problems than taking high legal sanctions. This shows that corruption prevention must be optimized properly in eradicating corruption in Indonesia. Therefore, providing knowledge to High School Students in Jayapura City, Papua Province about how to prevent Corruption is very important so that they can avoid themselves from Corruption
