Abstract

This research aimed to examine the correlation between discipline and religious character of MAN students within Kampar Regency. This research was carried out with quantitative-correlational approach. The population were all students of MAN 1 Kampar amounted 633 students, all students of MAN 2 Kampar amounted 212 students, and all students of MAN 4 Kampar amounted 232 students with total populations were 1077 students and the samples were 531 students. The sampling technique was by using simple random sampling. The technique of data collection was by using questionnaire. The data analysis technique used pre-requisite questionnaire test instrument: validity and reliability test, correlation test: normality test and linearity test, and research hypothesis test: bivariate correlation test. The results of this research: there was positive and significant correlation between discipline behavior with religious character. Obtained the value of sig. (2 tailed) 0,000 < 0,050 which meant Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. With R value = 0,551 pearson correlation in correlation degree which meant it was in medium level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in the implementation of religious culture among students of State Senior High Schools (SMA) in Kepulauan Meranti Regency. The main focus of this study is the development of students' spiritual intelligence through an integrative approach that combines aspects of formal learning, religious cultural values, and daily spiritual activities. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of religious culture has a positive impact on increasing students' spiritual intelligence, which can be seen from their religious attitudes, understanding of moral values, and self-reflection skills. This study concludes that PAI learning integrated with religious culture can be an effective strategy in building a young generation that is religious and has high morals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah masih kurangnya keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi dan hasil belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Universitas Islam Riau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model problem based learning terhadap keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi dan hasil belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Universitas Islam Riau. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kolerasi. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 84 Orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regersi linier sederhana dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, adanya pengaruh model problem based learning terhadap keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi dengan nilai F hitung 24,547 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai hubungan/ kolerasi R yaitu sebesar 0,480. Koefisien diterminasi R Square sebesar 0,230 yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 23%. Kedua terdapat pengaruh model problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar hadits tarbawi dengan nilai F nilai 57,782 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai kolerasi/hubungan R yaitu sebesar 0,643. Koefisien diterminasi R Square sebesar 0,413 yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 41,3%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap self control siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Kecamatan Bina Widya Kota Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini korelasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 12 dan 19 Kecamatan Bina Widya Kota Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 1460. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah stratified propotional random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga jumlah sampel adalah 292 orang siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa Melalui uji f simultan diperoleh f hitung 976,176 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga h0 di tolak dan ha diterima. Kontribusi yang diberikan sebesar 87,1%, sedangkan 12,9% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the less than optimal implementation of learning, which impacts students' low interest in studying. The purpose of this study is to develop teaching materials for explanatory texts through a cooperative learning model that is suitable and effective in increasing students' interest in learning in the subject of Islamic Education and Moral Education at State Senior High School 1 Siak Kecil, Bengkalis Regency. This type of research is research and development (R&D) using the ADDIE model. The results show that the developed teaching materials are very feasible to use, based on material expert validation results of 98.36% and media expert validation of 100%. The implementation of the cooperative learning model is carried out in four stages, namely: (1) preparation stage, including the provision of learning media; (2) initial stage, such as prayer, greetings, attendance, objectives, and group formation; (3) core stage, consisting of material delivery, group discussions, and presentations; as well as (4) the closing stage which includes assessment, reflection, awarding, and closing. This model has been proven to significantly increase students' interest in learning.

Abstract

This study was motivated by concerns about student engagement, as observed through various phenomena. Some students attend class but passively sit without actively participating in the learning process, while others display a lack of enthusiasm and interest, appearing bored, frequently leaving the classroom, or failing to stay focused during lessons, resulting in low engagement. This research aims to examine the influence of teacher social support and self-efficacy on student engagement in Fiqh at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kampar. The study employs a correlational design using a quantitative approach, with multiple linear regression analysis as the data analysis technique. The population consists of all 213 students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kampar, and using simple random sampling with the Slovin formula, a sample of 139 students was selected. The research findings indicate that : (1) teacher social support has a positive and significant influence on student engagement in Fiqh, as shown by the partial t-test results with a t-value of 8.157 and a significance of 0.000 (< 0.05), contributing 20.1%; (2) self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence on student engagement, with a t-value of 12.040 and a significance of 0.000 (< 0.05), contributing 42.45%; and (3) teacher social support and self-efficacy together have a positive and significant simultaneous influence on student engagement, as indicated by the F-test results with an F-value of 107.754 and a significance of 0.000 (< 0.05). The combined contribution of both variables to student engagement is 61.3%, while the remaining 38.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
