Abstract

Coal is formed from organic deposits undergoing conversion through the coalification process. Coal is a solid object containing carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen in chemical combination with a small amount of sulfur and nitrogen elements, which are found in the earth's crust derived from plant remains that have undergone metamorphosis over a long period of time. The purpose and objective of this research is to control the process of transporting coal from the stockpile to the coal haulinvessg el and to determine the quality of the coal in the stockpile and coal haulage vessel. The ash value in the stockpile is 3.98% and the coal haulage is 4.13% so that there is an insignificant increase, then the total sulfur in the stockpile is 0.11% and the coal transport vessel 0.10% is a non-significant decrease. then the total moisture in the stockpile obtained a value of 42.15% and coal hauling ships 42.25% an insignificant increase. fixed carbon in the stockpile obtained a value of 31.94% and coal ships 32.11% an insignificant increase. Then the volatile matter in the stockpile obtained a value of 43.21% and coal transport vessels 42.59% an insignificant decrease. And moisture in the stoockpile obtained a value of 20.87% and coal hauling vessels of 21.17% an insignificant increase, then the calori value obtained in the stockpile value of 4.856 and coal hauling vessels of 4.824 there was an insignificant decrease in calories. From the results of the quality of the coal above, it shows that during the process of transporting coal from the stockpile to the coal hauler, the coal quality parameters did not experience a quality drop or significant quality change, so during the coal transportation process there were no factors that affected the quality change significantly.

Abstract

Feed gas which is produced by the factory of gas processing generally contains acid gas with high concentrations of acid gas wich must be removed by reducing the contrentration of CO2 and H2S according to product specification of sweet gas of <4 ppm-mol H2S and 5 % CO2. The research on the unit of WSA aimed to compare the simulated data and actual performance data and trial simulation (combustion pressure, the inlet temperature of SO2 converter, and water excess. The method used to retrieve the actual data of each piece of equipment was the results of the analysis of the composition of the acid gas, the composition of the stack, and purity H2SO4. The results obtained showed that the conditions of the performance test and simulation are not significantly difference, yet the purity H2SO4 obtained from the simulation results higher than the performance test. Based on the results of observations showed that the higher the molar flow acid gas is the higher the flow rate of the inlet will be and influence to the products where the flow rate of H2SO4 will decline, when water excess is added, the purity of the product will increase, and the flow rate of product will decline. There are differences in the purity of H2SO4 from the performance test and simulation.

Abstract

Perencanaan tambang yang baik, diharapkan akan mengurangi risiko ketidakpastian dalam kegiatan penambangan dan target produksi yang diinginkan dapat tercapai sesuai jadwal yang direncanakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan jadwal produksi berdasarkan target produksi. Data awal yang diperoleh adalah data assay, collar, geology, topography, produktivitas alat berat, dan data target produksi. Kemudian data tersebut diolah untuk mengetahui cadangan terkira, selanjutnya menghitung efektivitas jam kerja, menghitung kebutuhan alat berat dan membuat jadwal produksi. Berdasarkan penelitian cadangan terkira nikel laterit adalah 417.617,97 Ton dan volume overburden1.062.324,22 BCM, efektivitas jam kerja rata-rata per bulan adalah 628,41 jam, untuk material overburdenkebutuhan alat berat rata-rata per bulan adalah 2 ADT (Articulated Dump Truck) dan 1 excavator komatsu PC400 dan untuk ore nikel kebutuhan alat berat rata-rata per bulan adalah 5 DT (Dump Truck) dan 1 excavator komatsu PC300. Cadangan terkira nikel laterit 417.617,97 Ton dan volume overburden1.062.324,22 BCM, berdasarkan cadangan dan target produksi, jadwal produksi untuk ore nikel rata-rata per bulan adalah 46.569 Ton dan untuk overburden rata-rata per bulan adalah 123.377 BCM.

Abstract

Aktivitas penambangan yang intensif di sepanjang daerah aliran sungai telah menimbulkan kekhawatiran terhadap penurunan mutu air yang digunakan masyarakat untuk kebutuhan pertanian, perikanan, dan domestik. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada tiga titik utama, yaitu hulu, tengah, dan hilir sungai. Analisis laboratorium mencakup parameter fisika (suhu, TDS, TSS, pH, BOD, COD, DO) serta parameter kimia (SO₄²⁻, Cl⁻, dan Fe), yang hasilnya dibandingkan dengan baku mutu air kelas III menurut Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 22 Tahun 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar parameter masih memenuhi standar baku mutu, namun terdapat beberapa nilai yang melampaui ambang batas, khususnya COD dan DO pada titik hulu serta TSS dan BOD pada titik tengah dan hilir. Nilai pH air berkisar antara 5,9–7,2 dan suhu relatif stabil antara 26,4–26,6 °C. Kandungan logam Fe di seluruh titik terdeteksi <0,03 mg/L, menunjukkan masih dalam batas aman. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa aktivitas penambangan pasir memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap perubahan kualitas air sungai, terutama pada peningkatan kadar padatan tersuspensi dan kebutuhan oksigen. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan aktivitas penambangan dan pemantauan berkala kualitas air sangat diperlukan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan ekosistem sungai dan mencegah degradasi lingkungan yang lebih parah di masa mendatang.
