Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the principal in improving the performance of SD Muhammadiyah Karangturi Yogyakarta teachers, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the performance of SD Muhammadiyah Karangturi Yogyakarta teachers. This research uses qualitative research with narrative-analytic method. To receive data, researchers go directly to the field (field research). In analyzing the data, the researcher gradually used data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Also analyze the performance of teacher researchers using data indexing techniques. The results of this survey indicate that the principal in carrying out his duties as the chief executive of this forum has a positive effect on improving the performance of the teachers of SD Muhammadiyah Karangturi. It is clear that (a) teachers are ready to implement the new curriculum. (b) Teachers use more creative and innovative teaching strategies. (c) Teachers can assess student learning outcomes against relevant curriculum requirements, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. (d) Teachers not only teach material but also moral responsibility.

Abstract

Data Survei Kesehatan Indonesia (SKI) tahun 2023 menunjukkan bahwa 6,5% remaja di Sulawesi Tenggara mengalami kekurangan gizi, sementara 10% lainnya mengalami kelebihan gizi. Kondisi ini menandakan pentingnya intervensi edukatif yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kesadaran remaja mengenai pentingnya gizi seimbang. Edukasi gizi dengan pendekatan visual seperti “Isi Piringku” menjadi salah satu strategi yang efektif. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang pola makan bergizi seimbang, dengan melibatkan sebanyak 30 siswa-siswi SMP Negeri 4 Kendari sebagai kelas percontohan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif dan permainan edukatif “Ranking Satu”. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan nilai rata-rata pengetahuan dari 79,89 menjadi 94,89 (p < 0,05). Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa metode penyuluhan yang interaktif dan menyenangkan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman gizi seimbang pada remaja, dan memiliki potensi untuk diterapkan secara lebih luas di lingkungan sekolah lainnya guna membangun kebiasaan makan sehat sejak dini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze peer tutoring as a management strategy for Qur’an learning in improving students’ Qur’anic reading competence through a library research approach. The analysis focuses on how peer tutoring is planned, organized, implemented, and supervised within the learning management system of schools or madrasahs. A review of relevant literature indicates that peer tutoring, when systematically managed through tutor selection, basic training, structured learning schedules, and teacher supervision, effectively enhances students’ mastery of hijaiyah letters, accuracy of makhraj, and reading fluency. In addition to technical skills, the strategy positively influences affective aspects such as learning motivation, confidence, and active participation. From a management perspective, peer tutoring optimizes limited instructional time, distributes learning responsibilities, and strengthens collaborative learning culture. The findings suggest that peer tutoring is not merely a pedagogical technique, but a practical and efficient learning management strategy that supports the effectiveness and sustainability of Qur’an education, particularly in institutions facing large class sizes and limited teacher availability. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi manajemen pembelajaran Al-Qur’an berbasis tutor sebaya dalam meningkatkan kompetensi baca Al-Qur’an melalui pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan. Kajian ini menitikberatkan pada aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan tutor sebaya sebagai bagian dari sistem pengelolaan pembelajaran di sekolah atau madrasah. Hasil telaah literatur menunjukkan bahwa tutor sebaya yang dikelola secara sistematis—melalui seleksi tutor, pembinaan dasar, penjadwalan kegiatan, serta supervisi guru—berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan penguasaan huruf hijaiyah, ketepatan makhraj, dan kelancaran membaca siswa. Selain aspek teknis, strategi ini juga berdampak positif pada motivasi, rasa percaya diri, dan keterlibatan aktif siswa. Dari perspektif manajemen pendidikan Islam, tutor sebaya menjadi solusi efektif untuk mengoptimalkan waktu guru, mengatasi keterbatasan sumber daya, dan membangun budaya belajar kolaboratif. Dengan demikian, tutor sebaya merupakan strategi manajerial yang relevan dan berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

Background: Domestic wastewater originates from household, industrial, and commercial activities, containing major pollutants such as BOD, COD, TSS, oil, fat, ammonia, and coliform which are dangerous if not treated according to the quality standards of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation No. 68/2016. Biofilter technology (aerobic, anaerobic, or a combination) is a practical, economical, efficient solution, and suitable for limited land. Biofilters work with microbes attached to the media, effectively reducing the pollutant load, are easy to operate, and are superior to septic tanks. However, implementation still faces obstacles regarding material and construction standards. Objective: This study aims to review scientific articles related to the Health Implications of Domestic Wastewater Treatment Through Biofilter Technology. Methods: This article uses a narrative literature review to assess the health impacts of biofilter technology in domestic wastewater treatment. The literature was searched through SpringerLink, Scopus, and Google Scholar, focusing on publications from 2020–2025, using keywords related to biofilters, domestic wastewater, public health, sanitation, and water quality. Results: The results of this study indicate that the use of biofilter technology in managing liquid waste is relevant not only in the household sector, but also in healthcare institutions. Maintaining effluent quality according to established standards is crucial to avoid adverse effects on the environment and public health, such as increased cases of diarrhea or skin infections due to contaminated water. In addition, several studies highlight that water treated by biofilters can be reused, for example for watering open areas and gardens, thus providing additional benefits from the aspect of water resource sustainability. Conclusion: Based on studies from several journals, the issue of liquid waste generated from households and healthcare facilities is caused by a lack of public awareness and minimal management infrastructure. Major pollutants such as BOD, COD, TSS, oil, ammonia, and coliform have significant negative effects on the environment and public health. Biofilter technology has proven effective in reducing pollution loads to meet established standards, although there are several parameters that still require extra attention. Improved design, education, and regulatory support are essential to improve environmental quality and public health. Abstract

Ilmu tauhid merupakan landasan utama dalam teologi Islam yang membahas prinsip keesaan Allah sebagai inti ajaran akidah. Dalam perkembangan kajian modern, tauhid tidak lagi dipahami semata-mata sebagai ajaran normatif, tetapi juga sebagai kerangka konseptual yang memiliki dimensi metodologis dan epistemologis dalam pengembangan ilmu kalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pembagian tauhid ke dalam tiga aspek pokok, yaitu rububiyah, uluhiyah, dan asma wa sifat, dalam perspektif teologis serta menjelaskan keterkaitan konseptual ketiganya dalam membangun sistem akidah yang utuh. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 20 literatur ilmiah terbitan 2021–2024. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis isi melalui tahapan reduksi, pengorganisasian, dan penarikan simpulan secara sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tauhid rububiyah menegaskan otoritas Allah sebagai Pencipta dan Pengatur alam, tauhid uluhiyah menekankan penghambaan eksklusif kepada-Nya, sedangkan tauhid asma wa sifat menguatkan pemahaman tentang kesempurnaan Allah melalui penetapan nama dan sifat-Nya secara proporsional. Ketiga dimensi tersebut saling melengkapi dalam membentuk konstruksi teologis yang rasional dan kontekstual. Dengan demikian, klasifikasi tauhid ini memiliki relevansi penting dalam menjawab tantangan pemikiran Islam kontemporer.
