Abstract

This research aims to determine the internalization of the value of religious moderation based on local wisdom in UPT SMAN 13 Bone students through Islamic Religious Education and Character Learning. This research is qualitative research using a pedagogical approach and an Islamic Religious Education approach. Research data was obtained using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The research results found that the process of internalizing the value of religious moderation based on local wisdom in students was carried out through planning, implementation and evaluation in learning. Internalization through planning is included in the form of curriculum and lesson plans. The implementation is carried out through three stages, namely the transformation, transaction and value transinternalization stages. Meanwhile, the evaluation part is carried out through written tests and observations. The internalized values ​​are the value of tasamuh which is colored with Sipakatau, i'tidal colored with Sipakalebbi, and tahadhdhur colored with sipakatau, sipakalebbi, and sipakainge'.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam kontemporer menghadapi tantangan serius berupa krisis moral, disorientasi nilai, dan lemahnya integrasi antara ilmu dan akhlak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep pendidikan menurut Ibnu Miskawaih dan Al-Ghazali serta menganalisis relevansinya terhadap kondisi pendidikan Islam saat ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, yaitu menelaah sumber-sumber primer dan sekunder yang berkaitan dengan pemikiran kedua tokoh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ibnu Miskawaih menekankan pendidikan berbasis akhlak melalui pendekatan rasional dan pembiasaan moral,sementara Al-Ghazali mengusung pendekatan sufistik yang menitikberatkan pada dimensi spiritual dan penyucian jiwa. Meskipun berbeda pendekatan, keduanya sepakat bahwa pendidikan harus mengembangkan akal, hati, dan ruh secara seimbang. Pemikiran mereka terbukti relevan dalam pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan Islam yang holistik dan berbasis nilai. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa warisan pemikiran klasik Islam tetap kontributif dan solutif dalam menjawab tantangan pendidikan modern, terutama dalam membentuk karakter unggul dan membangun sistem pendidikan yang integratif antara ilmu, iman, dan akhlak.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of a mastery learning approach in enhancing verse comprehension in Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects at MA Hamasatul Muslimin Indonesia. Unlike conventional learning that emphasizes memorization, this study examines a systematic approach that prioritizes deep understanding of verse meanings before proceeding to subsequent materials. The research method employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis utilizes Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis model with triangulation to ensure data validity.The research findings show that mastery learning implementation is conducted through orientation and presentation stages, structured practice in the form of muhadharah, guided practice with teacher assistance and peer tutoring, as well as independent practice through basic competency examinations. This approach creates learning that is not limited by space and time, positioning teachers as facilitators who encourage students' critical and reflective thinking. The findings indicate that the mastery learning approach is effective in developing contextual and applicative understanding of verse meanings, integrating cognitive, affective, and psychomotor dimensions holistically. This research contributes to the development of understanding-based learning practices in Islamic religious education and can serve as a reference for developing innovative learning strategies in Islamic educational institutions
