Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of green technology innovation in mediating the influence of green policy on sustainable national economic policy. A quantitative approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. Data were collected through surveys of 120 respondents from strategic sectors involved in environmental and economic policymaking. The results reveal that green technology innovation significantly influences both green policy and national economic policy. However, green policy does not directly affect economic policy and does not serve as a significant mediator. These findings imply that green technology innovation has a more substantial direct impact on economic policy than green policy itself. Therefore, strengthening the role of green policy is essential to support sustainable economic development effectively.

Abstract

This research is about Marketing Psychological Factors: Influencing Consumer Behavior "Decoy Effect" Buying More Expensive Products. In this research, the approach used by researchers is a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques are used to answer problem formulations or test hypotheses that have been formulated. In hypothesis testing, it can be seen from the t-statistic value and probability value. The research results of the first hypothesis are accepted that Marketing Psychology (X) influences the Decoy Effect (Z). The second hypothesis is accepted that the Decoy Effect (Z) influences Consumer Behavior (Y). The third hypothesis is accepted that Marketing Psychology (X) has a significant effect on Consumer Behavior (Y) through the Decoy Effect (Z) as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This research is about the role of green financing in encouraging the green economy in the micro, small and medium business sector in North Sumatra with environmentally friendly products as a mediating variable. This research design uses a quantitative approach which aims to measure and test the relationship between variables statistically. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire designed to obtain information about the use of green financing, production of environmentally friendly products, and implementation of green economic practices by MSMEs. Quantitative research method with a PLS-SEM approach to analyze the relationship between green financing and the green economy with environmentally friendly products as a mediating variable. The research results of the first hypothesis are accepted that Green Financing (X) has an effect on the Green Economy (Y). The second hypothesis is accepted that Green Financing (X) influences Environmentally Friendly Products (Z). The third hypothesis is accepted that Environmentally Friendly Products (Z) influence the Green Economy (Y). The fourth hypothesis is accepted that Green Financing (X) has a significant effect on the Green Economy (Y) through Environmentally Friendly Products (Z) as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This research is about the Implementation of Green Human Resource Practices and Methods of Implementing Green Human Resource Practices to Reduce Carbon Footprints in Industry. Quantitative methods with PLS-SEM are the right approach for research on GHRP and reducing carbon footprints. PLS-SEM allows analysis of complex variable relationships, while SmartPLS makes it easier to analyze structural models. Through this approach, researchers can evaluate the effectiveness of each GHRP practice and provide appropriate recommendations for companies in reducing their carbon footprint. This study emphasizes the importance of HR's role in a company's environmental strategy. By implementing GHRP, companies can create a more environmentally conscious workforce that is actively involved in efforts to reduce carbon impact. Green training in particular makes a major contribution, as it helps employees understand and implement environmentally friendly practices in their daily work.
