Abstract

This research aims to develop a strategy for using effective evaluation techniques and instruments to measure students' cognitive learning outcomes through a library research approach. The main problem identified was the mismatch between theoretically designed evaluation instruments and their application in diverse educational environments. This study analyzes various evaluation models and methods, and evaluates the effectiveness of their use in cognitive measurement. The research results show that the application of evidence-based evaluation techniques and innovative approaches can increase accuracy in assessing students' cognitive abilities.

Abstract

Evaluation plays a crucial role in supporting the science learning process (IPA) in schools. Through evaluation, educators can assess the level of success achieved during the teaching and learning process. Although the implementation of science learning evaluations varies between schools, this diversity results in a range of evaluation outcomes. This study aims to provide an overview of the evaluation patterns used in science education at the school level. It employs a qualitative approach through a literature review (library research), utilizing techniques such as reading, note-taking, and analyzing relevant sources. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that greater attention needs to be given to the evaluation process in science learning. A well-structured and properly implemented evaluation can enhance the effectiveness of learning while encouraging teachers to continually improve the quality of their instruction. Moreover, evaluation serves to foster student motivation and engagement in learning. Therefore, considering the significant benefits of evaluation in science education, teachers are advised to optimize each stage of the evaluation process in a comprehensive and continuous manner.

Abstract

Islamic education plays an important role in forming perfect human beings through the integration of character values ​​and aqidah in the learning process. In the context of basic education, this integration is becoming increasingly relevant amidst the challenges of globalization and digital influences that can disrupt the formation of students' morals. This study aims to examine the strategy of integrating character and moral education in Islamic learning, both in face-to-face and online learning, and to evaluate its impact on the development of students' personalities. The method used is library research by analyzing relevant academic literature, both in the form of books, journals, and scientific articles. The results of the study indicate that effective integration of character and aqidah education requires the active role of teachers as role models, an adaptive curriculum, and a school environment that supports Islamic values. However, challenges such as lack of teacher training, unsystematic evaluation, and the influence of digital culture are obstacles that need to be overcome. In conclusion, the integration of character and aqidah education in Islamic learning has been proven to have a positive impact on the formation of students' morals and personalities, but its success is highly dependent on a holistic evaluation approach and the involvement of all parties, including teachers, parents, and the community.

Abstract

Learning evaluation is an important component in the educational process that aims to determine the extent to which the success of the learning process has been achieved. In the context of Islamic Religious Education (Islamic education), evaluation not only assesses cognitive aspects, but also affective and psychomotor. This article discusses the basic concept of evaluation and its implications in evaluating Islamic education learning in schools. Through a literature review, this paper emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive understanding of evaluation to produce an effective Islamic education learning process.

Abstract

This paper explores the role of madrasah principals in fostering creativity and innovation among teachers at State Madrasah Aliyah in the Riau Islands Province. Through a qualitative research design, in-depth interviews and classroom observations were conducted with 15 principals and 30 teachers to examine the leadership strategies employed by principals in promoting innovative teaching practices. The study highlights the multifaceted approach of madrasah principals, encompassing professional development, collaborative teaching practices, and the integration of modern educational technologies to stimulate creativity among educators. Findings suggest that madrasah principals who emphasize continuous learning, open communication, and a culture of experimentation contribute significantly to the innovative capacity of teachers. Additionally, this research draws on Islamic educational values, referencing Qur’anic teachings and Hadith to provide a theoretical framework for leadership and creativity in Islamic educational settings. The study contributes to the growing body of literature on educational leadership within Islamic institutions, offering practical insights into how leadership can enhance the quality of teaching and learning in madrasahs. The implications of these findings are discussed, with recommendations for policy and practice to further cultivate an environment conducive to creativity and innovation in madrasah education.

Abstract

This study explores the role of educators' work achievements in enhancing the competitive advantage of Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools in Riau Islands Province, Indonesia. This study involved 10 teachers and 3 school leaders from three Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools selected through purposive sampling. Drawing on qualitative case study methodology, the research investigates how professional development, innovative teaching practices, and leadership support contribute to institutional excellence. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis supported by NVivo 12 software. The findings reveal that continuous professional growth, the integration of technology-based pedagogical strategies, and transformational leadership significantly improve school competitiveness. The findings provide actionable strategies for policymakers and school leaders to implement structured professional development and leadership support systems. This study contributes to the theoretical discourse by aligning its findings with Competitive Advantage Theory, Human Capital Theory, and Innovation Theory.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengolahan masalah yang dapat diterapkan oleh pendidikan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas proses pembelajaran. pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan, dimana seluruh data diambil melalui buku, jurnal dan dokumen yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian, teknik analisis data dalam penelitianini dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap strategi pengolahan masalah dalam pembelajaran memiliki kunikan dalam pendekatan dan tujuan pembelajarannya. problem-based learning (PBL) sangat efektif untuk mendorong keterlibatan aktif, Inquiry-based Learning memupuk rasa ingin tahu, sementara Collaborative problem solving menekankan kerja sama tim. ketiga strategi ini PBL, IBL, dan CBL memiliki keunikan dan kelebihan masing-masing dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran. PBL lebih terfokus pada pemecahan masalah nyata, IBL lebih menekankan pada proses penelitian dan eksplorasi, sementara CBL berfokus pada interaksi dan kolaborasi antar siswa

Abstract

Aplikasi game edukatif memungkinkan siswa untuk mempelajari materi dengan pendekatan yang menarik dan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep bilangan bulat melalui penerapan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis aplikasi game edukatif pada siswa kelas 5 di MI Kiswah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, angket, dan tes pretest serta posttest. Kepraktisan media pembelajaran dinilai melalui keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan respon siswa, sedangkan efektivitasnya dianalisis melalui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis aplikasi game edukatif dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, memotivasi mereka untuk belajar, serta memperbaiki pemahaman konsep bilangan bulat melalui visualisasi, interaksi aktif, dan umpan balik instan. Penelitian ini juga memberikan gambaran mengenai kendala yang dihadapi dan solusi yang diterapkan selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan sistematika penulisan laporan penelitian tindakan kelas. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan, dimana seluruh data diambil melalui buku, jurnal dan dokumen yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, dan teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kualitas laporan yang disusun oleh guru bervariasi secara signifikan. Sebagian besar laporan belum memenuhi standar akademik yang diharapkan, terutama dalam hal kejelasan struktur dan keakuratan konten. Kesulitan utama yang dihadapi oleh para guru adalah dalam menyusun bagian metodologi dan analisis data yang sering kali kurang sistematis dan tidak didukung oleh data yang memadai. Faktor-faktor seperti keterbatasan waktu, kurangnya pelatihan, dan minimnya sumber daya juga turut mempengaruhi kualitas laporan PTK yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya pelatihan berkelanjutan dan pengembangan panduan yang lebih rinci untuk membantu guru dalam menyusun laporan PTK yang lebih sistematis dan memenuhi standar akademik. Dengan adanya dukungan yang lebih baik, diharapkan guru dapat meningkatkan keterampilan mereka dalam menulis laporan yang tidak hanya mendokumentasikan proses dan hasil penelitian dengan jelas, tetapi juga memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang refleksi dan tindakan yang diambil. Hal ini akan membantu meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di kelas dan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Kualitas proses pembelajaran di kelas merupakan faktor penting yang mempunyai dampak signifikan terhadap keberhasilan keseluruhan sistem pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan strategi penyelesaian masalah dalam penelitian tindakan kelas. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan, dimana seluruh data diambil melalui buku, jurnal dan dokumen yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian, teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dapat diutarakan bahwa penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) merupakan metodologi yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Dengan pendekatan siklus tindakan yang terstruktur, PTK memberikan kesempatan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah pembelajaran secara sistematis, mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi intervensi yang tepat, serta melakukan evaluasi terhadap efektivitas tindakan yang telah diambil. PTK tidak hanya berdampak pada perbaikan pembelajaran siswa, tetapi juga pada pengembangan profesionalisme guru. Melalui refleksi dan analisis yang dilakukan selama siklus, guru dapat memperbaiki strategi pengajaran mereka, mengatasi hambatan yang muncul, serta meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi siswa.
