Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an analysis of the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar policy, whether it has been running according to the achievement of the national education goals or not. This study is important as the basis for the direction of the implementation of education in Indonesia. The assessment process uses the library research method by collecting information in the form of journals, books, and literature according to the theme. Then, analyzed deductively and interpretively, resulting in a conclusion that the policy of Merdeka Belajar is perceived as an effort to create a learning environment that is free to express and free from various obstacles, especially psychological pressure. However, three things become obstacles in the orientation of the policy, including an understanding of the intent and implementation that is still lacking, neglected principles in education, and infrastructure inequality. Resulting in the national education goals cannot be fully achieved.

Abstract

Era Modern seperti sekarang ini pengelola lembaga pendidikan harus mampu bersaing dengan lembaga pendidikan bisnis. persaingan mutu organisasi yang terbangun dari perencanaan, proses, dan evaluasi yang sesuai dengan standar atau bermutu. Kualitas (mutu) pada organisasi profit adalah "Doing the right thing, right time, always string for improvement, and always satisfying the customers", maksudnya adalah hasil kondisi produk harus memenuhi beberapa tolak ukur tertentu sesuai dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Mutu yang standar bisa diketahui melalui pengukuran tentang standar itu sendiri. Mutu suatu produk harus menjadi tujuan dan menjadi kerangka kerja bersama untuk mencapainya. Mutu dalam Islam juga sangat penting dan banyak ayat dan hadits yang mendorong mencapaian mutu maksimal bagi lembaga pendidikan. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan dalam Islam sesuai ayat dan hadits sudah ada konsep yang jelas. Berbicara tentang pengertian mutu dan indikatornya, Islam sebagai ajaran yang universal semenjak kedatangannya yang dibawa oleh Rasulullah SAW banyak memberikan landasan-landasan tentang kualitas dan totalitas.

Abstract

This article reviews Determination Planning and Organizing: Leadership and Culture Analysis Organization, A Study of Human Resource Management Literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this research library are that: 1) Leadership influences planning; 2) Culture Organization influences planning; 3) Leadership has an effect on Organizing; 4) Culture Organization influence on Organizing; and 5) Planning has an effect on Organizing.

Abstract

This article reviews the development and improvement of quality management of Islamic education: The Effect of Systematic Thinking and Conceptions of the Qur'an and Hadith, a Literature Study of Human Resource Management. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this research library are that: 1) Systems Thinking has an effect on Development; 2) Conception of Al-Qur'an and Hadith influence the Development; 3) Systematic Thinking has an effect on improving the quality management of Islamic education; 4) The conception of the Qur'an and Hadith has an effect on improving the quality management of Islamic education; and 5) Development has an effect on improving the quality management of Islamic education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan menganalisis penerapan model meaningful instructional design dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 5 Sarolangun. Sedangkan kegunaan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah guru-guru Pendidikan agama Islam dapat menerapkan model Meaningful Instructional Design dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Melalui metode Penelitian kualitatif, dengan kepala sekolah, wakil, guru-guru Pendidikan agama Islam dan siswa sebagai subjek Penelitian, data kemudian diperoleh dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Selanjutnya data tersebut dianalisis dengan model Miles and Huberman. Penelitian ini menghasilkan tiga hal, yakni (1)  Guru pendidikan agama Islam sudah menerapkan Model Meaningful Instructional Design atau biasa disingkat MID dalam proses pembelajaran tapi belum maksimal. (2) Kendala yang dihadapi adalah pemahaman, baik secara teori maupun praktik yang benar dari Model Meaningful Instructional Design agar pada saat penerapannya dalam proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan tertib, menarik dan bermakna serta dapat mewujudkan tujuan pembelajaran. (3) Upaya yang dilakukan yakni: mempelajari, memahami dan mempraktikkan teori dan praktik Model Meaningful Instructional Design yang benar (efektif dan efisien), menganalisis hasil pembelajaran dan memperbaiki kekurangan dalam penerapan Model Meaningful Instructional Design, menggabungkan Model Meaningful Instructional Design dengan metode pembelajaran ceramah dan diskusi, dan memotivasi siswa untuk selalu semangat dalam belajar. Adapun kesimpulan dari Penelitian ini adalah penerapan model meaningful instructional design yang baik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa karena dalam proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model Meaningful Instructional Design siswa terlihat lebih antusias dan semangat

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept of prophetic leadership applied by Kiai in increasing community trust in the Daaru Attauhid Islamic Boarding School. With a descriptive qualitative approach, this study collected data through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation analysis. The results of the study indicate that the prophetic leadership applied by Kiai includes honesty, responsibility, effective communication, and wisdom. These four aspects are applied in various strategies, such as increasing the credibility of the institution, improving the quality of leadership, and increasing community participation. In increasing community trust, Kiai also applies various strategies, such as social services, community involvement in Islamic boarding school decision-making, and improving the quality of education. The impact of this prophetic leadership is seen in the recognition and support of the community, strengthening harmonious relations between Islamic boarding schools and the sustainability of Islamic boarding schools in the long term. The results of this study confirm that the prophetic leadership of Kiai has a major contribution in strengthening the relationship between Islamic boarding schools and the community, and can be used as a leadership model for other Islamic educational institutions

Abstract

This study aims to examine the managerial competencies of madrasah principals, their commitment to fostering stakeholder commitment, and the collective commitment of both principals and stakeholders to the quality of Madrasah Aliyah. The usefulness of this research is to enrich the scientific paradigm in the field of Islamic Education Management, specifically in the study of Human Resource Management.This research is qualitative, employing interviews and observations as its methods. The research informants consist of madrasah principals and stakeholders, particularly educators and education staff at Madrasah Aliyah in Riau Province. Data collection techniques include interviews and observations, using data collection instruments as interview guidelines. The collected data is then analyzed.The findings of the study are as follows:(1) The planning conducted by the madrasah principal involves policy formulation through deliberations, discussions, and meetings with stakeholders, including vice principals, educators, education staff, and even parents, during the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Policies to enhance the competency and commitment of principals and educators are implemented through workshops, training sessions, and seminars.(2) The organization of work procedures by the madrasah principal includes direct coordination with teachers, delegation of duties to vice principals, clear job specifications, and structured task distribution based on the organizational hierarchy.(3) The management of stakeholder performance, particularly educators and education staff, focuses on self-competence, commitment, self-motivation, perseverance, humanity, economic factors, salaries, certifications, and effective leadership by the madrasah principal, including teacher development programs.(4) The supervision of stakeholder performance by the madrasah principal follows an open system monitoring model, which includes input, process, output, and outcome. The input refers to educators with at least a bachelor's or master's degree specializing in the required field of education. The process involves training, education, and supervision by the principal. The output is reflected in the quality of services provided to both internal and external stakeholders of the madrasah. The outcome is the achievement of organizational goals and the improvement of madrasah quality.Based on the research findings, it is concluded that the managerial competencies of madrasah principals enhance the commitment of Madrasah Aliyah stakeholders in Riau Province. Recommendations are proposed to the Provincial and District Education Offices to develop training programs for madrasah principals and stakeholders.

Abstract

This paper explores the role of madrasah principals in fostering creativity and innovation among teachers at State Madrasah Aliyah in the Riau Islands Province. Through a qualitative research design, in-depth interviews and classroom observations were conducted with 15 principals and 30 teachers to examine the leadership strategies employed by principals in promoting innovative teaching practices. The study highlights the multifaceted approach of madrasah principals, encompassing professional development, collaborative teaching practices, and the integration of modern educational technologies to stimulate creativity among educators. Findings suggest that madrasah principals who emphasize continuous learning, open communication, and a culture of experimentation contribute significantly to the innovative capacity of teachers. Additionally, this research draws on Islamic educational values, referencing Qur’anic teachings and Hadith to provide a theoretical framework for leadership and creativity in Islamic educational settings. The study contributes to the growing body of literature on educational leadership within Islamic institutions, offering practical insights into how leadership can enhance the quality of teaching and learning in madrasahs. The implications of these findings are discussed, with recommendations for policy and practice to further cultivate an environment conducive to creativity and innovation in madrasah education.

Abstract

This study explores the role of educators' work achievements in enhancing the competitive advantage of Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools in Riau Islands Province, Indonesia. This study involved 10 teachers and 3 school leaders from three Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools selected through purposive sampling. Drawing on qualitative case study methodology, the research investigates how professional development, innovative teaching practices, and leadership support contribute to institutional excellence. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis supported by NVivo 12 software. The findings reveal that continuous professional growth, the integration of technology-based pedagogical strategies, and transformational leadership significantly improve school competitiveness. The findings provide actionable strategies for policymakers and school leaders to implement structured professional development and leadership support systems. This study contributes to the theoretical discourse by aligning its findings with Competitive Advantage Theory, Human Capital Theory, and Innovation Theory.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan suatu hal yang penting dalam pembangnan suatu Negara. Pendidikan yang berkualitas diharapkan mampu menghasilkan generasi-generasi penerus yang mampu bersaing dalam kancah pergaulan internasional. Beragam upaya yang dilakukan demi adanya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia tidak akan lepas dari pemberdayaan faktor-faktor pendukung keberhasilan pendidikan yang senantiasa berkembang dan berkesinambungan. Hal ini dikarenakan oleh kenyataan kompleksnya dimensi-dimensei eksternal pendidikan itu sendiri. Banyaknya dimensi-dimensi eksternal pendidikan itu seperti dimensi sosial, politik, ekonomi, budaya, dan bahkan juga dimensi global. Dari berbagai persoalan pada dimensi eksternal dalam menggali potensi pendidikan, tulisan ini hanya akan memfokuskan kepada tiga permasalahan, yaitu masalah social dan politik. Berdasarkan kajian secara kepustakaan maka tulisan ini dapat menyimpulkan bahwa faktor penunjang keberhasilan pendidikan melalui berpikir kesisteman dalam menggali potensi eksternal Pendidikan, terdapat tiga faktor besar yang mempengaruhinya yakni Globalisasi karena globalisasi bisa mendatangkan peluang dan disisi lain bisa menjadi ancaman model pendidikan nasional kita. Karena pendidikan pada prinsipnya mengemban etika masa depan, maka dunia pendidikan harus mau menerima dan menghadapi dinamika globalisasi sebagai bagian dari permasalahan pendidikan masa kini. kedua yaitu faktor politik menjadi agenda penting dalam pemikiran dan praksis pendidikan nasional karena pendidikan harus mengikuti perubahan dan perkembanagan zaman yang berkembang di masyarakat, ketiga yaitu ekonomi mempengaruhi pendidikan karena Petumbuhan Ekonomi yang cepat di Negara-negara Asia dan perubahan progresif dalam produksi menuju industry dan jasa berteknologi tinggi mengakibatkan meningkatnya tuntutan dari dunia usaha terhadap perlunya SDMyang terampil dan terdidik
