Abstract

Teknologi UAV sudah banyak dimanfaatkan untuk pembuatan peta dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hasil uji akurasi horisontal peta tutupan lahan Desa Ciputri yang diperoleh dari digitasi foto udara DJI Phantom 4 RTK perekaman Agustus 2022. Sebanyak 12 ICP digunakan untuk menghitung ketelitian horisontal dan diukur dengan metode RTK NTRIP menggunakan GNSS Geodetik Trimble R10. Perhitungan ketelitian horisontal mengacu pada Peraturan BIG Nomor 6 Tahun 2018. Hasil uji akurasi tutupan lahan menunjukkan nilai RMSE dan CE90 masing – masing sebesar 1,229 m dan 1,862 m. Namun berdasarkan beberapa referensi, foto udara yang dihasilkan dari DJI Phantom 4 RTK metode PPK atau RTK seharusnya mempunyai nilai RMSE level sentimeter. Analisis lanjutan menunjukkan beberapa kenampakan foto udara seperti jalan dan pematang tegalan terlihat tidak sambung. Berdasarkan konfirmasi tim survei, saat perekaman foto udara tidak diikatkan dengan base stasion CORS. Sehingga koordinat yang dihasilkan adalah koordinat absolut atau foto udara belum terorthorektifikasi. Rekomendasi yang diberikan untuk meningkatkan ketelitian dan kualitas foto udara adalah melakukan pengolahan data trajectory dengan data CORS menggunakan metode PPK. Peta tutupan lahan Desa Ciputri tahun 2022 dari hasil digitasi foto udara DJI Phantom 4 RTK yang belum terortorektifikasi memenuhi ketelitian peta skala 1: 5.000 kelas 2.

Abstract

This research analyzes the dynamics of land cover change in the Puncak Area over the last 10-year period (2013-2023). Using the Random Forest Classification method on Landsat 8 and 9 image data, this study evaluates the contribution of tourism to the economy of the Puncak Region and reveals facts related to land use change. The Puncak area, known as a mountain tourism destination in West Java, is experiencing rapid economic growth, but tourism activities and infrastructure development have the potential to negatively impact local ecosystems. The research used BIG administrative data, Landsat imagery, and landform systems for analysis. Through Google Earth Engine (GEE), data processing was performed, including cloud masking, mosaic, clip, and pan-sharpening. The Random Forest classification method was used to determine land cover in 2013 and 2023 with kappa accuracy tests reaching 85.81% and 88.42% respectively. The results show an increase in built-up land area of 4,632.68 hectares with a decrease in agricultural and forest land. Obstacles in the interpretation of low-resolution Landsat imagery became one of the challenges in this study. The Urban Expansion Intensity Index (UEII) calculation results show a moderate increase in built-up land area over the past 10 years. The phenomenon of urbanization and the drive of economy and tourism are the main factors of land change from vegetation cover to built-up land. This study provides important insights for the regulation and monitoring of the Puncak Area to maintain a balance between economic growth and environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a very important role in shaping the character and noble morals of students. The quality of PAI teaching materials is one of the key factors in the success of the learning process. And aims to describe the principles and characteristics of effective PAI teaching materials. PAI teaching materials are learning tools designed to help teachers and students achieve the goals of PAI education. Good and quality teaching materials will make it easier for students to understand Islamic teachings, so that they can deepen and practice them in their daily lives. Principles such as relevance, consistency, and sufficiency are important foundations in compiling PAI teaching materials. In addition, the unique characteristics that distinguish PAI teaching materials from other teaching materials provide added value in realizing the ideals of Islamic Religious Education and Character for students. By paying attention to these principles and characteristics, Islamic Religious Education teaching materials are expected to help students achieve the desired learning goals, namely to become Muslim individuals who are faithful, pious, and have noble morals.

Abstract

Classroom management is a fundamental competency that educators must possess to create, maintain, and restore a conducive classroom environment that facilitates the learning process. As professional educators, teachers are expected to establish and sustain an optimal learning atmosphere that supports the attainment of instructional objectives. Classroom management encompasses a series of deliberate and strategic actions undertaken by teachers to cultivate an effective learning environment. This includes fostering constructive communication and reciprocal interpersonal relationships between teachers and students, thereby promoting a harmonious and supportive classroom climate. The primary objective of classroom management is to establish a learning environment that is both effective and engaging, capable of stimulating students’ motivation to learn in accordance with their individual capacities. Furthermore, classroom management aims to eliminate various obstacles that may hinder the learning process, thereby enhancing instructional effectiveness. Consequently, the role of the teacher extends beyond the mere transmission of knowledge; it also involves motivating, supporting, and facilitating student learning. Teachers are expected to guide students to become more actively engaged in their own learning while also fostering the internalization of ethical values in daily life. A teacher is considered successful when they are able to bring about meaningful cognitive, affective, and moral development in their students.

Abstract

Islamic education holds a comprehensive orientation, emphasizing not only academic achievement but also the cultivation of noble character and personal development in line with Islamic values. In this regard, leadership in Islamic education plays a crucial role in shaping the vision and culture of institutions with Islamic character. This study explores how Islamic values are integrated into educational leadership practices. Employing a qualitative approach through library research, it examines conceptual frameworks and theories derived from classical and contemporary Islamic thought, as well as modern leadership models. The findings reveal that effective Islamic educational leadership integrates prophetic leadership principles (humanization, liberation, transcendence), transformational leadership grounded in Islamic ethics, and participatory leadership based on the concept of shura (consultation). Core values such as shiddiq (honesty), amanah (trustworthiness), tabligh (effective communication), fathanah (wisdom), and ‘adl (justice) are central to the leadership approach. The study also identifies key strategies for implementation, including value-based vision development, cultivating an Islamic organizational culture, leadership capacity-building programs, and comprehensive evaluation systems. Despite challenges from internal organizational resistance and external pressures of globalization, the integration of Islamic values into leadership has the potential to enhance the integrity, effectiveness, and holistic impact of educational institutions. This research contributes to the development of a contextually relevant Islamic educational leadership model responsive to the demands of modern education while maintaining spiritual integrity.

Abstract

The Qur'an and Hadith have a complementary relationship. The Qur'an provides basic instructions and general principles, while the Hadith offer detailed explanations and concrete examples from the life of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. These two sources are used together to understand and practice Islamic teachings as a whole. The Koran is the holy book of Muslims which is considered a direct revelation from Allah SWT, conveyed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW through the Angel Gabriel. Consisting of 114 surahs and thousands of verses, the Qur'an covers aspects of faith, worship, law, ethics and history. Written in Arabic, the Qur'an is considered the greatest miracle of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, renowned for the beauty of its language and the depth of its content. The Qur'an functions as a perfect and eternal guide for the lives of Muslims and the Hadith is a collection of the words, actions and agreements of the Prophet Muhammad SAW conveyed by his companions. Hadith complement the Qur'an by providing detailed explanations of the teachings contained therein. Hadith are categorized based on their authenticity into sahih (authentic), hasan (good), dhaif (weak), and maudhu' (false). The collection and verification of hadiths was carried out by scholars such as Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim, who ensured the reliability and authenticity of the hadiths.

Abstract

Kawasan industri merupakan salah satu faktor utama pada isu penurunan sumber daya alam dan degradasi lingkungan. Kegiatan ekonomi pada sektor industri juga menyebabkan pencemaran sungai dan air laut, polusi udara, penurunan kesehatan dan rasa tidak nyaman bagi warga yang tinggal dekat dengan kawasan industri. Oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis spasial dalam penentuan kesesuaian lahan untuk kawasan industri untuk menghindari terjadinya permasalahan, tersebut salah satunya adalah dengan metode Spatial Multi-Criteria Analysis (SMCA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis spasial kesesuaian kawasan industri Kota Serang menggunakan metode SMCA dan dibandingkan dengan Peta RTRW dengan perangkat lunak ILWIS. Hasil dari penelitian ini 75,79% masuk ke dalam kategori cukup sesuai, sementara 13,28% memenuhi persyaratan sangat sesuai. Dibandingkan dengan Peta RTRW Kota Serang, 29,58% wilayah KPI (Kawasan Peruntukan Indutri), terutama di Kecamatan Kasemen bagian utara, tidak sesuai untuk pembangunan kawasan industri, namun 61,75% dan 8,67% wilayah KPI masing-masing cukup dan sangat sesuai. Temuan studi ini menunjukkan bahwa KPI pada peta RTRW Kota Serang perlu dikaji ulang mengingat wilayah Kecamatan Kasemen Utara merupakan wilayah pesisir pantai yang memiliki tutupan lahan berupa tambak, sehingga tidak sesuai untuk pembangunan kawasan industri.

Abstract

Banjir merupakan fenomena yang seringkali menganggu kehidupan masyarakat. Banjir dalam pandangan masyarakat dianggap sebagai bencana yang dikarenakan meluapnya air dari sungai akibat hujan deras dimana tidak hanya menyebabkan kerugian secara materil, namun juga dapat mengganggu kehidupan bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kerawanan banjir menggunakan metode Spatial Multi Criteria Analysis (SMCA) di Desa Ciputri, Cianjur, Jawa Barat. Berbagai variabel pembentuk banjir seperti curah hujan, elevasi, kelerengan, jarak dari sungai dan tutupan lahan digunakan untuk membuat peta kerawanan banjir melalui tiga skenario pembobotan. Pembobotan variabel terbaik menggunakan skema jarak dari sungai sebesar 30%, tutupan lahan 20%, elevasi 20%, curah hujan 15%, dan kelerengan 15%. Ketika dibandingkan dengan peta kerawanan banjir hasil wawancara masyarakat Ciputri mengenai histori banjir, pemetaan ini dapat menghasilkan nilai validasi PRC sebesar 60%. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa skenario pembobotan variabel ini dapat digunakan dengan cukup baik untuk melakukan pemetaan kerawanan banjir di tingkat pedesaan. Walaupu begitu, penambahan variabel dan pengembangan dalam pembobotan disarankan untuk perkembangan studi lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Evaluation of city planning based on aspects of Green Open Space (RTH) and disaster vulnerability is an important part of realizing a sustainable city. This research aims to evaluate the conformity of the Spatial Plan (RTRW) of Magelang City based on aspects of Green Open Space (RTH) and disaster vulnerability, as well as provide recommendations for the sustainability of the city in the future. The methods used include analysis of vegetation land cover using Random Forest classification and NDVI from Landsat 9 imagery in 2023 to evaluate RTH, as well as overlaying disaster vulnerability maps of floods and landslides from BNPB with the spatial plan map of RTRW. The results of the study indicate that the area of green open space in Magelang City still meets the minimum standard of 30% of the total area. However, there is a discrepancy in the use of the river border area of the Elo River covering an area of 1.14 hectares due to the presence of buildings standing on the river border. The areas of Wates and Gelangan Villages are prone to flood and landslide disasters with sloping conditions ranging from slightly steep to steep. The recommendations include the development of private green open spaces, drainage system management, not building houses around cliffs and rivers, socialization related to disasters, and emphasizing regulations to not build homes in river borders and not deforesting.

Abstract

The development of the Kertajati International Airport project in Majalengka Regency, West Java, directly impacts land cover change. The land cover change comes from land acquisition by residents in Kertajati, Bantarjati, Kertasari, Sukamulya, and Sukakerta Villages. This study aims to analyze land cover changes before and after the construction of Kertajati International Airport in each village and analyze the process of residential land acquisition and the airport construction process spatially and temporally. This research uses a spatial-temporal analysis method by comparing land cover before and after the construction of Kertajati International Airport in each village and visual interpretation using Google Earth image data in 2009, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. The results showed that land cover change affected paddy fields, settlements, and moorlands. The most affected paddy fields are in Kertajati and Bantarjati Villages. Then, the most affected residential land is Kertasari Village. Land clearing of residential land was carried out in different years for each village due to the land acquisition process. The construction of Kertajati International Airport was carried out from 2013 to 2018, but after this period, there was still an additional runway in Sukamulya Village. This research proves that Google Earth imagery can help analyze land cover change.
