Abstract

This research examines the Religious Training Program in Fostering Youth Morale in Biangloe Village, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. The purpose of the research is to find out the training model used, what obstacles are experienced and what efforts are made to overcome the existing obstacles. Using a qualitative approach to the type of case study research using descriptive methods. The research subjects were mosque youth caretakers and supervisors. Collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data exposure, and inference. Triangulation is used to explain the validity of the data using various sources and techniques. The results of the study showed: 1) the religious training program carried out by youth in the mosque was preacher training using a three-step training model, namely first analyzing the problem, formulating and improving the training objectives. The second is sorting learning media and training methods. Third, consider the results of the exercise. 2) Obstacles in fostering youth at the Ma'lero Mosque come from internal factors and external factors 3) Efforts to overcome these obstacles, both from internal strengthening and external factors

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data tentang:  gambaran kemampuan manajerial yang dimiliki dan diimplementasikan oleh pengelola PKBM Mattirowalie; kendala penyelenggaraan program, dan prestasi kelembagaan yang telah diperoleh PKBM Mattirowalie. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah pengelola PKBM Mattirowalie  Kabupaten Barru. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, dan dokumen. Analisis data secara sistematis dilakukan dengan tiga langkah secara bersamaan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Berdasarkan analisis data disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Pengelola PKBM Mattirowali  sudah memiliki  kemampuan manajerial  yang diimplementasikan dalam mengelola program  yaitu kepemimpinan yang lebih cenderung demokratis; membuat perencanaan dengan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan belajar, potensi dan daya dukung program; pengorganisasian dengan melakukan pembagian tugas kepada semua personal yang terlibat; menyelenggarakan berbagai program pembelajaran/pelatihan yang beragam;  dan adanya kerja sama secara internal dan bermitra dengan berbagai instansi/lembaga dan perorangan yang saling menguntungkan. (2) Kendala yang dialami pengelola PKBM yaitu dana pengelolaan program yang kurang, baik yang bersumber dari pemerintah maupun biaya lembaga sendiri. (3) Prestasi PKBM nampak dari sejumlah penghargaan dalam bentuk sertifikat, piagam dan piala; terselenggaranya bermacam-macam program pembelajaran, pelatihan keterampilan, magang dan pemberdayaan warga masyarakat, dan luaran program telah memanfaatkan hasil belajarnya menciptakan lapangan kerja sendiri dan bekerja pada orang lain/perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Kemampuan, Manajerial, Pengelola, PKBM

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pembelajaran berbasis projek dalam penguatan karakter disiplin, kerja sama, dan peduli lingkungan pada anak usia dini di lembaga PAUD. Penelitian ini temasuk studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Data dianalisis menggunakan model tiga langkah Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran projek dapat menguatkan  karakter disiplin, kerja sama dan peduli lingkungan pada diri anak di lembaga PAUD. Disiplin anak terimplementasikan  dari kebiasaan memungut sampah yang ditemukan setiap hari, kerja sama  terimplementasikan dari perilaku saling mendukung dan bergotong royang menciptakan lingkungan bersih, dan kepedulian lingkungan terimplementasikan dari kesediaan dan kegiatan untuk menciptakan lingkungan bebas dari sampah dan pemandangan kotor.

Abstract

This study examines the management of the C package education program at the SPNF Learning Activity Center (SKB) in North Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of the C package education program at SPNF was the Learning Activity Center (SKB) in North Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. The Learning Activity Center (SKB) is a form of educational institution that provides services to the community. The problem in this research is how to manage the package C equivalence education program. The aims of this research are to describe: 1) package C program planning, 2) package C program organization, 3) package C program implementation, and 4) package C program evaluation. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants consisted of the Head of SKB, 1 tutor, and 3 learning residents. Data analysis techniques used in this study include: 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation, and 4) conclusion/verification. The technique used to check the validity of the data in this study is source and data triangulation. From the research results, the conclusions were obtained, namely: 1) planning, the package C program at the North Balikpapan SKB was in accordance with the direction of the Balikpapan city education office but was still adjusted to the needs of students, 2) the organization of the North Balikpapan SKB could not be said to be good because the institution was still lack of quality and quantity of tutors, 3) implementation of the package C program at North Balikpapan SKB learning process, learning resources, learning methods used in learning adapted to the needs of students. 4) evaluation of the C package program is carried out using a formative evaluation which is carried out when one chapter of the module is completed, summative evaluation is carried out at the end of each semester and the final evaluation is a school exam.

Abstract

This research examines the analysis of the implementation of parenting programs at TK Mamampang Bulukumba Recency. The research subjects include 4 individuals, comprising 1 school principal, 1 teacher/staff, and 2 parents of strudent. Data was collected through obsevation, interviews, and documentation. The data weree processed using procedures for data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The results indicate that supportive factors for the implementation of the parenting program include high community support, collaboration between institutions, and the availability of adequate resources. Menawhile, inhibiting factors involve financial constraints, low community participation, and challenges in technology. This highlights the need for a holistic approach and balance between schools and families. Through dialogue and discussion, theses meetings aim to understand student development, share information, and create an environment that supports the optimal growth of children.

Abstract

Disiplin anak terimplementasikan  dari kebiasaan memungut sampah yang ditemukan setiap hari, kerja sama  terimplementasikan dari perilaku saling mendukung dan bergotong royang menciptakan lingkungan bersih, dan kepedulian lingkungan terimplementasikan dari kesediaan dan kegiatan untuk menciptakan lingkungan bebas dari sampah dan pemandangan kotor.

Abstract

Abstrak – Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat berupa pemberian informasi dan Latihan mengenai cara mengidentifikasi Kebutuhan Belajar Warga Masyarakat bagi menyelenggara Program Pendidikan Nonformal, yang berlangsung di Lembaga Pendidikan Masyarakat PKBM Satria Mangindara Takalar. Kegiatan ini dapat menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan penyelenggara dan pendidik pendidikan nonformal tentang (1) Konsep identifikasi kebutuhan belajar dalam merencanakan program pembelajaran pendidikan nonformal, (2) cara membuat instrument identifikasi kebutuhan belajar, (3) praktek menganalisis data kebutuhan belajar untuk menentukan prioritas dalam penyusunan program pembelajaran bagi warga masyarakat. Kegiatan ini mendapat dukungan dari pihak lembaga pendidikan masyarakat (SKB dan PKBM) kabupaten Takalar, dan pendidik pendidikan nonformal.Kata kunci: pelatihan, identifikasi, kebutuhan belajar, masyarakat

Abstract

This research aims to find out what programmes of work exist in the HIPMI PARE organization affect the development potential. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. The subjects of this study are members of HIPMI PARE, while the object of this research is the organization HIPMY PARE. The collection is done by the method of interviews, observations and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are information collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Triangulation is used to explain the validity of data using source triangulation and triangulation techniques. Through the HIPMI PARE work programme our potential can be developed through various activities where we are motivated, dig potential, awaken awareness of the potential that we have, and give the opportunity to play a role to its widest. By developing self-potential, we can become more self-reliant, creative individuals, and have the ability to make a positive contribution to society. Therefore, it is important for organizations of both students' and youth organizations to provide the means for us young people to develop their own potential.Keywords: Potential Teenagers, Organization

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of flashcard media educational games on the English skills of children aged 3-6 years in Ujung Pandang District. This research uses a quantitative approach with a type of experimental research. The subjects of this study were educators and children aged 3-6 years. While the object of this study is TK – Baby House or PAUD. Data collection using observation, interview, pre-test and post-test methods. The technique used in data analysis using re-experiment design (pretest – posttest control group design) is that if there is a difference between pretest and posttest scores, where the posttest score is significantly higher than the pretest score, it can be concluded that the treatment given has an influence or is effective on changes that occur in the dependent variable. Based on the results of the study shows that there is a significant relationship between flashcard media educational games on the English skills of children aged 3-6 years in Ujung Pandang district
