Abstract

In response to the growing importance of digital entrepreneurship in the global economy, higher education institutions are increasingly tasked with designing programs that equip students with the competencies needed to navigate and lead in digital environments. This study investigates how Universitas Insan Pembangunan Indonesia (UNIPI), a private university in Indonesia, strategically plans and standardizes its academic offerings to develop a sustainable digitalpreneurship program. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through document analysis, in-depth interviews with institutional leaders, program chairs, lecturers, and students, as well as direct classroom observations. Thematic analysis revealed five major themes: strategic vision and institutional positioning, curriculum alignment with national standards (SN-Dikti and KKNI), quality assurance mechanisms, implementation challenges and pedagogical practices, and stakeholder engagement. Findings indicate that while UNIPI has articulated a strong institutional vision for digital entrepreneurship, operational implementation remains uneven across departments due to variations in faculty readiness, infrastructural access, and industry collaboration. Curriculum design shows compliance with national education standards, but gaps exist in translating such standards into innovative teaching practices. Students generally value experiential learning opportunities but express a need for stronger mentoring, startup incubation support, and practical engagement. This study contributes to the literature by offering a contextualized model of how private universities in emerging economies can integrate strategic planning and academic standardization to foster digitalpreneurship. It highlights the critical need for institutional reflexivity, coordinated leadership, and adaptive governance to build a sustainable and inclusive digital entrepreneurial ecosystem in higher education.

Abstract

Educational accreditation is an important benchmark in assessing the quality and performance of educational institutions. This article aims to examine how the accreditation perspective contributes to improving the performance of Aya Sophia Islamic School Tangerang Business Junior High School. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and case study method, this study found that the application of strategy formulation, program planning, implementation, and monitoring based on accreditation indicators succeeded in improving the quality of graduates and the efficiency of school management. These results demonstrate the importance of accreditation as an instrument for fostering sustainable education quality.

Abstract

PTKI (Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam) merupakan lembaga pendidikan tinggi di bawah naungan Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi lapangan dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Subdirektorat Sarana Prasarana dan Kemahasiswaan Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Subdirektorat Sarpras Kementerian Agama memiliki peran penting dalam peningkatan mutu PTKI melalui pengembangan sarana prasarana berbasis SBSN, program KIP Kuliah, dan pelatihan mahasiswa. Dukungan tersebut meliputi pengelolaan sarana pendidikan, penguatan akses bagi siswa yang kurang mampu, serta pengembangan karakter dan kepemimpinan. Dengan pemantauan dan evaluasi yang terpadu, Subdirektorat Sarpras memastikan program berjalan efektif, transparan, dan berkelanjutan, sehingga PTKI dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang kompeten, berdaya saing, dan berkontribusi bagi masyarakat. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi bagi Kementerian Agama untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan sarpras di PTKI. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas PTKI sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi kemajuan bangsa.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the era of globalization, human resource management (HRM) plays a strategic role in enhancing organizational competitiveness. One of the key issues is the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, which is believed to significantly influence employee loyalty, performance, and workforce sustainability. This study employs a literature review method by examining eleven scientific articles from international and national journals published between 2015–2025. The analysis was conducted using a thematic approach to identify the direction of the relationship, similarities, differences, and practical implications. The findings indicate that job satisfaction is positively related to organizational commitment, either directly or through mediating variables such as work engagement and job characteristics. International studies emphasize the complex psychological mechanisms involved, while local research highlights the direct influence within the Indonesian organizational context. Practically, increasing job satisfaction can be achieved by creating a supportive work culture, implementing fair reward systems, ensuring effective communication, and providing career development opportunities. Thus, the findings reinforce the importance of positioning job satisfaction as a strategic element of HRM to strengthen employee commitment and support organizational sustainability. ABSTRAK Dalam era globalisasi, manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) memegang peranan strategis dalam meningkatkan daya saing organisasi. Salah satu isu penting adalah keterkaitan antara kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi yang diyakini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas, kinerja, dan keberlangsungan tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur (literature review) dengan menelaah sebelas artikel ilmiah dari jurnal internasional dan nasional yang terbit antara tahun 2015–2025. Analisis dilakukan melalui pendekatan tematik untuk mengidentifikasi arah hubungan, kesamaan, perbedaan, serta implikasi praktis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berhubungan positif dengan komitmen organisasi, baik secara langsung maupun melalui variabel mediasi seperti keterlibatan kerja dan karakteristik pekerjaan. Studi internasional menekankan mekanisme psikologis yang kompleks, sedangkan penelitian lokal lebih menyoroti pengaruh langsung dalam konteks organisasi di Indonesia. Secara praktis, peningkatan kepuasan kerja dapat dilakukan melalui penciptaan budaya kerja suportif, sistem penghargaan yang adil, komunikasi efektif, serta peluang pengembangan karier. Dengan demikian, temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya menempatkan kepuasan kerja sebagai elemen strategis MSDM untuk memperkuat komitmen karyawan dan mendukung keberlanjutan organisasi.
