Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi implementasi kebijakan Outcome-Based Education (OBE) pada mata kuliah kewirausahaan di perguruan tinggi, dengan fokus pada bagaimana kebijakan ini diterjemahkan ke dalam desain pembelajaran, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi capaian pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan dosen, mahasiswa, dan pemangku kebijakan institusi, observasi proses pembelajaran di kelas kewirausahaan, serta analisis dokumen seperti Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) dan dokumen evaluasi capaian pembelajaran. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola utama dan hubungan antar elemen yang relevan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosen memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang prinsip dan praktik OBE, yang tercermin dalam kemampuan mereka merancang capaian pembelajaran, menerapkan metode pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman seperti simulasi bisnis dan proyek kolaboratif, serta mengembangkan instrumen evaluasi yang relevan. Pemahaman ini memungkinkan dosen mengintegrasikan kebijakan OBE secara efektif dalam proses pembelajaran, yang pada akhirnya mendorong pengembangan kompetensi mahasiswa, seperti kreativitas, inovasi, dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Meskipun implementasi kebijakan ini menunjukkan keberhasilan, terdapat tantangan yang signifikan, terutama dalam hal dukungan institusional. Kendala yang ditemukan meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya, kebutuhan akan perangkat evaluasi yang lebih inovatif, dan komunikasi yang kurang optimal antara dosen dan mahasiswa terkait tujuan pembelajaran berbasis OBE. Dari perspektif mahasiswa, pembelajaran berbasis OBE dipandang relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja, meskipun intensitas tugas yang tinggi memerlukan pengelolaan waktu yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dengan memperluas wawasan tentang implementasi kebijakan OBE dalam mata kuliah berbasis praktik seperti kewirausahaan. Secara praktis, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi dosen, pengembangan panduan implementasi kebijakan yang lebih komprehensif, dan penyediaan sumber daya tambahan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan studi lanjutan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi kebijakan OBE dalam konteks yang lebih luas dan mengevaluasi dampak jangka panjangnya terhadap kualitas lulusan dan keterkaitan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja.

Abstract

This research explores future educational leadership models with a focus on communication and human relations based on religious, philosophical, psychological, and sociological approaches. Using descriptive qualitative methods, data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews in several schools in Tangerang. The results showed that educational leaders who integrate spiritual values and ethical principles in their leadership practices are able to create a positive learning environment and support students' character development. Open and inclusive communication between leaders, staff and students contributes to improved motivation and performance. In addition, a deep understanding of psychological and sociological aspects assisted leaders in building healthy interpersonal relationships and creating fair policies. This study recommends the importance of continuous professional training for educational leaders to implement leadership models that are holistic and responsive to complex social dynamics. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of more effective and relevant educational leadership practices in the future.

Abstract

In response to the growing importance of digital entrepreneurship in the global economy, higher education institutions are increasingly tasked with designing programs that equip students with the competencies needed to navigate and lead in digital environments. This study investigates how Universitas Insan Pembangunan Indonesia (UNIPI), a private university in Indonesia, strategically plans and standardizes its academic offerings to develop a sustainable digitalpreneurship program. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through document analysis, in-depth interviews with institutional leaders, program chairs, lecturers, and students, as well as direct classroom observations. Thematic analysis revealed five major themes: strategic vision and institutional positioning, curriculum alignment with national standards (SN-Dikti and KKNI), quality assurance mechanisms, implementation challenges and pedagogical practices, and stakeholder engagement. Findings indicate that while UNIPI has articulated a strong institutional vision for digital entrepreneurship, operational implementation remains uneven across departments due to variations in faculty readiness, infrastructural access, and industry collaboration. Curriculum design shows compliance with national education standards, but gaps exist in translating such standards into innovative teaching practices. Students generally value experiential learning opportunities but express a need for stronger mentoring, startup incubation support, and practical engagement. This study contributes to the literature by offering a contextualized model of how private universities in emerging economies can integrate strategic planning and academic standardization to foster digitalpreneurship. It highlights the critical need for institutional reflexivity, coordinated leadership, and adaptive governance to build a sustainable and inclusive digital entrepreneurial ecosystem in higher education.

Abstract

Educational accreditation is an important benchmark in assessing the quality and performance of educational institutions. This article aims to examine how the accreditation perspective contributes to improving the performance of Aya Sophia Islamic School Tangerang Business Junior High School. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and case study method, this study found that the application of strategy formulation, program planning, implementation, and monitoring based on accreditation indicators succeeded in improving the quality of graduates and the efficiency of school management. These results demonstrate the importance of accreditation as an instrument for fostering sustainable education quality.
