Abstract

Globalisasi telah membawa tantangan signifikan bagi sistem pendidikan, seperti perubahan kebutuhan pasar kerja, revolusi teknologi, dan peningkatan keterampilan lintas budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi manajemen strategi pendidikan dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi, dengan fokus pada pengembangan kurikulum berbasis global, penguatan kompetensi tenaga pendidik, pemanfaatan teknologi, dan kolaborasi internasional. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lembaga pendidikan yang mengadopsi strategi seperti integrasi kurikulum lokal dan global, pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, serta kemitraan global berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dalam berpikir kritis, kreativitas, dan keterampilan kolaborasi. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan resistensi terhadap perubahan masih menjadi hambatan utama. Dengan penerapan manajemen strategis yang efektif, lembaga pendidikan dapat menciptakan lulusan yang berdaya saing global sekaligus menjaga nilai-nilai lokal.

Abstract

This article aims to explain in detail the history of the establishment and growth of pesantren in the Indonesian archipelago, where there are concepts of salafiah pesantren and khalafiah pesantren. Salafiyah pesantren is a pesantren where a person seeks knowledge, by applying education that is guided by classical books or commonly known as yellow books. Khalafiyah pesantren or commonly known as modern pesantren is the result of the development of salafiyah pesantren, where education in this modern pesantren in addition to teaching religious knowledge is also taught general knowledge, with the aim of producing a generation that has skills in accordance with the times that exist today. The research method involved a literature review and analysis of current data related to the use of social media and its impact. The results of the study show that the Pesantren is transformative-active for its progress and is no longer a backward institution, the challenges of the times require the Pesantren to assimilate with the new culture. Now many Pesantren experience growth and development both in terms of curriculum, teaching and leadership patterns.

Abstract

Evaluation of education and learning is a crucial element in the educational process that aims to ensure the achievement of predetermined educational goals. Evaluation not only serves to measure learners' learning outcomes but also to identify strengths and weaknesses in the learning process and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. In this theoretical review, the author will review various perspectives and theories related to the importance of evaluation in education and learning. The review covers the definition, purpose, and types of evaluation, as well as methods and techniques that can be used to conduct effective evaluation. It also highlights the challenges and solutions in the implementation of educational evaluation across different levels and contexts of education. Through a comprehensive understanding of the urgency of evaluation, it is hoped that educators and policymakers can design and implement more effective evaluation strategies to improve the overall quality of education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the planning and procurement of facilities and infrastructure at MTs Tahfizh and Islamic Economics (TEI) Multazam - Rumpin, Bogor. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method that emphasizes the depiction of what it is and is in accordance with the reality of the facilities and infrastructure management process at MTs Tahfizh and Islamic Economics (TEI) Multazam - Rumpin, Bogor. The main subject in this research is the head of the facilities and infrastructure at the pesantren. The conclusion of this study is that the planning activities of facilities and infrastructure that are implemented in the Multazam Islamic Boarding School, Rumpin prioritize a pattern of caution and openness. From the results of the research, it was found that the planning of facilities and infrastructure implemented at the Multazam Islamic Boarding School, Rumpin emphasizes a pattern of caution and openness. While the procurement of madrasah facilities and infrastructure at the Multazam Islamic Boarding School, Bogor is carried out in several ways according to the type of facilities and infrastructure required, namely: (1) ordering, for special items such as tables, chairs, uniforms or others, (2) manufacturing, for permanent infrastructure such as buildings, sports fields, parks and others, and (3) direct purchases, for consumable goods such as office stationery (ATK), consumer goods (coffee , sugar, cakes, and others).

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure support the learning process so that it can run effectively. But not a few we find that some schools still have problems in the learning process due to the absence of adequate facilities and infrastructure. The management of facilities and infrastructure is very important because with the management of the facilities and infrastructure of educational institutions, their use will be maintained and clear. Therefore the need for the role and attention of the government in the management of facilities and infrastructure at each school in Indonesia in order to create successful and comfortable learning. Abstract

This Classroom Action Research was carried out in class VI at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma`arif Syuhada Ponorogo. With the background that researchers saw the potential to improve student learning outcomes on the Qur`an Hadits material of Surah Ad-Duha. Due to situations that require the use of technology in learning and demands for teaching and learning activities that are increasingly developing, teachers' teaching abilities using card sort must be improved following existing developments. Educators are expected to be able to utilize learning media as a support for teaching and learning activities to create interactive learning for students so as to increase students' understanding in receiving learning which will influence learning outcomes.
