Abstract

The "warga Sauyunan " cooperative in Kampung Naga as well as cooperatives in Indonesia generally has a very important role in the economy of the community. This cooperative serves local residents to purchase daily consumption needs and savings and loans. This cooperative is unique because of the existence of this cooperative in the environment of an indigenous community that still maintains strong traditions. However, this cooperative faces the problem of the limited competency of cooperative human resources (which includes the board of cooperatives and members of cooperatives) on the aspects of cooperatives values and the management of cooperatives. Therefore, one of the urgent efforts made by the cooperative is conducting cooperative counseling, both for staffs and members of cooperatives. Based on this background, a "need assessment" was conducted for the preparation of cooperative education programs for managers and members of the Warga Sauyunan ' cooperative. This activity as an effort to help the Warga Sauyunan Cooperative develop a cooperative education program needed to improve the quality of human resources in the Warga Sauyunan Cooperative.

Abstract

Disaster mitigation training for the Indonesian people is a must because Indonesia is in a disaster-prone area. This training is intended to provide community understanding and preparedness in anticipating, dealing with, and resolving the impacts of disasters. In the three stages of disaster-related activities, the role of leadership is important, because in a disaster situation, the community is in a critical situation and tends to panic. Youth, especially marbots, are a community that has the potential to be mobilized to act as leaders in disaster situations.

Abstract

Communication is an important element in human life. Every human being is bound to communicate either verbally or non-verbally. However, today's society does not ignore the principles that need to be adhered to when communication takes place. Negotiation is used to bridge different interests, between producers and consumers. Business ethics are important in this era of increasingly fierce business competition. The many cases of violations in the business world that have caused adverse impacts on each other, this raises the importance of business ethics awareness. Doing business in the era of disruption requires Islamic Business Ethics in order to achieve business profits without destroying each other. Islam teaches to be honest, trustworthy and fair in doing business and to avoid manipulation, harm, speculation, monopoly and hoarding, and usury. Islam provides a boundary or dividing line between what is allowed and what is not allowed, what is right and wrong and what is halal and haram.

Abstract

Supersub Apparel was founded in early 2021 by two students from different universities. Previously, in 2018, they established a similar business that temporarily ceased operations due to issues, before restarting in 2021. Supersub Apparel is one of the SMEs engaged in sports jersey production services. In this context, to sustain and maintain the existence of Supersub Apparel, it requires the implementation of business development strategies such as Business Model Canvas (BMC) and Business Feasibility Study. The objective of this research is to assess the implementation of BMC at Supersub Apparel in Bekasi Regency and evaluate its feasibility from the aspects of market and marketing, technical/operational, and financial aspects. The method used in this study is a case study, where data were obtained through interviews, observations, literature studies, and analyzed descriptively. By using BMC and Business Feasibility Study tools, the authors could identify and improve the necessary indicators for Supersub Apparel in its business development. The research findings indicate that Supersub Apparel has effectively implemented Business Model Canvas with clear target markets and good cooperation with suppliers. From the business feasibility analysis, the market and marketing aspects show promising prospects, while the technical/operational aspects are deemed feasible with easy access to raw materials and production services. Financially, the analysis shows that Supersub Apparel is viable with a Payback Period (PP) of approximately 4 months and a Profitability Index (PI) of 1.54.
