Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh teknologi digital SILAKOP terhadap efektivitas pelayanan anggota koperasi Hijau Hitam Sejahtera. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adopsi SILAKOP secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, transparansi pengelolaan keuangan, dan kemudahan akses informasi bagi anggota koperasi. Selain itu, sistem ini mendukung integrasi dengan layanan pembayaran digital, meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan inklusivitas keuangan. Namun, penerapan SILAKOP masih menghadapi kendala, seperti rendahnya literasi digital pengurus, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan sistem tradisional. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan pelatihan teknologi bagi pengurus koperasi, peningkatan infrastruktur digital, serta kebijakan yang mendukung digitalisasi koperasi. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, koperasi dapat mengoptimalkan SILAKOP untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan memberikan pelayanan yang lebih efektif kepada anggotanya.

Abstract

This research explores the role of participatory management in empowering rural communities and its impact on sustainable development. The main focus is directed towards the mechanisms of community involvement in decision-making, program implementation, and village development evaluation. Through a qualitative approach with case studies in several villages in Indonesia, this research shows that the systematic implementation of participatory management can enhance residents' sense of ownership of village programs, strengthen social capital, and produce development that is more responsive to community needs. This research refers to the literature and recent study results, including from Ikopin University, to strengthen the theoretical foundation and analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi strategi pemasaran digital dan branding pada UMKM kuliner di Kecamatan Cilengkrang, Kabupaten Bandung. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis posisi strategis dan merumuskan strategi pengembangan UMKM kuliner dalam konteks pemasaran digital. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, penelitian dilakukan terhadap 30 pedagang makanan yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan matriks IFAS, EFAS, dan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan UMKM berada pada posisi kuadran I (Growth Strategy) dengan skor IFAS 0.15 dan EFAS 0.12, mengindikasikan potensi pertumbuhan melalui optimalisasi kekuatan internal dan pemanfaatan peluang pasar digital. Strategi yang dirumuskan meliputi pengembangan platform digital, penguatan branding, dan perluasan jangkauan pasar melalui media sosial. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan model strategi pemasaran digital yang terintegrasi untuk UMKM kuliner.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the role of  cooperative, namely The Consumer cooperative of Warga Sauyunan, in supporting SDGs development in  indegenous community at Kampung Naga, The Regency of Tasikmalaya, West Java, Indonesia. The kampong consists of 101 house-hold and 300 people. This study was based on the background of poverty issues as the main problem faced in Indonesian socio-economy, especially in rural areas, and the issue of sustainability of community development.  Cooperative  development program could be seen as  one effort to reduce poverty   through community based development (CBD) by paying attention to the SDGs principles . This  study used desciptive method. This research resulted in  some findings: (1) cooperative could support the indegenous community in Kampung Naga by promoting their economy, and by strengthening social  ties and network in the communities, (2) cooperative practice  and principles are in line with the social  values and princples of the community in which they always  keep the harmonious  relationship with the nature, (3) indegenous communication pattern of the community is the local wisdom which support cooperative development in indegenous community and SDGs principle.   This research has implications for policies of developing the cooperative development program for other    indegenous communities  in Indonesia. It also has implication on the adoption of cooperative concept and principles by indegenous  people as a new mind-set for more productive, valuable  and sustainable  development.
