Abstract

This research aims to explore the various programs implemented by BAZNAS Balikpapan City and to assess their impact on the advancement of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at STIT Balikpapan. Employing a qualitative approach, the research utilizes data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The study's findings are carefully analyzed through several stages, involving data collection, reduction, compilation, and conclusion drawing.The results reveal that BAZNAS Balikpapan City's initiatives aimed at enhancing PAI at STIT Balikpapan encompass scholarships for the development of ulama, sports programs, educational training for community service, and research endeavors that have produced publications on zakat governance in Balikpapan City.Additionally, the implementation of these programs occurs through collaborative efforts. Notably, the ulama cadre program has been executed seamlessly, with eight STIT Balikpapan students awarded scholarships upon fulfilling specific requirements, including letters of recommendation from the heads of their respective Islamic boarding schools and confirmation of their enrollment at STIT Balikpapan. The sports and educational training programs were also successfully implemented, meeting expectations. Furthermore, the research initiative proceeded as planned, culminating in the publication of a book on zakat governance, representing the fruitful collaboration between BAZNAS Balikpapan City and STIT Balikpapan. In summary, this research indicates that the programs instituted by BAZNAS Balikpapan City, along with their effective implementation, have significantly enhanced the quality of PAI at STIT Balikpapan and provided notable benefits to the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SDN 44 Amban, Manokwari. Hasil uji-T menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai signifikansi 0,026, yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Selain itu, motivasi kerja  juga terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai t hitung 2,433, yang lebih besar dari t tabel kritis. Analisis regresi mengungkapkan bahwa motivasi kerja menjelaskan 24,7% varians dalam kinerja guru, sementara 75,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov menunjukkan nilai monte carlo sig. sebesar 0,181, yang mengindikasikan distribusi data yang normal. Temuan ini menggaris bawahi pentingnya pendekatan komprehensif dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, dengan memperhatikan motivasi dan faktor kontekstual lainnya seperti dukungan kelembagaan dan pengembangan profesional. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan kinerja guru secara keseluruhan, diperlukan upaya yang lebih luas yang melibatkan berbagai aspek penting tersebut.

Abstract

This research explores implementing organizational management within educational activities at Pesantren Bina Insani in Yogyakarta. The study analyzes how effective management practices influence the academic outcomes and overall functioning of the pesantren, a traditional Islamic boarding school in Indonesia. Data was collected via interviews, observations, and document analysis through a qualitative case study approach. The findings reveal that effective organizational management is crucial in facilitating a conducive learning environment, enhancing student engagement, and promoting the professional development of educators. Key management strategies identified include structured planning, clear communication channels, and active involvement of stakeholders in decision-making processes. The study concludes that successfully implementing organizational management principles significantly contributes to the quality of educational activities in pesantren settings. Recommendations for improving management practices in similar institutions are also discussed, emphasizing the need for continuous evaluation and adaptation to meet the evolving educational demands. This research contributes to the broader understanding of how organizational management can enhance educational effectiveness in Islamic boarding schools, providing valuable insights for educators, administrators, and policymakers.

Abstract

The diversity of conditions and needs of students in understanding teaching material is a challenge for educators to be able to implement accommodative learning strategies. This qualitative research in the form of a case study aims to describe the strategies and supporting factors related to differentiated learning in Akidah Akhlak subjects at Madrasah Aliyah Salafiyah (MAS) Yapensa Pekalongan City. Data were obtained through documentation, observation and interview techniques. Data analysis uses reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing.  The results showed that the differentiation learning strategy in the Akidah Akhlak subject at MAS Yapensa was effective. Through this strategy, the delivery of Akidah Akhlak material is carried out using various methods, such as the use of visual and audio media, and activities that involve motor skills. Meanwhile, there are supporting factors for the strategy, including the existence of training and professional development for teachers, teachers' skills and concern in moral education, policies and support from Madrasah, and the participation of parents. This research contributes to the importance of creative, contextual, and accommodating learning strategies amidst the diversity of learners' conditions and needs

Abstract

This study examines the Islamic proselytising strategy of Teras Da’wah in meeting young Muslims’ spiritual needs in Yogyakarta. Utilising a descriptive qualitative approach,  the results of the study point out that Teras Da’wah as a da’wah institution wherein a captive targeted audience is younger adult Muslims, has offered the strategy of da'wah encompassing da'wah messages (themes), methods, environments, and study sessions of Islam suit to the nature of younger people. This da'wah institution, for example, is able to package the names of provisions for Islamic learning associated with young nature, such as ngaji santai and ngaji asyik. It is also possible to design study sessions in a comfortable manner, including using cyber media for communication amongst congregations. Hence, the presence of Teras Da'wah community has succeeded in encouraging young people to actively participate in religious and spiritual activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in addressing the moral crisis triggered by viral culture among youth in the digital era. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical library research method, the study explores how social media has reshaped youth values, identity, and moral orientation toward a culture of popularity and social validation. The findings reveal that viral culture weakens integrity and spirituality, leading to impulsive behavior and moral decline. Islamic Religious Education plays a strategic role as a moral and spiritual compass by strengthening digital literacy grounded in Islamic ethics, integrating religious values into learning, and empowering teachers as digital role models. Revitalizing PAI through adaptive curricula, technology-based learning innovations, and collaboration among schools, families, and communities is essential to form a digitally intelligent, ethically responsible, and spiritually grounded generation. This study concludes that PAI is not merely a religious subject but a transformative force in building moral and spiritual awareness amidst the rapid flow of digital culture.
