First Aid is an effort to help and provide temporary care for accident victims before receiving more perfect help from a doctor or health worker. Community participation in helping victims before receiving treatment by health workers is very important to minimize the risk of a more severe condition. Tenants at the airport are places that are very prone to emergency conditions caused by dense activities with many visitors. To anticipate this problem, we as lecturers at the Indonesia Curug Aviation Polytechnic propose a PKM activity with the title: First Aid Training for the Husein Sastranegara Airport Tenant Community - Bandung. It is hoped that participating in training can add to the knowledge and insights of the tenants of Husein Sastranegara Airport - Bandung who participate in this activity regarding first aid and can take first aid measures if needed. It is hoped that after participating in the first aid training, they can add to the knowledge and insight of the tenants of Husein Sastranegara Airport - Bandung who take part in this activity regarding first aid and can take first aid measures if needed.

The airport perimeter is a critical area in aviation security. This study aims to assess the condition of the perimeter inspection road at Adi Soemarmo International Airport in Boyolali and explore improvement efforts. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and document analysis, the findings reveal that the inspection road is not fully connected and does not meet technical standards such as width, surface quality, lighting, and drainage. These issues hinder patrol effectiveness and increase security risks. The study recommends infrastructure improvements, installation of lighting and CCTV, and road connectivity enhancements to improve operational efficiency and airport security.

Perimeter bandara merupakan area kritis dalam keamanan penerbangan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menilai kondisi jalan inspeksi perimeter di Bandara Internasional Adi Soemarmo, Boyolali, dan mengeksplorasi upaya perbaikannya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen, temuan menunjukkan bahwa jalan inspeksi tersebut belum sepenuhnya terhubung dan tidak memenuhi standar teknis seperti lebar, kualitas permukaan, penerangan, dan drainase. Permasalahan ini menghambat efektivitas patroli dan meningkatkan risiko keamanan. Studi ini merekomendasikan perbaikan infrastruktur, pemasangan penerangan dan CCTV, serta peningkatan konektivitas jalan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan keamanan bandara.

Sultan Thaha Jambi Airport is located close to the city center, only two kilometers away, but there are still many forests around it. Due to its strategic but also vulnerable location, it is very common for wild animals to enter the airport area. The purpose of this study was to identify the causal factors and to find out how to handle wild animals at Sultan Thaha Airport. To overcome this problem, a Safety Risk & Quality Control Unit was formed whose task is to ensure the safety and quality of flights at this airport. This study was conducted by direct observation in the field, and collecting data from related documents. The results of this study concluded that the factors causing wildlife hazards at Sultan Thaha Jambi Airport come from internal conditions, such as infiltration ponds, tall grass, bushes, and trees that are habitats for wild animals. External factors include the existence of residential areas, rice fields, garbage dumps, ponds, fish ponds, and forests around the airport that attract wild animals. Internal handling is carried out through habitat management, such as installing fences and pruning vegetation, although it is still in the process of being repaired. External handling involves cooperation with BKSDA, PERBAKIN, authorities, and the community to evict, record, and regulate land use so as not to attract wild animals to the airport area.

This research is motivated by the condition of the Yogyakarta International Airport international departure waiting room service facilities which is not fully operating, in terms of the use of the waiting room area to the unavailability of important facilities. The main objective of this study is to determine the impact of facilities service that provide comfort and added value to the level of passenger satisfaction. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach using multiple regression methods supported by qualitative secondary data in the form of observations, interviews, and document studies. The results of multiple regression analysis show that facilities that provide comfort have a coefficient value of 0.118 and value-added facilities have a coefficient value of 0.461 which indicates that there is a significant impact on passenger satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Facilities that provide comfort have a moderate correlation value of 0.514 and facilities that provide added-value show a very strong correlation of 0.805 to passenger satisfaction. The percentage of variation in passenger satisfaction variables that can be explained by the two independent variables is 68.7%. With these results, all alternative hypotheses are accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected. In the secondary data, a more in-depth passenger perspective is generated which shows that there is still dissatisfaction characterized by a gap between user expectations in waiting room facility services and the experience felt directly by passengers. The same pattern of complaints between observations, interviews, and document studies reinforces that issues related to facilities are real problems that need to be addressed seriously by airport managers.

in today's digital era, the role of information technology is crucial in supporting performance and public services, including in the air transportation sector. An airport’s official website serves as a strategic medium for providing accurate, fast, and easily accessible information for service users, particularly passengers. As a primary gateway for public mobility, airports are required to present relevant and up-to-date information.This research aims to: (i) identify the website features used to provide passenger information services at Kalimarau Airport, and (ii) determine what additional features could be incorporated to further develop passenger information services at Kalimarau Airport.This study employs a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, presenting the results systematically to provide a clear overview. Interviews were also conducted with the public relations staff of Kalimarau Airport. The data for this research were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The object of this study is the Kalimarau Airport website.The results show that the features currently available on the Kalimarau Airport website do not yet fully meet the information needs expected by passengers. Further development is needed, including the addition of key features such as a lost and found information service, as well as the provision of scannable barcodes to facilitate quick access to various necessary information for users.The conclusion of this research is that the development and addition of features on the Kalimarau Airport website are essential to improving the quality of information services for passengers. Ultimately, this is expected to enhance the overall passenger experience and comfort while at the airport.

Kesadaran akan keselamatan dan keamanan di sekitar Bandar Udara Internasional Minangkabau Padang yang masih rendah berpotensi menimbulkan risiko insiden dan pelanggaran keamanan yang dapat membahayakan penumpang, karyawan, dan fasilitas bandara. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran melalui pelatihan Safety and Security Awareness yang komprehensif. Materi pelatihan mencakup pemahaman tentang bahaya layang-layang, drone, dan laser serta keamanan siber dan ancaman bom, yang disampaikan melalui serangkaian sesi presentasi, diskusi, dan demonstrasi praktis guna memastikan pemahaman yang mendalam oleh peserta. Dengan pelatihan ini, diharapkan kesadaran dan pemahaman akan protokol keselamatan dan keamanan penerbangan akan meningkat secara signifikan, sehingga mampu mengurangi risiko insiden dan melindungi fasilitas bandara. Dengan demikian, tingkat keamanan dan kelancaran operasional di Bandara Internasional Minangkabau Padang dapat ditingkatkan, menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih aman dan terjamin bagi penumpang, karyawan, dan masyarakat umum.

Angkutan udara perintis adalah angkutan udara untuk menghubungkan daerah terpencil dan tertinggal atau belum terlayani transportasi lain dan secara komersial belum menguntungkan. Angkutan udara perintis wajib diselenggarakan pemerintah, dan pelaksanaannya dilakukan maskapai nasional berdasarkan perjanjian dengan pemerintah. Adanya perbedaan tingkat perekonomian dan disparitas harga antar wilayah Indonesia menjadi dasar bagi pemerintah menyelenggarakan program angkutan udara perintis untuk penumpang dan jembatan udara yang terdiri dari subsidi angkutan udara kargo dan angkutan udara perintis kargo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menelaah implementasi kebijakan penyelenggaraan angkutan udara perintis untuk penumpang, subsidi angkutan udara kargo dan angkutan udara perintis kargo, dari aspek penganggaran dan pengawasan pelaksanaannya serta bagaimana pemanfaatan penerbangan perintis sebagai alternatif solusi bagi bandara di Indonesia yang saat ini tidak ada penerbangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan menganalisis data-data hasil wawancara, studi pustaka, dan Focus Group Discussion serta data implementasi operasional dan pengawasan dengan berpijak pada kebijakan publik yang berlaku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan penerbangan perintis dan jembatan udara sudah sesuai dan mempunyai dampak katalitik dalam hal penurunan harga di daerah tujuan. Namun implementasi kebijakan perintis masih perlu dievaluasi terkait pembiayaan yang relatif meningkat namun rute perintis yang berkembang menjadi rute komersial jumlahnya masih sedikit.
