The management of earnings or Earnings Management defined as management activities for adjusting earnings according to specific objectives. Therefore, empirical evidence showing the impact of Institutional and managerial Ownership, intellectual capital, audit quality on income management is necessary. 14 transportation companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange were surveyed in accordance with the research criteria. A purposeful sampling method collected data. The SPSS 23 application tests the multiple linear regression hypothesis. Of the variables used in this study, only intellectual capital has a positive impact on profit management and can be used as one of the indicators in future research to measure income management actions.

Soekarno – Hatta International Airport is one of the airport under PT. Angkasa Pura II, which provides services in transport sector. One of the support to actualize flight service that is safe and comfortable is the existence of infrastructure and facilities in that airport. Especially electric facilities at the airport should be maintained on the system back up or supply from PLN. One of the tools that support the supply system is a transformer that serves to lower the voltage of PLN is 20 KV to 380 V in step down system. The transformer at Soekarno – Hatta International Airport has 83 units spread across each sub station. To maintain optimum transformer, it necessary to care the transformer in each transformer sub station especially the temperature of transformer should always be monitored to prevent over temperature which can result in transformer windings as well as components to be damaged and the unoptimal operation. To check the temperature of the transformer in each sub station requires effort and time that far away from the sub station control room as well as through the bottleneck is an obstacles to check the temperature of the transformer in each sub station

Bandar Udara I Gusti Ngurah Rai – Bali, memiliki 10 tiang lampu floodlight pada apron selatan dan 4 tiang pada parkir domestik. Lampu floodlight yang dimaksud adalah tiang lampu yang berjenis High Mast. Tiang lampu High Mast merupakan tiang lampu yang menggunakan motor induksi untuk menurunkan-menaikan bracket lamp. Namun, dikarenakan posisi letak bandar udara yang berada di pantai dan sangat berdekatan dengan laut sehingga terjadi perkaratan mengakibatkan kerusakan pada motor induksi tersebut. Dalam hal ini, penulis akan menggunakan sistem kontrol yang bersifat portable. Dimaksudkan portable karena motor dan kontrol hanya digunakan apabila akan dilaksanakan perbaikan atau penggantian lampu dan komponen pendukung lampu pada suatu tiang High Mast. Rangkaian portable ini juga dirancang sistem kontrol wireless agar mengacu pada keselamatan teknisi. Sistem wireless yang digunakan adalah dengan remote control infra merah, yang akan mengendalikan kontrol motor induksi reverse forward dengan jarak ±10 meter.

B.IndonesiaDalam pelaksanaan sistem keamanan di Security Check Point (SCP) 2 ternyata masih banyak kekurangan terhadap pelayanan keamanan di Bandar Udara Internasional Minangkabau Padang. Pemeriksaan penumpang dan barang bawaan penumpang yang dilakukan di setiap Security Check Point (SCP) 2 merupakan salah satu proses prosedur pemeriksaan unit Aviation Security (AVSEC) di Bandar Udara Internasional Minangkabau. Guna mendukung kelancaran dan keamanan dari pemeriksaan penumpang dan barang bawaan penumpang tersebut perlu didukung regulasi yang berlaku, kondisi fasilitas peralatan yang baik dan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang kompeten. Petugas Aviation Security (AVSEC) serta pengguna jasa Bandar Udara harus memiliki kesadaran dan lebih memahami akan pentingnya keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan. Oleh sebab itu masalah keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan harus sangat diperhatikan, khusunya oleh Unit Keamanan Bandar Udara Internasional Minangkabau. B.EnglishThe implementation of the security system at Security Check Point (SCP) 2, there are still many shortcomings of the security services in International Airport of Minangkabau Padang. The screenings on passengers and luggage in each Security Check Point (SCP) 2 is a process of Inspection Unit procedures Aviation Security (AVSEC) at Minangkabau International Airport. To support the operation and security of screening on passengers and luggage, need a good facilities and equipment also Human Resources (HR) Aviation Security (AVSEC) Unit to prevent the access of prohibited items to be carried in the aircraft cabin. Aviation Security Officers (AVSEC) as well as airport service users must be aware and understand more about the importance of security and flight safety. Therefore, aviation security and safety problems must be noticed, especially by the Airport Security Unit International Airport of Minangkabau Padang.

Many problems in electrical circuit analysis are widely used mathematical models in their completion. The mathematical model is then formulated numerically in the Linear Equation System. The linear equation can be solved using several Numerical Methods, namely the Gauss Elimination Method, the Cramer method, the Inverse Matrix Method, the Gauss-Jordan Elimination Method and others. To calculate m equations with an unknown number of n variables from large and complex systems, it takes a long time and is not efficient. to complete large and complex mathematical calculations with an easy way to use the Scilab program. At this writing the authors limit only the completion of the Linear Equation System using Scilab with the Cramer Method.

The Linear Equation System is often used in solving problems - completion of electrical circuits. The linear equation can be solved using the GaussJordan Elimination Method. The procedure for the Gauss-Jordan elimination method is to transform linear into an augmentation matrix (A|B), then convert matrix A to an identity matrix by reducing the augmentation matrix. To calculate m equations and n independent variables by unknown number of a large and complex system, it takes a long time and is not efficient. The implementation of the Gauss-Jordan Elimination method using the Scilab Program can help complete a large and complex Linear Equation System in a fast and accurate way.

At this time KWH meter as a subject of learning in instrumentation and measurement courses is still lacking as a means of learning practice. This tool is designed to measure electrical energy utilizing a microcontroller, current sensor, and voltage sensor, functioned to process all data parameters to get the value of electrical energy consumption, and can display measurement results on a computer through the RS-485 serial cable and Microsoft Visual program Studio for electrical energy monitors. In the tests carried out, it is known that the results of measurements of electrical energy consumption by comparing calculations and tool designs have an error value of 0.9% - 8.77%, the calculation error is caused by the instability of the power supply that becomes the ADC reference voltage, this design can send usage data electrical energy and costs to be paid on a computer through the Microsoft Visual Studio program.

Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute Curug Tangerang have a new aviation engineering building. In this study author discusses the reliability of the existing electrical installation network in the new aviation engineering building which is useful to see the reliability of the electrical installation security in new aviation engineering building. The current condition of existing installation in the aviation engineering building is assumed new as the aviation engineering building is completed in 2016. So the installation in this building has not been known wheter it is safe during the teaching and learning process of cadets. Then in case of excessive current the safety may not be able to hold it like MCB, MCCB, cable and grounding. So here author will assess whether the reliability of the existing electrical installation in the new aviation engineering building is safe or not so it is not disturb the learning procces of cadets.
