Abstract

ICAO merekomendasikan untuk program pencapaian capacity and efficiency dilakukan melalui model penerapan Performance Based Navigation (PBN), dengan fleksibelitas rute terbang saat ini belum tergambar pola terbang yang mendapatkan jarak terbang yang lebih pendek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan model terbang dalam rangka optimalisasi jarak tempuh terbang pesawat yang menggunakan instrument approach procedure berbasis RNP approach. Penelitian menggunakan Metodologi kuantitatif dengan model penelitian eksperimen (Pre experimental one-shot case study. Hasilnya adalah pola terbang pada lintasan melengkung (arc segment) dengan penerapan kecepatan minimal mulai Initial Approach Fix (IAF) sebesar (V=210 knot) ini menghasilkan efisiensi jarak terbang sebesar 8 % serta penghematan bahan bakar sebesar 1.5 % dibandingkan dengan current procedure. Penerapan prosedur penerbangan berbasis RNP Approach (RNP Arc) sangat sesuai pada daerah dengan kontur pegunungan.

Abstract

Information services are one of the facilities that provide comfort to service users, one of the information service facilities is signage, flight information displey system, and curtomer service. Especially in the lobby area, the lack of directions or Guidance needed by service users so that service improvement is needed. The objectives of this research are (i). To find out the needs of improving the service of Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang International Airport on the information system (ii). to know the description of Augmanted Reality Wayfinding. Quantitative descriptive research method through Ministerial Decree number 22 of 2005 concerning the Enforcement of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 03-7094-2005 Regarding Signs in Airport Terminals as Mandatory Standards. The research instrument used observation as evidenced by documentation and questionnaires. The results of the study, especially in the passenger terminal lobby, showed that 44% of passengers expressed dissatisfaction with the availability of information-giving facilities, because of this there is a need for tools to support AR Wayfinding which can make it easier for service users to find the location they want to go to.

Abstract

Aviation Security Personnel play a central role in preventing crimes within the aviation sector, bearing significant responsibilities. Strong expertise and competence are crucial in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia PM Number 28 of 2021 concerning the National Aviation Security Education and Training Program. Aviation Security Awareness training becomes essential, particularly within the Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic Curug campus environment. A 3-month Community Engagement Activity involves various partners including UPBU Budiarto, the Center for Calibration of Flight Facilities, Airnav Indonesia Budiarto-Curug Branch, and BMKG Curug. Experienced instructors in the field of Aviation Security participate in a comprehensive 2-day training, covering topics such as National Aviation Security, Criminal Technology, Trusted Insider Threats, and Aviation Security Threat Handling. The results demonstrate that several entities within the PPI Curug campus community still lack awareness in Aviation Security. The training focuses on National Aviation Security, Criminal Technology, Trusted Insider Threats, and Aviation Security Threat Handling. This training enhances the understanding and capabilities of personnel in executing aviation security measures, applying them in practice, and cultivating an overall commitment to aviation security. The ongoing Aviation Security Awareness training is expected to continuously develop the competence of aviation security personnel, enabling them to perform their duties at the required level of quality.

Abstract

Every aviation service provider must establish, maintain and comply with a Safety Management System (SMS) that is appropriate to the size, nature and complexity of operations. One of the flight service providers is the Airport Management Unit (UPBU). Indonesia Curug Aviation Polytechnic conducts community service through online SMS training. The purpose of this activity is to equip participants with knowledge of the Safety Management System and be able to implement it in the world of work. Participants consisted of 22 people from UPBU throughout Indonesia, 1 person from the Directorate of Air Transport, 1 person from Aviation Facility Calibration Center and 1 person from the Airport Authority. Overall the activities ran smoothly and could be understood by the training participants. This is evidenced by the results of learning with an average grade of 81.05. Apart from that, the overall results are good. However, there is 1 (one) indicator that needs to be improved, namely internet connectivity. In online learning, one of the obstacles in its implementation is an internet connection. Moreover, the participants came from various regions in Indonesia.

Abstract

First Aid is an effort to help and provide temporary care for accident victims before receiving more perfect help from a doctor or health worker. Community participation in helping victims before receiving treatment by health workers is very important to minimize the risk of a more severe condition. Tenants at the airport are places that are very prone to emergency conditions caused by dense activities with many visitors. To anticipate this problem, we as lecturers at the Indonesia Curug Aviation Polytechnic propose a PKM activity with the title: First Aid Training for the Husein Sastranegara Airport Tenant Community - Bandung. It is hoped that participating in training can add to the knowledge and insights of the tenants of Husein Sastranegara Airport - Bandung who participate in this activity regarding first aid and can take first aid measures if needed. It is hoped that after participating in the first aid training, they can add to the knowledge and insight of the tenants of Husein Sastranegara Airport - Bandung who take part in this activity regarding first aid and can take first aid measures if needed.

Abstract

The Training Procedure Manual (TPM) is a document used as a guideline for the Approved Training Organization (ATO) in organizing education and training. Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic (PPI) Curug as an Approved Training Organization has several approvals from the Director General of Civil Aviation. Each approval has a TPM in accordance with their respective fields. In 1 (one) Approved Training Organization (ATO) one should have 1 (one) TPM document, but currently, PPI Curug has several TPMs and each TPM document is not aligned with the current PPI Curug organization. The purpose of this research is to harmonize all areas of approval that have been owned by PPI Curug through the design of the Institutional Training Procedure Manual (TPM). The method used is Research and Development (RnD). Research and Development (RnD) are used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The results of this study are the Institutional Training Procedure Manual (TPM) draft as the main document of the TPM for each field which is aligned with the PPI Curug organization

Abstract

Graduates of the aviation service vocational school, particularly those in the airport electrical engineering program, are required to possess not only strong technical competencies but also mental and social readiness to serve as Civil Servants (ASN) who may be assigned to various regions across Indonesia. This community engagement program aims to empower students through leadership training, soft skills development, and reinforcement of ASN integrity values. The methods used include interactive training sessions, field task simulations, and focused group discussions (FGDs) with alumni who have served in diverse locations. The results show an increased understanding among students regarding the challenges of placement, preparedness for cross-cultural situations, and motivation to serve as adaptive and professional civil servants. This program represents a strategic initiative to support the transition of students from academic life to the realm of public service as technical leaders in the aviation sector.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Indonesia memberikan dampak atau imbas yang cukup signifikan terhadap pelayanan serta jumlah pengguna jasa bandar udara. Dampak dari terjadinya pandemi Covid-19 adalah pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan pembatasan aktivitas bagi masyarakat untuk dapat mengurangi penyebaran virus karena berpengaruh terhadap beberapa sektor kehidupan, terutama sektor perekonomian. Bandar udara pun terkena dampaknya karena menurunnya jumlah airlines, penumpang, maupun kargo sehingga pendapatan bandara menjadi ikut menurun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan area lahan kosong di daerah terminal yang perlu diupayakan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan khususnya non aeronautical; Untuk mengetahui penyelenggaraan event dengan pemanfaatan area yang tersedia melalui sumber pendapatan baru dapat meningkatkan pendapatan non aeronautical bandara; dan Untuk mengetahui upaya strategi pemasaran yang dapat memengaruhi peningkatan pendapatan non aeronautical bandara. Hasil analisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif diperoleh bahwa tidak hanya mengandalkan pendapatan melalui sisi aeronautical saja namun diperlukan terobosan atau inovasi sehingga pendapatan dari sisi non aeronautical dapat meningkat atau bahkan melebihi dari pendapatan aeronautical karena fungsi bandar udara tidak lagi terbatas hanya sebagai tempat terbang dan mendaratnya pesawat udara, turun naiknya penumpang, dan pergerakan barang/kargo, melainkan juga bisa menjadi tempat bisnis, penginapan, pusat perbelanjaan, dan rekreasi bagi pengguna jasa bandar udara, maka dari itu pihak pengelola bandar udara perlu menyediakan lahan komersial di dalam bandar udara dan mengadakan event yang menarik serta diminati konsumen guna meningkatkan pendapatan non aeronautical agar bandar udara tidak hanya bertumpu dengan mengandalkan bisnis aeronautical saja sebagai sumber pendapatan utama.

Abstract

Kebakaran di lingkungan Bandar Udara dapat memiliki dampak yang sangat serius, Baik dari segi keselamatan penumpang maupun kerugian material. Personil PKP-PK diwajibkan untuk melakukan pelatihan APAR kepada semua karyawan yang ada di lingkungan Bandar Udara sebagai bagian dari kompetensi dan kesiapsiagaan. Di Bandar Udara Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang pelatihan APAR dilakukan 4 bulan sekali khusunya kepada karyawan tenant. Pelatihan ini tentunya mempunyai rentang waktu yang lama sehingga berakibat karyawan tenant lupa akan SOP penggunaan APAR serta pergantian karyawan yang tidak menentu mengakibatkan beberapa karyawan tidak ikut pelatihan APAR. Untuk itu peneliti menilai dibutuhkannya platform pembelajaran yang fleksibel sebagai penunjang pelatihan untuk meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan tentang APAR kepada karyawan tenant. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan sebuah produk inovasi berupa website Edukasi APAR (E-PAR) yang dapat digunakan sebagai media peningkatan ilmu pengetahuan tentang APAR untuk karyawan tenant. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RND) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Dengan menggunakan 2 jenis data yaitu kualitatif yang digunakan untuk menganalisis permasalahan dan kuantitatif untuk menilai kualitas suatu produk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan telah dikembangkan platform edukasi website E-PAR dari 5 tahapan pengembangan yang dilakukan diperoleh nilai dari beberapa indikator pengujian yang dilakukan oleh ahli media/IT diperoleh nilai sebesar 86,8% dan dari beberapa indikator pengujian oleh ahli materi diperoleh nilai sebesar 91,2% serta mendapat predikat “sangat layak”. Hasil dari kuisioner penilaian ujicoba yang telah di sebar didapatkan nilai sebesar 2,72% dengan skala 3 (cukup puas), Nilai sebesar 65,9% dengan skala 4 (puas) dan nilai sebesar 31,36% dengan skala 5 (sangat puas) terhadap platform website E-PAR. Kesimpulan yang didapat adalah telah dilakukan rancangan produk yaitu website E-PAR sebagai media edukasi penunjang peningkatan ilmu pengetahuan APAR bagi karyawan tenant yang sangat layak digunakan karena efisien dan fleksibel. Kedepannya website E-PAR dapat ditingkatkan lagi dengan fitur-fitur tambahan.
