Abstract

This research is motivated by the use of applications in the recording and reporting process of nursing services at Puskesmas, specifically the E-Puskesmas application at Puskesmas Cibatu in Garut Regency. The E- Puskesmas has been implemented since 2013, but its execution, especially at Puskesmas Cibatu, still faces several challenges. This study aims to analyze the experiences of nurses in recording and reporting nursing services using the E-Puskesmas application. The number of participants in this study is 5 people. The method used in this study is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with nurses working at Puskesmas Cibatu. The results of the study identified 6 main themes: nurses' understanding of nursing services using E-Puskesmas, nurses' readiness, needed support, benefits in recording and reporting, problems encountered, and efforts to optimize recording and reporting of nursing services. The conclusion from this study indicates significant benefits in increasing efficiency, although there are several obstacles in its implementation, including network issues, limited ability of nurses to operate the application, and the need to continue manual recording. This study provides recommendations for improving training and technical support for nurses and enhancing network infrastructure to optimize the use of the E-Puskesmas application.

Abstract

Increasing the capacity of the public in disaster risk reduction is not a social movement that is cashistic, temporary, reactive and focused on impact management alone, but encourages disaster risks reduction as a basic policy and development strategy that is integrated into every policy and planning, including development budgets at all levels. The ability of a society to cope with the risks of both natural and social disasters is vital, because by having the ability of hatred, one can know what to do and what to avoid to reduce the negative consequences of the disaster that occurs. The lack of community capacity in disaster mitigation can increase the risk of disasters, especially if the community does not participate in efforts to reduce the risks of damage caused, such as physical damage and loss of human life.

Abstract

The issue of waste remains a serious environmental problem at the global, national, and local levels. Population growth, changes in consumption patterns, and increasingly practical lifestyles have led to a steady increase in the volume of waste over time. The objectives of this study are: To identify and analyze waste management efforts through the application of the 3R concept (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle) at STIKes Karsa Husada Garut as a form of support for creating a clean, healthy, and environmentally conscious campus environment. This study was conducted using qualitative research methods by observing and collecting information about the research object. The study was conducted by observing and analyzing the behavior of people in the environment of STIKes Karsa Husada Garut. The study analyzed the effectiveness and suitability of waste separation. Based on our observations, we can conclude that waste management through the process of separating organic and inorganic waste is very important to address environmental, health, and economic issues related to waste. Although waste management efforts are carried out at STIKes KHG, observations show that its implementation is still poor. The STIKES KHG community must be educated about disposing of waste according to its type. Waste management is beneficial for reducing the impact of environmental pollution and supporting the waste management system. Our discussion also shows the importance of applying the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) concept in everyday life to reduce the amount of waste produced. The process of recycling waste into various products has economic and environmental benefits. The importance of waste management is also reflected in the objectives of waste management in mathematics and natural sciences. However, the report shows that students' understanding and awareness of waste sorting needs to be improved to achieve good waste management. In addition, we also show the benefits of waste management in reducing the use of natural resources and preserving the environment.
