Abstract

Implementation of good nursing management functions is closely related to the implementation of nursing services. nursing management functions such as planning, organizing, regulating, moving, controlling. Factors affecting the nurses work motivation are appreciation, growth opportunities, job responsibilities, autonomy, headroom management functions and nurse characteristics. The research method used is descriptive correlation, with 43 sample nurses, data retrieval technique is done by using questionnaire. Based on the results of research from nurses said the planning of the head of the room is not good, some nurses say the direction of headroom is not good, the motivation of some low nurse jobs. Conclusion there is correlation between head room planning with work motivation of nurse and there is correlation of head direction of room with work motivation of nurse at RS Pameungpeuk Garut Year 2017 with P <0,05 (0,004).

Abstract

This study analyzed the number of variables in the environment STIKES Karsa Husada that affect the performance of academic services. The method used is descriptive analysis method with survey techniques. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis path analysis model (Path Analysis)The main hypothesis testing results show that the performance Academic Services significantly influence Behavior of Student Learning and Student Achievement in Using Educational Services. An important finding of this study include: 1) Implementation of Personnel Development Policy after the implementation of oversight is not accompanied by follow-up and evaluation and improvement so that policies are conducted no change towards the better. 2) Support Facility Education availability of facilities in support of education is still not, in reviewing the supervision activities will support the facility / facilities not run optimally. 3) Performance Academic Services social skills an employee needs to be improved and excess of information obtained by an employee should be able to support the implementation of activities in STIKes. 4) Employee group cohesiveness, affect how far the positive power of the individual identifying himself to the advancement STIKes involvement. 5) Conduct of Student Learning, Affective showed by the students are still negative mainly for the development and improvement of student learning behavior. 6) Achievement of Student Learning, in non-academic activities, have not increased, so the need is implemented sustainable development. Keywords: Performance Academic, Personal Development, Student Achievement.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah adanya perbandingan perekonomian di tahun 2010 dan 2016 sebelum dan sesudah kebijakan dengan membuat program pemberdayaan guna untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini menemukan data dan informasi mengenai perbandinganperekonomian masyarakat di Kecamatan Lewigoong Kabupaten Garut. Kegunaannya untuk menambah Ilmu Administrasi Negara khususnya tentang budaya kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan eksplanasi dengan teknik survei. Metode penelitian ekplanasi merupakan metode penelitian mencari keterangan atau penjelasan dengan tujuan menjelaskan hubungan kausalitas atau sebab akibat yang ada dan berusaha untuk mencari variable pengamatan. Penulis memperoleh data dari kecamatan yang memiliki data tentang jumlah perekonomian prasejahtra di Kecamatan Lewigoong. Dari hasil analisis data Uji normalitas menyatakan data ini berdistribusi nirmal. Sedangkan uji homogenitas dari kedua data sebelum kebijakan dan sesudah kebijakan menyatakan bahwa data berasal dari yang memiliki varians sana (Homogenitas). Perbandingan perekonomian masyarakat sebelum dan sesudah kebijakan maka nilai Sig. 0,000 < dari 0,05 artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan yang terjadi setelah kebijakan. Perbandingan dari perbandingan perekonomian masyarakat maka terdapat perbedaan antara hasil Perekonomian masyarakat sebelum dan sesudah Kebijakan di karnakan nilai dari (2-tailed) menghasilkan angka 0,000 < dari 0,05 dan hasilnya menentukan signifikan. Kata Kunci : Angka Kemiskinan, Dampak Kebijakan, Pemberdayaan Ekonomi

Abstract

This research aims to seek the association of Motivation and support of the family with the    wishes of students of bachelor degree of nursing in 8th semester to continue college to the profession ners in Stikes karsa husada Garut.  Design Analytic descriptive analytics using the cross sectional approach. In this research, all students in bachelor degree of nursing in 8th semester as much as 100 people become population. The results of the study obtained    the relationship between motivation with the desire to proceed to the profession with the level of p Value 0.030, and there is a connection between skills with students motivation 8th semester     with the status of p value = 0.031. And a significant association of family support with the desire to continue the profession of Ners with a status of P Value 0.047

Abstract

Memiliki surat tanda registrasi (STR) seorang perawat harus mengikuti tes kompetensi sebagai syarat kepemilikan  STR. Bagi mahasiswa keperawatan tes komptensi merupakan tantangan besar, sehingga dibutuhkan persiapan dan perhatian khusus bagi mahasiswa dan perguruan tinggi. Pelaksaan tes komptensi dapat memunculkan perasaan kekhawatiran, takut, tegang, dan kecemasan karena takut tidak lulus dalam uji kompetensi dan apabila tidak lulus tes kompetensi, maka seorang lulusan/mahasiswa tidak dapat mengajukan permohonan STR sebagai ijin melaksanakan praktek keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis tingkat kecemasan dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa keperawatan dalam menghadapi uji kompetensi exit exam. Studi telaahan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik. Jumlah sampel 71 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, data dikumpulkan menggunakan daftar pertanyaan yang telah di tes validitasnya dengan menggunakan product moment pearson. Diketahui bahwa responden D3 Keperawatan dan Profesi NERS hasil penelitian menunjukan sebagian dari responden memiliki kecemasan ringan 52,1% dalam hal motivasi beberapa mahasiswa tidak termotivasi belajar. Agar pembelajaran menjadi efektif dibutuhkan metode pembelajaran yang tepat dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa untuk menghadapi uji kompetensi exit exam serta kerjasama institusi dalam meningkatkan metode pembelajaran atau pemadatan yang dilakukan sebelum pelaksanaan uji kompetensi ditingkatkan supaya lebih baik.

Abstract

Persoalan yang ditemui pada pengelolaan pembelajaran masa ini yaitu persoalan keproduktifan kerja guru yang masih rendah. Rendahnya keproduktifan pekerjaan guru dianggap sebagai dampak dari belum maksimalnya pola kepemimpinan di sekolah, sehingga manajemen berbasis sekolah belum optimal. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah tidak berlangsung optimal dikarenakan belum maksimalnya pemberdayaan staf. Dalam hal ini masih kurang pendekatan dan terlalu menuntut disiplin yang kuat terhadap guru yang tidak disiplin menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya akan tetapi bersikap kaku dari bawahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap manajemen berbasis sekolah dalam menciptakan keproduktifan kerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif survei. Subjek yang terlibat sebagai informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 94 orang. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik studi lapangan dengan pengamatan langsung dan menyebarkan beberapa angket. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan proses interval successive method dan selanjutnya diuji dengan memakai analysis path model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh penting terhadap pengelolaan berbasis sekolah dalam menciptakan keproduktifan kerja guru. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa keproduktifan pekerjaan guru dapat meningkat apabila didukung oleh pola kepemimpinan dan manajerial kepala sekolah yang efektif.

Abstract

The high incidence of dengue fever based on health department Garut data in Tarogong Kaler subdistricts in 2014 in were 212 cases with a total population of 28.825. It was included as 3rd higest in Garut district. In the public health centers of Tarogong, there were 37 cases of Dengue Hemoragic Fever and 195 patiensc cases.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between print, electronic media exposure and the level of knowledge of prevention of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) in the public health centers of Tarogong area. This research method was descriptive correlation with control design, with the proportion of sample 1: 1 ie 80 respondents. Data collection techniques to measure the level of knowledge (DHF) was usied a questionnaire, and using chi-square statistical test. The result study showed that almost all patients (60%) was exposed by print and electronic media and 40% was not exposed by print and electronic media with P-Value = 0.029. There was a significant relationship between exposure to the print and electronic media with the level of knowledge of the prevention of dengue hemorrhagic fever. Therefore, it is necessary efforts to increase knowledge about DHF prevention.

Abstract

Nurses as one health worker plays an important role in efforts to achieve health development. In achieving good service quality the head of the room provides an important role in managing nursing care. The role of the head of the room as a manager is able to plan all activities undertaken by nurses, making the division of labor, provide direction of work, supervision and evaluation work. This is influenced by the leadership style of the head of the room in leading its members so that the goals of the organization can be achieved. This research method using descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach. The variables consist of the headroom leadership style and the performance of the implementing nurse. The population of all inpatient nurses was 296 people. Sampling method that is by using propotional stratified random sampling with obtained sample counted 74 people. The result of the research shows that leadership style of head of majority room with democratic leadership style is 42 people (56.8%). Performance of nurse executor of majority performing less good as many as 39 people (52.7%). Bivariate analysis using chi square. The results showed (p value = 0.731). conclusion: there is no correlation between leadership style of head of room to performance of nurse executor in General Hospital dr. Slamet Garut.

Abstract

The factors affecting diarrhea are factors of bacterial, viral, and parasitic infections, Alabsorbsi, food, psychological, environmental conditions. In the developing country per year the average child has diarrhea 3-4 times the incident. The host factor is a nutrient condition, mother's foster pattern, hygiene behaviour. Nutritional intake depends on the social process that mothers do. Family interactions especially mothers and children are called parenting patterns. PEnelitianaims to find the relationship of foster care and nutritional Status of toddlers with the incidence OF diarrhea in the room Nusa Indah under the Dr. Slamet Garut hospital. Researchs methods used descriptive correlational, sample count of 62 respondents, data retrieval carried out with questionnaires. The results of the study of most of the mother's foster pattern is ineffective and most of the nutritional status of the toddler patient skinny category in the space Nusa Indah under the Dr. Slamet Garut hospital. Conclusion between the mother's foster pattern there is a connection with the incidence of diarrhea and among the nutritional status of children there is a relationship with diarrhea incidence rate in Nusa Indah AREA under the hospital Dr. Slamet Garut hospital. It is recommended to provide health education to the patient family about the foster pattern and the nutrition treatment in children to avoid diarrhea

Abstract

Legal protection is the right to acquire justice, regularity, provision, usefulness and convenience to the rights of individuals or groups in the eyes of the law. This research discusses the protection of the patient's law when receiving health care services in Dr. Slamet Garut Hospital which is studied at the rules of consumer protection and health legislation with the aim to know how the legal protection Patients and their implementation in healthcare services and fulfilling the rights of patients by health and hospital personnel. Techniques used quantitative descriptive, univariate analysis, sample number 97 respondents, data was taken using a question sheet and the results showed that most of the respondents (66.0%) Patient's legal protection is fulfilled and nearly half the respondent (34.0%) Patient legal protection is not met. There should be a strategy or effort from the hospital to further improve the legal protection aspect of the patient in order to obtain appropriate services to the patient, so that the patient's legal protection can be fully fulfilled.
