Abstract

This study aims to develop a power tool where the test tool changes the manual to digital concept and a manual for the use of the test tool was developed. The products produced are the Power, and the manual for the use of the Power. This research was developed by adapting the research and development of the Borg & Gall model. The development procedure used includes several stages: 1) analyzing the content of the product being developed, 2) developing the initial product, 3) expert validation, 4) field testing, 5) product revision. qualitative. sampling technique used purposive sampling with a Phase I trial of 20 FIK students and a Phase II trial of 30 athletes from PON SUMUT. Furthermore, from the Phase I trial, which amounted to 20 people, the figure was 96% with Very Eligible, then from the Phase II trial, which amounted to 30 PON SUMUT athletes, it showed a figure of 91% in the Eligible

Abstract

This study aims to design a digital-based volleyball basic technical skill test instrument using internet technology as its application. This study uses a research and development design method (Research and Development) used in this study is the Borg and Gall development model with 7 steps of potential problems, data collection, product design, product validation, design revision, product trial, product revision, trial usage, product revision, and production. This learning product was developed in the design of a digital-based volleyball basic technique test instrument. The products of this research are 1) produce a basic volleyball technical test instrument application product used in smartphones, 2) produce a villi ball basic technical instrument product that is easily accessible via the internet

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Pendidikan Kepramukaan Terhadap Kedisiplinan Mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan dan Rekreasi Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Medan yang mengambil mata kuliah Kepramukaan angkatan 2014. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa angkatan 2014 PJKR FIK Unimed yang mengambil mata kuliah kepramukaan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, danĀ  wawancara. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan uji-t. Terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kepramukaan terhadap kedisiplinan mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani, kesehatan dan rekreasi, hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan aspek hadir tepat waktu, mengikuti prosedur kegiatan pendidikan, menyelesaikan tugas tepat waktu, dan mematuhi peraturan kampus setelah mendapatkan matakuliah kepramukaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a volleyball game model using instructional media for junior high school students. The method used in this research is to use the R & D research method which is used to develop a product in the form of a volleyball game model and test the effectiveness of the product. The type of research used in this research is to use mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative) by using the t test on the effectiveness test. The data collection technique in this study was using a questionnaire questionnaire. The subjects used in this study were class VII students of SMP Gajah Madah Medan, totaling 40 students. The results of the small group trial were carried out on 15 junior high school students in class VII-1 with a very good category. The large group trial was conducted on 25 students of SMP Gajah Madah Medan class VII-2 with a very good category. The product effectiveness test was carried out by conducting pre-test and post-test with the results of the t-test p<0.005, this result showed that there was a significant difference. The average pretest score before students use the game model using learning media is 5.42. And after the students were given treatment, namely the volleyball game model using learning media, the average post-test score was 7.71.

Abstract

Physical training on improving court tennis service skills in adolescent athletes is one part of mastering skills for teenagers. However, not all exercises that have been done by teenagers can be successful in mastering tennis serve skills. The main objective of this study is to explain physical training to support service skills in tennis. This study follows the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) and Meta-analysis. Scientific articles are obtained from Elsevier, Pubmed, Science Direct, Web of Science, National Index, Google Scholar, and Journal of Sports Coaching. After following the exclusion criteria, only 8 articles remain. The review successfully showed that most research, and quantitative approaches are the methods and types of research used. One important aspect of physical training is support for service skills on the tennis court. The practice study program lasts 3 weeks to 12 weeks. They do one to > two days per week. Conclusion The findings suggest that physical exercise can increase the speed of tennis serves. Recommended physical exercises to improve tennis serve include Exercises, Core Legs, Stability, and Arms. Further research can be continued by mapping research analysis on this topic using other methods to explore various forms of exercises for mastering skills in sports. This literature review can also be continued by discussing other topics related to mastery of skills.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of the play-based approach on improving learning outcomes in volleyball underhand passing among 11th-grade students. The study used a quasi-experimental method with a two-group pretest-posttest design. The instrument used to collect data was a one-minute underhand passing observation test. Data were gathered through tests administered before and after the intervention to evaluate how the play-based approach affected the volleyball passing skills of 11th-grade science students at SMAN 1 Palipi. This method was chosen to assess the effectiveness of the play-based approach in enhancing learning outcomes. Hypothesis testing was conducted using One-Way ANOVA, which showed a significant result (0.001 < 0.05), indicating a difference and improvement in volleyball underhand passing skills among students in the experimental group through the play-based approach. The study concluded that the use of the play-based approach significantly improved the volleyball underhand passing learning outcomes of 11th-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Palipi, with the experimental group achieving better results than the control group.

Abstract

Many teachers need more ability to use and operate educational technology, especially ICT-based. So, there is a need for innovation in developing teaching materials, especially those based on AR, to improve the quality of learning, student interest and motivation, and understanding of the concepts taught. This research aims to develop teaching materials for volleyball based on augmented reality. The resulting product is augmented reality-based volleyball teaching materials that can be used for PJOK students and teachers. The type of research used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE research model. This study uses subjects consisting of 30 students, one material expert, one media expert, and one practitioner. The data collection method used was a questionnaire using an instrument as a questionnaire sheet. After the data was collected, it was analyzed using quantitative and qualitative methods. The results of the small group test concluded that the development of teaching materials for augmented reality-based volleyball materials had met the criteria to continue in the small group test because the percentage of teaching materials for augmented reality-based volleyball materials was 80%, and teaching materials for augmented reality-based volleyball materials after an extensive group test of 95%. It can be concluded that augmented reality-based volleyball teaching materials can assess students' abilities. This research is expected to add insight into students' playing volleyball.

Abstract

Although AR technology has great potential to improve learning experiences and outcomes, its application in the context of education, especially in PJOK learning, is still limited. Many schools and educational institutions have not optimally utilized this technology to deliver learning materials. This study aims to analyze the application of augmented reality-based learning media to improve understanding of basic movements in terms of student learning styles. This type of research is an experimental study of The One-Group Pretest-Posttest with one-way ANOVA test. The research sample amounted to 20 people consisting of 10 men and 10 women. Data were collected using a test data collection method with an instrument in the form of a test sheet. The results of the visual learning style research have values that fall into the high improvement category, while auditory and kinesthetic learning styles have values that fall into the medium improvement category. The conclusion on the results of the one-way ANOVA test to measure the hypothesis test of the significance value of the interaction of the use of AR-based media. Through AR media, it can be seen that the comprehension ability of students who have kinesthetic and visual learning styles is greater than auditory students.This research has important positive implications for educational development. The research findings can encourage the development of other technology-based learning media that can be applied to various student learning styles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh latihan resistance band terhadap kecepatan tendangan sabit pada peserta ekstrakurikuler pencak silat di SMKS Muhammadiyah 16 Desa Pon. Menggunakan desain eksperimental one- group pretest-posttest, penelitian ini melibatkan 25 partisipan yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Intervensi berupa program latihan resistance band dilaksanakan selama 8 minggu dengan frekuensi 3 kali per minggu. Kecepatan tendangan sabit diukur menggunakan tes standar sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Analisis data meliputi uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk dan uji-t berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kecepatan tendangan sabit, dengan rata-rata pretest 15,12 (SD=2,007) meningkat menjadi 19,32 (SD=2,212) pada posttest (t(24)=- 16,689, p<0,001). Peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 4,2 tendangan (27,8%) mendemonstrasikan efektivitas substansial dari program latihan. Korelasi kuat antara skor pretest dan posttest (r=0,826, p<0,001) mengindikasikan konsistensi peningkatan performa pada berbagai tingkat kemampuan awal. Temuan ini menyimpulkan bahwa latihan resistance band secara signifikan meningkatkan kecepatan tendangan sabit pada atlet pencak silat, dengan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan program pelatihan dan peningkatan performa kompetitif. Penelitian lebih lanjut direkomendasikan untuk mengeksplorasi efek jangkapanjang dan optimalisasi protokol latihan.
