Abstract

This study aims to determine the provision of sports loads on the social behavior of Unimed Fiction students. The methodology in this study uses descriptive analytic which is a method that describes the relationship between the provision of sports loads and social behavior. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique or conditional sample where the sample selection was based on students who had a sports load in accordance with the indicators in the questionnaire. The research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire questionnaire given to a sample of unimed fiction students. The data analysis technique used SPSS Version 23 software. The results of the data analysis carried out showed the magnitude of the correlation coefficient of sports load on social behavior with a value of 0.956. The results showed that there was a relationship between the provision of sports loads on social behavior with a significant value of 0.000 sig with a significant correlation of 0.01.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a 30 meter running speed equipment product athlete North Sumatra which is microcontroller based. It is hoped that this research will be able to overcome the difficulties faced by testers which have so far been carried out manually so that they are effective and effective objectivity The results of this test still cannot be categorized as accurate. This research uses an approach of research and development with the Borg and Gall model which is divided into three stages. The research stages are; (1) Pre-development stage, which one At this stage, a needs analysis is carried out through survey level of tool requirements for users, preparation instrument and consultation to experts. (2) Development stage develop products running speed 30 meters starting from developing initial product manuscripts (manual books), designing digital tools, trials small group, stage I improvement, trials large group, phase II improvement, mass production. (3) Evaluation stage implementation of product results and dissemination product. The results of the analysis from the trial I obtained an average value implementation of Microcontroller-Based 30 Meter Running Speed ​​Test Equipment based on data obtained for the answer "Yes" with a percentage of 81.38% and "No" with a percentage of 18.62%. The results of the analysis of trial II obtained an average value implementation plan prototype digital step frequency measuring test tool based on data obtained for the answer "Yes" with a percentage of 86.08% and "No" with a percentage of 13.92%. The conclusion in this research is that the test tool developed is valid because the calculation uses a digital system.

Abstract

The football goalkeeper position arguably represents a unique role in team sports. This research aimed to increase the reaction speed of football goalkeepers using a ball launcher. The research method was experimental using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted by applying reaction speed training using a ball launcher to measure and found out the results of the data obtained by researchers using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The research sample consisted of 20 students of the Department of Sports Coaching Education at Universitas Negeri Medan who specialised as football goalkeepers. The instrument used in data collection techniques was the Nelson Foot Reaction. The data analysis technique used was a t-test with a significance level of 0.05. The research results concluded that there was a significant effect of training using a ball launcher on the reaction speed of the goalkeeper. The results can be used as a basis for developing more effective and innovative training methods in the sport of football. In addition, the findings can provide guidance for coaches and researchers in developing relevant and efficient training methods. This study also opens the door for further research to explore the impact of reaction speed in actual match situations, which may yield further insights into the development of quality goalkeeping athletes.

Abstract

Background Problems: Small-sided games (SSGs) have become a significant focus of research in the context of team sports, and a thorough review and analysis of the existing research landscape is needed to identify trends, gaps, and emerging themes. Research Objectives: This study aims to map the research landscape on small-sided games (SSGs) in the context of team sports through a bibliometric approach and a literature review. Methods: Literature was drawn from established research sources in the Scopus and Web of Science databases from 2014 to 2023. The final data used for this study consisted of 1012 articles, which were then analysed using a bibliometric approach, and the literature review was limited to 237 articles after grouping ten types of team sports using the ScientoPy tool. Findings and Results: The results showed a consistent increase in interest in SSGs, with journals such as “Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research” and “Biology of Sport” playing an important role in expanding understanding of the topic. The analysis also revealed that authors such as Clemente F.M. and Praca G.M. had a significant impact on developing knowledge about SSGs. Although football dominated the related literature, the results also highlighted other sports such as basketball, futsal, and handball. However, there is still a lack of SSG research for sports such as cricket and dodgeball. The benefits of SSGs in team sports include improved technical skills, physical fitness, tactical understanding, and physical performance. Conclusion: This study provides insight into the important role of SSGs in athlete development and team sports training and highlights the need for further research to optimise the full potential of this training method.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the success of local governments in development in the sports sector in terms of the availability of open space, community participation, sports resources and community fitness levels (Sport Development Index). Therefore, this research approach is evaluative research. The sampling technique uses stratified random sampling and cluster sampling. The basic characteristics of the population used include; differences in the level of progress of a region, gender differences between men and women, differences in the ages of children aged 8-13 years, teenagers aged 14-18 years and adults aged 18-41 years, while the basic clusters used are sub-district and village or sub-district areas. The research results show that the open space index is in the low category (0.170), the human resources index is in the medium category (0.551), the community participation index is in the medium category (0.582), and the fitness index is in the low category (0.477). Overall, the Sports Development Index for Deli Serdang Regency in the year was in the low category, 0.387.

Abstract

Many teachers need more ability to use and operate educational technology, especially ICT-based. So, there is a need for innovation in developing teaching materials, especially those based on AR, to improve the quality of learning, student interest and motivation, and understanding of the concepts taught. This research aims to develop teaching materials for volleyball based on augmented reality. The resulting product is augmented reality-based volleyball teaching materials that can be used for PJOK students and teachers. The type of research used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE research model. This study uses subjects consisting of 30 students, one material expert, one media expert, and one practitioner. The data collection method used was a questionnaire using an instrument as a questionnaire sheet. After the data was collected, it was analyzed using quantitative and qualitative methods. The results of the small group test concluded that the development of teaching materials for augmented reality-based volleyball materials had met the criteria to continue in the small group test because the percentage of teaching materials for augmented reality-based volleyball materials was 80%, and teaching materials for augmented reality-based volleyball materials after an extensive group test of 95%. It can be concluded that augmented reality-based volleyball teaching materials can assess students' abilities. This research is expected to add insight into students' playing volleyball.

Abstract

In the increasingly advanced digital era, technology has penetrated various aspects of life, including the field of education. One technological innovation that has great potential to improve the quality of learning is Augmented Reality (AR). AR enables the combination of the real world with digital elements, providing a more interactive and immersive learning experience. In the context of physical education, especially in learning basic manipulative movements, the application of AR can be a solution to overcome various obstacles faced so far, such as limited facilities, difficulties in visualizing movements, and lack of practical interaction. This research aims to develop a model for learning basic manipulative movements based on augmented reality and develop it into a guide for students and sports teachers in teaching basic movements. The resulting product is a basic manipulative learning model based on augmented reality, a guidebook for application use. This research was developed by adapting the Borg & Gall model of educational research and development. The development procedures used include the stages of analyzing the content of the product being developed, developing the initial game product, expert validation, field trials, product revision. The data analysis technique used in this research is in two ways, namely quantitative and qualitative. The results of the research show that the augmented reality-based basic manipulative movement learning model can assess elementary school students' abilities, the application developed by researchers is also easy to use by PJOK teachers in assessing the augmented reality-based basic manipulative movement learning model which can be carried anywhere by PJOK teachers. portable. Implications This research can provide guidance for educational software developers to create AR applications that are more relevant and useful in learning contexts.

Abstract

Interest in learning physical education is often less than optimal due to the use of less innovative learning media. Interactive learning media offers the potential to increase learning interest, but its effectiveness needs to be further analyzed. This study aims to analyze the impact of using interactive learning media on increasing interest in learning physical education using inferential analysis. This type of research is an experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects consisted of 40 students who took the small ball game course. The data collection methods used in this study were tests and questionnaires of interest in learning before and after treatment (interactive learning media) and using instruments in the form of questionnaire sheets. After the data is collected then analyzed using parametric statistical tests. The results showed that interactive learning media significantly increased interest in learning physical education, with differences in pretest and posttest scores supporting the research hypothesis. The conclusion shows that interactive learning media is effective in increasing interest in learning, providing implications for educators to utilize similar media to improve the quality of learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Koordinasi Mata-Kaki Dan Power Otot Tungkai Terhadap Hasil Shooting Mahasiswa Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan UNIMED. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Stadion UNIMED Jl. William Iskandar Pasar IV Medan Estate. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga sebanyak 50 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling yaitu sebanyak 10 orang menjadi sampel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi melalui tes dan pengukuran, pada umumnya merupakan cara pengumpulan data dari sejumlah unit atau individu dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Dari hasil uji korelasi hipotesis pertama diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,032 < 0,05 maka ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Koordinasi mata-kaki dengan hasil shooting bola.  Hasil uji hipotesis kedua nilai signifikansi 0.005 < 0.05, maka ada hubungan yang signifikan antara power otot tungkai dengan hasil shooting bola. Berdasarkan uji korelasi ganda pada tabel model summary diketahui bahwa besarnya hubungan antara koordinasi mata kaki dan power otot tungkai (secara simultan) terhadap Hasil shooting bola yang dihitung dengan koefisien korelasi adalah 0,584 hal ini menunjukkan pengaruh yang sedang. Sedangkan kontribusi atau sumbangan secara simultan variabel koordinasi mata kaki dengan power otot tungkai adalah 34,1% sedangkan 65,9% ditentukan oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Mitra kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) adalah MGMP Olahraga di Kota Pematang Siantar, Kabupaten Batubara dan Kabupaten Asahan Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang berjarak berjarak 126, 131 dan 150 km dari Universitas Negeri Medan. Beberapa MGMP Olahraga lainnya juga menghadapi permasalahan yang sama dengan daerah lainnya terutama dalam pembuatan portofolio olahraga di. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan mitra diantaranya daam proses pembuatan portofolio olahraga bagi siswa banyak yang kurang tepat, hal ini dikarenakan (1) Kurangnya pemahaman siswa mengetahui hal apa saja yang menjadi persyaratan dalam pengisian portofolio olahraga. (2) Kurangnya pemahaman guru sebagai pemandu pelaksanaan pembuatan video portofoio olahraga (3) banyaknya siswa yang salah dalam menyusun portofolio olahraga yang akan di upload pada aplikasi pendaftaran. (4) Serta banyaknya siswa yang salah dalam pengisian dan penyusunan borang isian portofolio seperti data kesehatan, data keterampilan motorik, dan bukti raihan prestasi. Dari keempat permasalahan utama tersebut tidaklah memungkinkan untuk diselesaikan maka pada kegiatan yang akan dilakukan yaitu dengan Pendampingan Penyusunan Portofolio Olahraga Seleksi Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri ini kiranya dapat membantu calon mahasiswa dalam pengisian portofolio melalui pendampingan bagi MGMP olahraga. Hal yang akan mendasar untuk diselesaikan bersama mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah: (1) melakukan pendampingan pada penyusunan portofolio olahraga, (2) melakukan pendampingan terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam pelaksanaan dan perekaman praktek portofolio olahraga, (3) melakukan pendampingan cara menginput borang isian dan video rekaman portofolio olahraga kedalam aplikasi portofolio.
