Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan gaya mengajar dosen laki-laki dan perempuan dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) di perguruan tinggi, dengan fokus studi pada Program Studi Tadris IPS Universitas Islam Negeri Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan sejumlah dosen laki-laki dan perempuan sebagai subjek utama, serta mahasiswa sebagai informan pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam pendekatan mengajar antara dosen laki-laki dan perempuan, terutama dalam aspek komunikasi, pengelolaan kelas, serta penggunaan metode pembelajaran. Dosen laki-laki cenderung menggunakan pendekatan yang lebih otoritatif dan terstruktur, sementara dosen perempuan lebih banyak mengadopsi gaya yang komunikatif dan empatik. Perbedaan ini berimplikasi pada dinamika interaksi di kelas dan tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap materi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran IPS di perguruan tinggi melalui pengembangan metode pengajaran yang lebih adaptif dan inklusif serta dapat meningkatkan minat mahasiswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran.

Abstract

Public speaking is an ability that a person has to be able to speak in public with the aim of conveying an idea or information. Public speaking is an important skill to have in this day and age. However, in reality, public speaking becomes a scary thing for some people. This is due to feelings of anxiety, fear, nervousness, and lack of confidence in their own abilities. The existence of public speaking seminars and training is expected to increase self-confidence and eliminate feelings of fear when faced with such situations. The activity entitled "Berani Bicara, Berani Berdakwah" was carried out with 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. From the activities that have been carried out at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Ula NU 08 Sullamul Hidayah, children can learn and dare to show public speaking skills during the event. Not only that, the children also began to control their negative feelings, such as fear, anxiety, and lack of confidence

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Government Agency Performance Accountability Report (LAKIP) at the Regional Secretariat of North Aceh Regency, focusing on its effectiveness in achieving performance targets, identifying challenges, and assessing its relevance to strengthening accountability, transparency, and the quality of local governance. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, using in-depth interviews with government officials and document analysis, including strategic plans, performance reports, and relevant regulations. The collected data were analyzed thematically to identify patterns, supporting factors, and obstacles in the implementation of LAKIP. The findings indicate that the implementation of LAKIP in North Aceh Regency has been relatively effective in promoting accountability and achieving strategic performance indicators, particularly in governance and human resource development. However, challenges remain, including budget limitations, inter-agency coordination issues, and gaps in human resource capacity. To enhance LAKIP’s effectiveness, it is necessary to strengthen officials’ competencies, optimize budget management, and increase public participation in the performance evaluation process of local government.
