Abstract

A private land sale and purchase agreement is a written contract between two parties without the involvement of an authorized public official. Although legally, a private land sale and purchase agreement meets the requirements set out in Article 1320 of the Indonesian Civil Code, which governs the legal validity of contracts, such an agreement carries significant consequences in terms of proof and may be subject to challenges regarding its validity. This study aims to examine, analyze, and address the validity of private land sale and purchase agreements under the provisions of named contracts as regulated in the Indonesian Civil Code, the legal protection afforded to the parties involved in such agreements, and the evidentiary mechanisms for resolving disputes arising from private land sale and purchase transactions. The findings of this research reveal that, while the sale is substantively valid, in terms of agrarian legal formalities, a private land sale and purchase agreement is not considered fully complete, as it is not executed through a Land Deed Official (PPAT) deed. Therefore, to protect the parties involved in a private land sale and purchase agreement, it is essential to strengthen the agreement through proper legal authorization.

Abstract

Kegiatan kepada masyarakat di Desa Cipicung yang dilakukan oleh  mahasiswa KKN Fakultas Ilmu Pangan Universitas Djuanda berfokus pada pendampingan inovasi pangan yang mencakup beberapa lingkup seperti pendidikan, kesehatan, dan sosial masyarakat. Masyarakat sadar akan pemanfaatan bahan baku lokal khas Desa Cipicung, salah satunya adalah jenis umbi yaitu ubi jalar. Umumnya ubi jalar hanya dimanfaatkan sebagai makanan yang dimasak dengan cara digoreng menjadi gorengan dan direbus atau dikukus. Pemanfaatan ubi jalar sebagai inovasi pangan telah banyak dilakukan diantaranya sebagai olahan nugget serta camilan stik ubi jalar. Pemilihan ubi jalar dalam pembuatan inovasi pangan berupa sistik dipilih karena ubi jalar mempunyai rasa manis jika dibandingkan komoditi umbi lainnya yang tumbuh di Desa Cipicung. Formula standardisasi yang digunakan mengacu pada penelitian sebelumnya serta dilakukan perubahan formula seperti adanya penambahan kacang hijau dengan tujuan memperkaya cita rasa serta berdampak pada kandungan nutrisinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi lapangan dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pendampingan inovasi olahan pangan berbahan lokal khas Desa Cipicung di daerah kampung Balakang berupa ubi jalar sebagai sistik ubu jalar (Sis-lar) dapat dilakukan dengan dilakukannya perbaikan pada tekstur dan kerenyahanya.

Abstract

Shopee is an Indonesian online marketplace that facilitates buying and selling. Web apps serve as its foundation. Several marketplaces compete with Shopee. The goal of this study is to determine how free shipping deals and the caliber of e-services affect the judgments made by FEB UGJ Cirebon students about the Shopee marketplace. In this study, a quantitative research methodology was utilized. The research population consists of the FEB UGJ Cirebon students who use Shopee. 142 respondents make up the sample size used in this purposive sampling technique. The SPSS program, version 22, is used in the analytical approach. Purchase decisions made by customers are known to be positively and significantly impacted by the slogan "free shipping" and the quality of the e-service based on the data results
