Abstract

Child marriage is increasing in North Lombok Regency and has attracted a lot of government attention because it has a major impact on the progress of the nation. The many cases of child marriage, one of which occurred in Jenggala Village based on data obtained from the Jenggala Village government, there were 7 cases of child marriage originating from 5 Hamlets in Jenggala Village, with assistance that has been carried out by LPAI and the Village government, two of the 7 cases that occurred received compensation from the government. One of the efforts to reduce cases of child marriage is by collaborating with educational institutions, through community service activities or KKN. In this community service activity, the goal to be achieved is to raise awareness and reduce the number of child marriages in Jenggala Village, Tanjung District, North Lombok Regency. The subjects of the activity were teenagers from 9 Hamlets in Jenggala Village. The methods of observation, counseling and documentation. The results of this child marriage prevention socialization activity received a response and enthusiasm from the community who participated in the activity, originating from 9 Hamlets in Jenggala Village. This condition is expected to be able to foster concern, knowledge, and involvement of adolescents in voicing and avoiding child marriage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the role of the principal in improving teacher performance and learning quality at SD Negeri 1 Teniga. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The data collection tools used include three types, namely observation, structured and irregular interviews and documentation. The object of this research is the principal and teachers of grades I, IV, sports and religion teachers at SD Negeri 1 Teniga. The results of the research that have been carried out can be seen that the role of the principal in improving teacher performance and the quality of learning at SD Negeri 1 Teniga, which can show good performance, is found in four of its roles in 1) Influencing which focuses on attitude, role modeling, effective communication and policies in place. 2) Mobilizing which is reflected in the involvement of teachers and other school officials in various activities that focus on improving the quality of learning. 3) Fostering which is reflected in academic and non-academic supervision activities, providing constructive feedback. 4) Motivating which is reflected in the provision of attention, recognition, appreciation related to the needs of teachers. Teacher performance that can be improved by principals is personality, pedagogic, professional and social competencies that have an impact on improving the quality of learning that can create a positive and conducive climate in schools. However, in terms of providing school facilities such as libraries that are not available due to unsupportive school land and technological equipment such as wifi, computers are still inadequate and often experience problems, which have an impact on teacher performance and learning quality at SD Negeri 1 Teniga

Abstract

The sample in this study was 100 people who had used SR12 skincare products for 3 months and customers of WE Store in Bengkulu City. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis method used was multiple regression analysis, t-hypothesis test and f-hypothesis test. The results of the regression equation are Y = 19.531 + 0.117 X₁ + 0.134 X₂ + 0.110 X₃. meaning the influence of product quality, price, and service quality on customer satisfaction of SR12 skincare products at WE Store in Bengkulu City. The significance value of each variable is below 0.05, indicating a real influence. In addition, the three variables together affect customer satisfaction by 81.4%, while the remaining 18.6% is influenced by other factors outside this study.
