Abstract

The Massenrempulu Enrekang Regional Hospital technical Implementation Unit is a class C hospital where the hospital has outpatient and inpatient services as well as an emergency room. Based on the preliminary survey, it was found that there were incomplete medical records and incomplete claims administration requirements. this will affect the BPJS Health claim approval process. the aim of the research is to determine the relationship between the completeness of inpatient claims and the approval of BPJS Health claims. this research uses the Observational Analytical method with a cross sectional approach. the sample for this study was 80 medical records and BPJS Health inpatient claim files. The research instrument uses observation and interview guidelines. The research results show that there is a relationship between claim completeness (medical records and claim administration requirements) with BPJS Health claim approval. this is shown by the results of the Fisher Exactt test where the p value is: 0.002 (<0.05). the conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between claim completeness and BPJS Health claim approval.

Abstract

Background: Oral and dental disease is a health burden in several countries because it affects general health and the quality of life of the people. The factors associated with the use of dental and oral health services are price and quality of service. The combination of the five dimensions of health care quality can significantly influence patient satisfaction. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of health services and patient satisfaction in dental and oral patients.Subjects and Method: This meta-analysis was conducted by collecting and reviewing key studies from PubMed, Google Scholar, Springer Link, ScienceDirect, Scopus, and ResearchGate. The formulation of the problem using the PICO model: Population is dental and oral patients, Intervention: good service quality, Comparison: poor service quality, Result: patient satisfaction. The inclusion criteria used a cross-sectional study design, published in English or Indonesian. , are available in the full text, and report adjusted odds ratios on study results. Articles were collected using PRISMA diagrams and data were analyzed using the Review Manager 5.3 software application.Results: The estimated OR collected from all studies were (OR = 3.47; 95% CI = 1.01 to 11.97; p = 0.05) with a heterogeneity of 89%.Conclusion: Based on the literature review, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the quality of health services and patient satisfaction in dental and oral patients.Keywords: quality of health services, patient satisfaction, dental and oral patients.Correspondence:Lina Eta Safitri.Program Study of Public Health, STIKES Griya Husada Sumbawa. Abstract

Background: The Project Based Learning (PjBL) model is a learning model that can make students have expertise and can understand the learning process. This study aims to look at the application of Project Based Learning (PjBL) to increase student activity, to see the character values and results of student academic achievement in the KKPMT practice subject to achieve competence. Subjects and Method: RCT research was conducted at STIKes Mitra Husada Karanganyar. The sample consisted of 90 students, 48 students as the control class and 42 students as the experimental class. Student activity is assessed with an observation sheet. Student character is assessed by means of a questionnaire. The results of learning achievement using the posttest and pretest instruments. The mean knowledge scores in both groups were compared by independent t-test. Results: The knowledge score after the intervention in the project-based learning group (Mean= 71.81; SD= 8.35) was higher than that of the control group (Mean= 67.73; SD= 8.64), and was statistically significant (p= 0.026). Project-based learning is effective in increasing students' knowledge of ICD. The activity score after the intervention in the project-based learning group (Mean= 68.83; SD= 12.87) was the same as the control group (Mean= 68.27; SD= 11.53), but statistically not significant (p= 0.827). Conclusion: This study concluded that project-based learning was effective in increasing students' knowledge of ICD but project-based learning was not effective in increasing student activity in discussing ICD subjects.   Keywords: Project Based Learning, student character, student activity, learning outcomes.   Correspondence: Yuyun Manggandhi.
