Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Akademik berbasis Short Message Service Gateway pada SMK Negeri I Watansoppeng agar memudahkan siswa mendapatkan informasi akademik dari sekolah tanpa memerlukan waktu lama. Pada aplikasi yang dibuat menggunakan metode SDLC dan sistem pengiriman pesan berbasis SMS Gateway. Program ini digunakan sebagai interface dan berfungsi sebagai alat bantu untuk mengirimkan permintaan informasi. Sistem ini sebagai media bagi siswa untuk melakukan permintaan informasi dan aplikasi dekstop sebagai media bagi pihak sekolah untuk mengolah data pesanan siswa,sehingga dengan aplikasi yang telah di bangun tersebut dapat mempermudah siswa untuk mendapatkan informasi secara cepat melalui ponsel mereka

Abstract

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out about (i) The integration of traffic knowledge in the PPKn learning process at SMK Negeri 7 Bone, (ii) The level of compliance with traffic laws for students at SMK Negeri 7 Bone, (iii) The strategies implemented by the school and the police in integrating traffic knowledge for students. This type of research is mixed methods, namely a type of research that combines qualitative and quantitative research using percentage analysis. The results of the research show that, (i) Integration of traffic knowledge in the PPKn learning process at SMK Negeri 7 Bone is found in several basic competencies in classes XI and ii) The level of traffic knowledge for students is still relatively low, this can be seen from the traffic education knowledge indicator (iii) The strategy that the school has implemented in integrating traffic knowledge through several activity and outreach programs delivered directly by the Principal and the police

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of leadership behavior on teacher performance at the SMP Negeri 3 Satap Bangkurung School. The analytical method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis using 8 samples. Based on the results of data processing with the help of the SPSS version 25 program, a simple linera regression equation was obtained  Y = 47,447 + 0.631X. The constant value is 47,447, meaning that if it is not controlled by the leadership behavior variable, the performance will be 47,447, the leadership behavior variable (X) has a significant influence on performance (Y). the correlation coefficient  is 0.760 or is in the interval 0.60 – 0.80, meaning that the relationship between the independent variable leadership behavior and the dependent variable performance has a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.578 or 57.8% shows the percentage of  influence or contribution of the independent variable in explaning the dependent variable, namely 57.8% and the rest is explained by variables other than the variables being tested. The results of the T test show that the leadership behavior variable has a significant effect on performance with a T count of 2.865 and a T table of 2.570.

Abstract

Reading plays an important role in the development of critical thinking skill, analytical ability, and creativity. Therefore, reading interest must be cultivated from an early age so that it becomes a good habit in daily life. In fostering reading interest, the role of teachers is very crucial. Teachers must be able to create literacy programs that are interesting and in accordance with the needs of students so that their interest in reading can be increased. This study aims to determine the role of teachers in increasing students' interest in reading through reading literacy program in the elementary school level. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this study are class V-A teachers and class V-A students at SD Muhammadiyah Pahandut Palangka Raya. The data in this study was collected through three techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that there are several factors that affect students' interest in reading, both supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors include adequate facilities and infrastructure, attractive literacy programs, and support from teachers and schools. Inhibiting factors include low interest in reading, lack of support from family, and interference from technology. Although the literacy program has been well implemented, there are still several challenges faced, such as differences in interest and reading ability among students, limited time owned by teachers, and limited reading materials available at school.

Abstract

Fatherless ialah sebuah peristiwa yang dimana ketika seorang ayah tidak memiliki rasa bertanggung jawab kepada anaknya untuk memenuhi kewajiban serta perannya sebagai sosok seorang ayah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pola asuh pada anak yang mengalami fatherless di berbagai tingkat usia dan terdapat dua dampak yaitu postif dan negatif dari kondisi fatherless tersebut yang terjadi pada tiga narasumber kami. penelitian kualitatif merupakan suatu prosedur penelitian untuk lebih memahami berbagai macam peristiwa manusia atau social dengan membuat gambaran yang menyatu dan bergantung sehingga dapat di tampilkan dengan kata kata. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dimana teknik ini memiliki kriteria dan tujuan tertentu pada sampel yang akan diteliti. Sample yang digunakan sebanyak tiga orang berdasarkan usia yang terdiri dari AD (7 tahun) yang mengalami pola asuh demokratis, sedangkan AB (20 tahun)mengalami pola asuh otoriter, dan yang terakhir AC (27 tahun) mengalami pola asuh demoktaris. hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa AC berhasil melewati kondisi fatherless dimana dia bisa berdamai dengan keadaannya dan menjadi sosok pengganti ayahnya untuk adikadiknya dan ibunya. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini dari tiga narasumber kami mengalami keberhasilan dari kondisi fatherless karena mendapatkan pola asuh yang baik dan mendapatkan sosok pengganti peran seorang ayah.

Abstract

This study aimed to provide empirical evidence on the influence of outdoor learning environments and entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of elementary school students. A quantitative approach was employed, involving 282 students from several elementary schools in Cirebon Regency. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire developed based on validated indicators measuring outdoor learning settings, entrepreneurship education, and students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results showed that the outdoor learning environment had a significant and positive impact on both entrepreneurship education and students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Furthermore, entrepreneurship education served as a mediating variable that strengthened the relationship between the outdoor learning environment and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. These findings highlighted the importance of contextual and experiential learning beyond the traditional classroom in enhancing entrepreneurship education. Therefore, integrating outdoor learning elements into entrepreneurship curricula is a strategic approach to developing entrepreneurial self-efficacy and competencies from an early stage of education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengembangan media pembelajaran menyimak cerita pendek melalui aplikasi Alight Motion kelas XI SMA Negeri 4 Kayuagung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pengembangan yang dikenal sebagai research and development (R&D). Model dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Desain, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan empat langkah-langkah yaitu : angket (kuesioner), wawancara. observasi, dokumentasi. Pengembangan media pembelajaran menyimak cerita pendek yang dikembangkan model pengembangan ADDIE dinyatakan sangat layak. Sehingga berdasarkan nilai yang diperoleh dari beberapa validasi ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa diperoleh dengan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan adalah 92,1% dengan kriteria “Sangat Layak”. Kemudian nilai yang diperoleh dari uji coba lapangan satu-satu (one to one) adalah 96,75% sebagai kriteria “Sangat Layak”. Nilai yang diperoleh dari uji coba lapangan kelompok kecil (Small Group) dapat rata-rata sebesar 94,9% diperoleh “Sangat Layak”. Selanjutnya dilaksanakan uji coba lapangan (Field Trial Evaluation) dapat diperoleh nilai rata-rata 95,75% sebagai kriteria “Sangat Layak”.Artinya media pembelajaran menyimak cerita pendek melalui aplikasi Alight Motion. Menarik digunakan dan meningkatkan semangat belajar peserta didik di SMA Negeri 4 Kayuagung.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the description and implementation of integrated learning in the current 34 Pangkalpinang Public Elementary School. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method using a survey. The sampling technique was total sampling, while the samples used in this study were grade 3 and 4 teachers at SD N 34 Pangkalpinang with sample collection using observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaire methods. The conclusion drawing technique is a simple descriptive analysis using the Percentage formula. Based on the results of the research, it can be stated that the implementation of integrated learning at Public Elementary School 34 Pangkalpinang has gone well, this is evidenced by the results of the research which stated that 100% (2 respondents) answered that they understood the steps for preparing an integrated learning design, 50% (1 respondent) ) answered that they really understood that integrated learning was carried out in grades 1,2 and 3, and 100% answered that they understood the steps for evaluating integrated learning with a thematic approach

Abstract

The Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning is the agency responsible for public works and housing affairs. This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and job satisfaction on employee productivity at the secretariat office of the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Banggai Regency. The type of data used is qualitative that has been quantified. The population consists of 16 people. The method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with the regression result Y = 19.966 + - 0.547 - 0.475 + e. The Correlation Coefficient is 0.584. The Coefficient of Determination in this study is 0.341, and the remaining variation is caused by other factors not included in this study. The t-value for (X1) is -1.850 < t-table 1.771.This means that the variable Compensation (X1) does not have a significant effect on Work Productivity (Y), thus H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. The calculated t-value for (X2) is 2.288. The result of the t-test shows that 2.288 > 1.771. This indicates that the variable Job Satisfaction (X2) has a partial and significant effect on Work Productivity (Y), therefore H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the F-test, the calculated F-value is 3.365 > the table F-value of 3.81. This means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Compensation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) have a simultaneous or joint effect on Work Productivity (Y).
