Abstract

Olahraga ialah salah satu bentuk aktivitas fisik yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani dan rohani. Bolavoli merupakan salah satu olahraga di dunia yang paling berhasil, popular, penuh persaingan sekaligus menyenangkan. Latihan suatu istilah dan program yang dilakukan secara terstruktur dan bertahap untuk mencapai prestasi yang maksimal diperlukannya latihan yang rutin. Standing broad jump adalah latihan yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot, terutama otot-otot kaki, yang sangat penting dalam berbagai olahraga, termasuk bolavoli. Desain penelitian jenis penelitian ini yaitu eksperimen desain eksperimen one group pretest-posttest design. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif, diperoleh nilai rerata pretest siswa 245,40 dan posttest 273,45 uji normalitas pada data awal tes Standing broad jump diperoleh yaitu 0,401 > 0,05. Hal ini memaparkan bahwa data awal tersebut berdistribusi normal. Sedangkan pada data akhir postest diperoleh yaitu 0,564 > 0,05 dalam hasil tersebut terbukti bahwa pada data akhir berdistribusi normal. Berdasarkan table output hasil uji T diperoleh nilai sig = 0.001, yang berarti lebih kecil dari 0.05. Hasil menyimpulkan latihan standing broad jump memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan tinggi lompatan pemain bolavoli.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji penerapan metode latihan reaction time test terhadap peningkatan kecepatan reaksi visual pada atlet sepak bola persik kendal. Kecepatan reaksi visual merupakan faktor kunci dalam pengambilan keputusan yang cepat di lapangan sepak bola, seperti merespons pergerakan bola atau lawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan desain pre-test dan post-test. Sebelum mengikuti program latihan, waktu reaksi visual atlet diukur menggunakan reaction time test yang melibatkan stimulus visual berupa cahaya atau pergerakan objek yang harus segera direspons. Program latihan dilakukan selama empat minggu dengan variasi kecepatan dan jenis stimulus visual, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan atlet dalam merespons stimulus dengan lebih cepat. Setelah program latihan selesai, dilakukan post-test untuk mengukur perubahan waktu reaksi atlet. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji t untuk membandingkan perbedaan waktu reaksi sebelum dan setelah latihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kecepatan reaksi visual atlet sepak bola Persik Kendal setelah menjalani program latihan ini. Peningkatan waktu reaksi visual ini diharapkan dapat berdampak pada peningkatan performa di lapangan, khususnya dalam hal pengambilan keputusan yang cepat dan tepat. Abstract This study aims to test the application of the reaction time test training method to improve visual reaction speed in Persik Kendal soccer athletes. Visual speed is a key factor in making quick decisions on the soccer field, such as reacting to the movement of the ball or opponents. The method used in this study is an experiment with a pre-test and post-test design. Before following the training program, the visual reaction time of athletes was measured using a react time test involving visual stimuli in the form of light or object movement that must be responded to immediately. The training program was carried out for four weeks with variations in speed and type of visual stimulus, aiming to improve athletes' ability to respond to stimuli more quickly. After the training program was completed, a post-test was conducted to measure changes in athletes' reaction time. The data obtained were analyzed using a t-test to compare the difference in reaction time before and after training. The results showed a significant increase in the visual reaction speed of Persik Kendal soccer athletes after undergoing this training program. The expected increase in visual reaction time can have an impact on improving performance on the field, especially in terms of making quick and accurate decisions

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran sepak bola pada siswa sekolah dasar Sumberejo 2 melalui penerapan metode fun game. Dalam pembelajaran sepak bola banyak siswa yang merasa kurang tertarik dan kesulitan dalam memahami teknik-teknik dasar yang diajarkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan penerapan 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa sekolah dasar Sumberejo 2 dengan jumlah yaitu 30 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil siklus I yaitu 19 siswa (63,33%) dinyatakan tuntas, sedangkan siklus II diperoleh 26 siswa (86,67%). Sehingga kesimpulannya yaitu metode fun game terbukti efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar yang menyenangkan dan mendorong siswa untuk lebih aktif berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan olahraga sepakbola. Dengan demikian, metode fun game dapat dijadikan alternatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sepak bola di tingkat Sekolah Dasar. Abstract This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of soccer in elementary school students of Sumberejo 2 through the application of the fun game method. In learning soccer, many students feel less interested and have difficulty in understanding the basic techniques taught. The research method used is Classroom Action Research with the application of 2 cycles. The subjects of this study were elementary school students of Sumberejo 2 with a total of 30 students. The results of the study showed that the results of cycle I, namely 19 students (63.33%) were declared complete, while cycle II obtained 26 students (86.67%). So the conclusion is that the fun game method has proven to be effective in improving enjoyable learning outcomes and encouraging students to be more active in participating in soccer sports activities. Thus, the fun game method can be used as an alternative to improve the quality of soccer learning at the Elementary School level

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Sit and Reach test-based training on the flexibility of Persikoba soccer players. Flexibility is an important component in athlete performance, especially in soccer, which requires agility, good range of motion, and injury prevention. This research method used an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design. The subjects of the study were Persikoba soccer players selected by purposive sampling. Sit and Reach-based flexibility training was given 3 times a week for 2 months in a certain period, and data was measured before and after the intervention using the standard Sit and Reach test. The results showed that Sit and Reach-based training had a significant effect on increasing the flexibility of Persikoba soccer players. The average Sit and Reach value increased significantly after the training intervention compared to before the training.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of Illinois Agility Test training in improving agility and motor reaction of Deltras FC soccer athletes. Agility and motor reaction are important physical components in soccer that affect the player's ability to make quick changes of direction and respond optimally to the movement of the opponent and the ball. This study used an experimental method with a pretest and posttest design involving two groups the experimental group that received Illinois Agility Test training and the control group that underwent conventional agility training. The data obtained were analyzed using a paired t-test to determine significant differences between the pre-test and post-test in each group. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant increase in agility and motor reaction in the experimental group compared to the control group (p < 0.05). The average Illinois Agility Test time of the experimental group experienced a greater increase compared to the control group. Likewise in the motor reaction test where the experimental group showed a faster response increase compared to before the intervention

Abstract

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) and Repeated Sprint Training (RST) are very important for soccer performance, especially in maintaining high-intensity efforts throughout the match,. however, their effects on players remain unexplored, especially with regard to which maximum aerobic capacity (VO2max) is better between the two methods. This study using an experimental research design pre-test posttest control group design, with 20 PERSEMA Malang players with a similar age range of 21 years. Group A was given HIIT Training and Group B RST Training, each group consisted of 10 samples research. The treatment was carried out for 6 weeks of training. The results of the study of the two groups between pretests and posttests showed that both groups had a significance of 0.00 which showed < P = 0.05, but the results of the ANOVA difference test showed that the value was 0.044 (> P = 0.05). This research can be concluded that there is a significant difference between pretest and posttest on HIIT and RST training methods in increasing VO2max of Persema Malang players

Abstract

Sport massage menjadi salah satu metode non-farmakologis yang efektif dan banyak digunakan dalam dunia olahraga, baik oleh atlet amatir maupun profesional, untuk mempercepat proses pemulihan tubuh pasca latihan atau kompetisi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui selisih tingkat efektivitas sport massage terhadap penurunan kadar asam laktat pada atlet gulat Kota Batu Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain pre-test dan post-test. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan melalui teknik purposive sampling yaitu 12 atlet gulat. Pengukuran kadar asam laktat dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian sport massage menggunakan alat accutrend lactate dengan menggunakan uji statistic inferensial t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan yang signifikan (p < 0,05) pada kadar asam laktat setelah diberikan sport massage. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sport massage efektif dalam membantu pemulihan atlet dengan mempercepat penurunan kadar asam laktat setelah latihan intensif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas sport massage dalam mengurangi kelelahan otot pada pemain basket DBL dari SMA Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Malang. Kelelahan otot merupakan masalah umum yang dialami oleh atlet setelah menjalani latihan intensif atau pertandingan yang jika tidak ditangani dengan baik dapat menurunkan performa dan meningkatkan risiko cedera. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain pre-test dan post-test. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 12 pemain basket yang aktif mengikuti kompetisi DBL. Pengukuran tingkat kelelahan otot dilakukan dengan menggunakan Borg Rating of Perceived Exertion dan tes kekuatan otot leg dynamometer sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Perlakuan berupa sport massage dilakukan selama 20 menit pasca latihan intensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan signifikan pada skor RPE dan peningkatan kekuatan otot setelah diberikan sport massage. Dengan demikian sport massage terbukti efektif dalam membantu pemulihan otot dan mengurangi kelelahan pada pemain basket SMA Lab UM. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan sport massage sebagai bagian dari program pemulihan pasca latihan bagi atlet. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of sports massage in reducing muscle fatigue in DBL basketball players from SMA Laboratorium, State University of Malang. Muscle fatigue is a common problem experienced by athletes after intensive training or matches. If not properly managed, it can reduce performance and increase the risk of injury. The research method used was an experimental design with a pre-test and post-test. The study subjects consisted of 12 basketball players actively participating in DBL competitions. Muscle fatigue levels were measured using the Borg Rating of Perceived Exertion and a leg dynamometer muscle strength test before and after treatment. Sports massage was administered for 20 minutes after intensive training. The results showed a significant decrease in the RPE score and an increase in muscle strength after sports massage. Thus, sports massage has been proven effective in promoting muscle recovery and reducing fatigue in SMA Lab UM basketball players. This study recommends the implementation of sports massage as part of a post-training recovery program for athletes..
