Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Raba, Kota Bima, serta dampaknya terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengungkap dinamika pelaksanaan kebijakan, termasuk persepsi guru, kepala sekolah, siswa, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka mendorong pengembangan kompetensi siswa, dengan kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin transformasi yang memfasilitasi perubahan melalui pendekatan digital seperti administrasi berbasis "paperless." Guru berperan sebagai fasilitator dalam menciptakan pembelajaran inovatif dan kontekstual, meski menghadapi tantangan dalam adaptasi teknologi dan metode baru. Proyek penguatan profil Pelajar Pancasila memperkuat karakter siswa melalui nilai-nilai toleransi dan keberagaman. Hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam literasi dan numerasi, yang diukur melalui asesmen formatif dan sumatif menggunakan e-Rapor. Transformasi ini melibatkan kolaborasi antara guru, kepala sekolah, dan orang tua, didukung pelatihan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Namun, keterbatasan sumber daya dan pola pikir tradisional menjadi kendala yang diatasi melalui strategi kolaboratif. Kesimpulannya, implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan kebebasan inovasi kepada sekolah, meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, dan membangun karakter siswa, meskipun memerlukan dukungan berkelanjutan dari semua pihak untuk keberlanjutannya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the management of public services at the Maria Village Office, Wawo Sub-district, Bima Regency, with a focus on the application of the principles of public services that are simple, efficient, convenient, and in accordance with statutory provisions. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that public services in Maria Village have reflected the principle of simplicity through reasonable fees and sensitivity to community conditions. Adequate office facilities and infrastructure support the effectiveness of services, while the comfort of citizens in dealing with them increases because the process is fast and straightforward. In addition, services have been run in accordance with applicable regulations even though some people do not understand in detail the legal basis. In general, the principle of economy in services has been well implemented, reflected in services that are affordable, efficient, and orientated towards community satisfaction. This research recommends improving the quality of human resources and service systems to strengthen the accountability and transparency of public services at the village level.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the skills and economic independence of the residents of Talabiu Village Woha District Bima Regency, through training in the production of soft-boned bandeng presto (pressure-cooked milkfish). Talabiu Village has significant potential in milkfish cultivation; however, the added value of its products remains low due to limited post-harvest processing. The training was organized by PKBM Arrahman in collaboration with the Directorate of Courses and Training, Directorate General of Vocational Education, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, from July 1 to 20, 2025. The implementation methods included socialization, participatory training, mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation. The training materials covered the potential of milkfish resources, the bandeng presto production process, sanitation and hygiene practices, packaging techniques, and basic marketing strategies. The results show that participants successfully completed all stages of the production process and produced bandeng presto with good organoleptic qualities (taste, aroma, and texture). This activity had a positive impact on improving participants’ technical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and the economic value of local fishery products. It is expected that this program will continue through independent production and the development of small-scale milkfish processing enterprises within the community.
