Abstract

This community service activity was carried out at SD N 5 Kediri, located at Jl. Melati No.6, Kediri, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. The purpose of this activity was to provide socialization and share knowledge about the use of one of Google's applications, Google Forms, which can facilitate teachers in assessment or evaluation systems. Traditionally conducted in class using paper, these assessments are replaced with a sophisticated application that can be downloaded for free online. The data collection technique used in this activity was through questionnaires. The socialization activity organized by the community service team at SD N 5 Kediri, in collaboration with the teachers, received positive feedback as it helped teachers understand the use of information technology and the application of Google Forms for evaluating students' learning progress.

Abstract

This community service aims to enhance the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process at SD Negeri 1 Wanasari by empowering teachers to design engaging, contextual, and student-centered teaching materials. The activity is driven by the need for learning media that can foster active student participation and improve comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. The training methods include material presentations, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice in developing teaching modules based on the Merdeka Curriculum. The results of the activity indicate an improvement in teachers' understanding of creative teaching module concepts and their ability to develop innovative and applicable modules. Through this training, it is expected that teachers will be able to create a more enjoyable and meaningful learning environment, thereby positively impacting student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The objectives of this activity are (1) to provide (sharing) training and assist elementary school teachers in writing scientific articles appropriately, and (2) to broaden and improve the skills of elementary school teachers in writing scientific articles and publishing them in scientific journals. This community service activity was carried out for SD N 5 Kediri Tabanan teachers. There were 16 participants in the activity. Implementation of this activity in the form of training and mentoring. The implementation of this training activity was carried out several times, which could provide input and benefits, including: (1) Elementary school teachers received training and assistance in writing scientific articles and matters related to scientific articles, and (2) insight and skills elementary school teachers improved in writing scientific articles

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah: 1) memberikan (sharing) pelatihan dan mendampingi guru-guru SD dalam menulis artikel ilmiah secara tepat, dan 2) menambah wawasan dan meningkatkan keterampilan guru-guru SD dalam menulis artikel ilmiah dan mempublikasikannya melalui jurnal ilmiah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk guru-guru Gugus V Kediri Kacamatan Kediri Kabupaten Tabanan. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 47 orang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan beberapa kali, yang dapat memberikan masukan dan manfaat, diantaranya yaitu: 1) guru-guru SD mendapatkan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam menulis artikel ilmiah dan hal-hal yang terkait dengan artikel ilmiah, dan 2) wawasan dan keterampilan guru-guru SD meningkat dalam menulis artikel ilmiah.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah agar guru mampu memanfaatkan aplikasi Canva for Education untuk menghasilkan materi pembelajaran yang menarik dan edukatif dalam mendukung proses penyampaian materi. Metode pelaksanaannya yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu dengan tahapan pelatihan dan sosialisasi dengan target peserta pelatihan adalah para guru SMP N 1 Kediri. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah memberikan tambahan wawasan dan bekal tentang pemanfaatan media aplikasi Canva pada proses belajar mengajar.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve students’ career understanding through the Role-Playing Games (RPG) method, focusing on sixth-grade students at SDN 1 Denbantas. This method was implemented through stages of instruction, mentoring, observation, and evaluation (pre-test and post-test). The results show an increase in post-test scores in students’ career understanding, with an average score improvement of 0.64 after the implementation of the role-play game. In addition, this method also succeeded in enhancing students’ social skills, such as communication and collaboration. Its impact includes increasing students’ enthusiasm for learning and motivating them to explore career options. Furthermore, this activity provides positive benefits for the partner school as a reference in developing more interactive and effective career learning approaches

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to enable teachers at SMK N 1 Sukawati, Gianyar Regency, to utilize the Canva application and create learning media based on Canva for various materials used during classroom learning. The mechanism of the community service method in implementing the activity generally consists of planning/preparation, implementation, assistance, and evaluation. The study was conducted with 6 teacher respondents at SMK N 1 Sukawati. From this community service activity, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Canva application training to improve digital literacy ran well. The teachers were able to create learning media and other products using the Canva application. This is evident from the evaluation results, which showed a significant increase in teachers’ knowledge and skills, as well as their enthusiasm in creating Canva-based learning media.
