Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola asuh orang tua, status sosial ekonomi orang tua, dan interaksi sosial siswa terhadap penlaku bermasalah siswa. Di samping itu ingin diketahui pula perbedaan perilaku bermasalah ditinjau dari klasifikasi daerah wisata. Penelitian dilakukan di Wilayah Propinsi Bali pada tahun akademik 1997/1998. Subyek penelitian ditentukan dengan stratified random sampling, dengan jumlah anggota sampel sebanyak 177 orang. Data tentang pola asuh orang tua, status sosial ekonomi orang tua, interaksi sosial dan perilaku bermasalah siswa didapat dari pengukuran terhadap responden, sedangkan klasifikasi daerah wisata didapat melalui pencatatan dokumen. Data yang didapat dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi jenjang nihil, analisis regresi ganda, korelasi parsial dan analisis variansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi antara pola asuh orang tua, status sosial ekonomi, interaksi sosial dan perilaku bermasalah, masing-masing sebesar -0,24. -0,17, -0,18. Hal ini berarti: (a) semakin baik kualitas pola asuh orang tua, semakin rendah tingkat perilaku bermasalah siswa, (b) semakin tinggi status sosial ekonomi orang tua semakin rendah tingkat perilaku bermasalah siswa, dan (c)semakin baik kualitas interaksi sosial siswa semakin rendah tingkat perilaku bermasalah siswa. Sumbangan masing-masing ubahan bebas terhadap rendahnya tingkat perilaku bermasalah, dari pola asuh orang tua sebesar 4,2%, status sosial ekonomi sebesar 1,6%,dan interaksi sosial sebesar 1%. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang berarti antara pola asuh orang tua, status sosial ekonomi, interaksi sosial siswa dan perilaku bermasalah siswa, baik secara sendih-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama. Ada dua ubahan yang dapat berfungsi sebagai prediktor yaitu pola asuh orang tua dan status sosial ekonomi. Dalam pada itu pola asuh orang tua lebih dominan rungsinya sebagai prediktor. Di samping itu. penelitian menyimpulkan tidak ada perbedaan perilaku bermasalah di kaiangan siswa sekolah menengah umum antara daerah kawasan wisata, lintasan maupun kunjungan wisata pada siswa SMU Negeri di Bali.

Abstract

Abstract— This study aims to determine the influence of Transcript Based Lesson Analysis (TBLA) methods on the priority level of the Quality of Pedagogical (QoP) elements in student character development. This type of research is experimental research with a post-test control group design research design. This research sample was elementary school students in Cluster XI of Buleleng Subdistrict who were selected using random sampling techniques. Research data collection instruments are using rubrics. The data analysis method used is bivariate statistical analysis whose data source is obtained from transcript-based lesson analysis. The results showed that 1) the priority level of the teacher's QoP element of 80% was obtained in Pedagogy Content Knowledge; 2) the priority level of the student character behavior element of 72% is obtained in the nationalist and mutual cooperation categories; 3) Methods and insights contribute to the character development of students by 89%.   Keywords—TBLA, QoP, student character

Abstract

Abstract— The purpose of this study is to find out the strengthening of character education through the application of contextual teaching and learning oriented lesson study in elementary school students in Buleleng Regency. The response in this study was determined randomly, with the total of 50 people consisting of 25 students of State Elementary School 1 Panji and 25 students of Elementary Laboratorium Undiksha. This research includes descriptive analytical. Data collection is done using observation methods and questionnaires. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics. Based on the calculation of the average value of strengthening student character education through contextual teaching and learning oriented lesson study obtained religious values of 76% (very often), nationalist values by 78% (very often), independent values by 74% (often), integrity values of 70% (often), and mutual cooperation values by 85% (very often). The results suggest that linking material to daily activities can help students gain better character education. Lesson study also provides innovative and varied teaching experiences to teachers.Keywords— Strengthening Character Education, Lesson Study

Abstract

Learning science at the elementary school level still faces various obstacles. These obstacles are caused by low interest and motivation in learning, activities in learning that are still monotonous or conventional, and other constraints. This study aims to investigate the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) approach on students' scientific attitudes in elementary school. This study used an experimental research design with a randomized control group. The population of this study was grade V students. The research sample consisted of 38 students who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. Data was collected through several methods, namely daily test scores and student scientific attitude questionnaires. Data analysis is carried out using appropriate statistical tests. To compare the difference in student achievement between the experimental group and the control group, the average daily test scores before and after the treatment were compared. Meanwhile, differences in scientific attitudes between the two groups were analyzed using the one-track ANOVA test after confirming the normality of data distribution and homogeneity of variants between groups. The results showed that students who followed the PBL approach obtained higher scores than those who followed the conventional approach in terms of scientific attitudes. The implication of this research is to contribute to the development of science learning in elementary schools with a focus on developing students' scientific attitudes, motivation, creativity, and critical thinking.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out at SD N 5 Kediri, located at Jl. Melati No.6, Kediri, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. The purpose of this activity was to provide socialization and share knowledge about the use of one of Google's applications, Google Forms, which can facilitate teachers in assessment or evaluation systems. Traditionally conducted in class using paper, these assessments are replaced with a sophisticated application that can be downloaded for free online. The data collection technique used in this activity was through questionnaires. The socialization activity organized by the community service team at SD N 5 Kediri, in collaboration with the teachers, received positive feedback as it helped teachers understand the use of information technology and the application of Google Forms for evaluating students' learning progress.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the application of project-based learning model to improve the social skills of class V students at SDN 1 Kediri and class V students at SDN 5 Kediri District after participating in project-based learning. This research is a classroom action research using project-based learning. The research subjects were students in class V at SDN 1 Kediri and students in class V at SDN 5 Kediri, Tabanan Regency, totaling 60 students. Students' social skills are measured based on the increase in the percentage of students' social skills during the learning process. The research instrument used was the social skills observation sheet. Based on the study's results, it can be concluded that project-based learning can improve the social skills of class V students at SDN 1 Kediri and class V students at SDN 5 Kediri Tabanan Regency in learning science. Students' social skills improved from 67.35 before treatment to 88.24 after treatment. Based on these results indicate that project-based learning is effective in enhancing students' social skills

Abstract

This community service aims to enhance the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process at SD Negeri 1 Wanasari by empowering teachers to design engaging, contextual, and student-centered teaching materials. The activity is driven by the need for learning media that can foster active student participation and improve comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. The training methods include material presentations, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice in developing teaching modules based on the Merdeka Curriculum. The results of the activity indicate an improvement in teachers' understanding of creative teaching module concepts and their ability to develop innovative and applicable modules. Through this training, it is expected that teachers will be able to create a more enjoyable and meaningful learning environment, thereby positively impacting student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi, terutama pada dunia bisnis banyak sekali persaingan yang begitu ketat, salah satunya pada bidang penyedia makanan yaitu restoran. Dalam situasi persaingan yang ketat ini, salah satu cara agar tetap dapat bersaing adalah dengan menawarkan pilihan makanan serta pelayanan yang sesuai dengan harapan atau keinginan tamu. Dengan harapan tamu akan puas dan dapat terciptanya loyalitas dari tamu sehingga dapat menguntungkan restoran. Pihak restoran telah memberikan pelayanan dan produksi makanan yang sesuai dengan standar operasional restoran, namun hal ini masih dinilai kurang oleh beberapa tamu yang telah berkunjung ke Restoran Bintang Borneo.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari dampak dari kualitas pelayanan dan makanan terhadap kepuasan tamu di Restoran Bintang Borneo. Penelitian kuantitatif ini melibatkan 40 responden. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tamu yang telah berkunjung ke Restoran Bintang Borneo. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan dan makanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan tamu di Restoran Bintang Borneo. Oleh sebab itu, pihak restoran perlu lebih memperhatikan kinerja karyawan agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan makanan sehingga kepuasan tamu meningkat. In this era of globalization, particularly in the business world, there’s an intense competition especially in the food service industry such as restaurants. In this highly competitive environment, there is one way to remain competitive is by offering food options and also services that can meet the guest’s expectation. The goal is to ensure guest satisfaction and achieve the guest loyalty, thereby can be benefit for the restaurant. The restaurant has provided services and food production in accordance with the restaurant’s operational standard. However, this is still inadequate by several guest who have visited Bintang Borneo Restaurant. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of service and food quality on guest satisfaction at Bintang Borneo Restaurant. This quantitative research involves 40 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. This research is a quantitative research with data analysis techniques is distribution of questionnaires. The result showed that service and food quality had a significant positive effect on guest satisfaction. Therefore, the restaurant need to pay more attention in order to improve the quality of service and food to increasing the guest satisfaction.
