Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui praktik akad hibah program bantuan sosial Kartu Indonesia Sehat (KIS) yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah kepada masyarakat di Desa Turatea dan untuk mengetahui pandangan hukum ekonomi syariah terhadap akad hibah program bantuan sosial Kartu Indonesia Sehat (KIS). Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif, pendekatan penelitian adalah penomnologi dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, analisis data dilakukan yakni koleksi data, reduksi data, dana penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bantuan program Kartu Indonesia Sehat (KIS) yang disalurkan oleh dinas sosial ke pemerintahan Desa Turatea untuk diteruskan ke masyarakat, jika terdapat masyarakat yang tergolong kurang mampu di Desa Turatea dan belum mendapatkan Kartu Indonesia Sehat (KIS), dapat mengurus ke kantor dinas sosial dengan membawa surat keterangan tidak mampu. Perspektif hukum ekonomi syariah memandang bahwa Kartu indonesia sehat (KIS) ini telah sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum ekonomi syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the characteristics of the most common diseases that occur at the Darul Mukhlisin UMI Padanglampe Student Islamic Boarding School Clinic in 2023. The method used is a descriptive observational research design with a retrospective cohort study approach, where secondary data from patient medical records were collected and analyzed. The results showed that the most common diseases found were Acute Respiratory Tract Infections (ARI), common cold, dyspepsia, hypertension, and gingivitis. Infectious diseases such as ARI and common cold dominate, while non-communicable diseases, including dyspepsia, hypertension, and gingivitis, also have a significant prevalence. Environmental and lifestyle factors play an important role in the high incidence of these diseases. Therefore, improving sanitation, health education, and routine health checks are needed to reduce the prevalence of the disease. Further research is needed to explore the relationship between risk factors and disease incidence and to evaluate the effectiveness of health intervention programs in the Islamic boarding school environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the practice of the Syirkah contract at PT. Yotta Berkah Mulia and to evaluate the perspective of Islamic Economic Law on the Syirkah practices at PT. Yotta Berkah Mulia Makassar. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data sources were obtained from primary and secondary sources. Data collection was conducted using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The data analysis was carried out in four stages: data description, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that the Syirkah contract is implemented between two parties in partnership: PT. Yotta Berkah Mulia and the Yotta Investor. The contract is established when the partners agree to the terms and conditions outlined by the company.The capital provided by PT. Yotta Berkah Mulia is in the form of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business facilities, while the capital from the Yotta Investor is in the form of money. The profit-sharing system is as follows: 50% for PT. Yotta Berkah Mulia and 50% for the Yotta Investor. In case of a loss, it will be borne proportionally based on the capital contributed by each party, except if the loss is caused by negligence on the part of one of the parties.The responsibilities of the Yotta Investor include: Contributing the agreed-upon capital and Providing suggestions and recommendations for business development.Meanwhile, the responsibilities of PT. Yotta Berkah Mulia include:Managing and operating the business professionally and Keeping transparent financial records and reporting business performance to the Yotta Investor.
