Abstract

Provinsi Gorontalo memiliki 12 Rumah Sakit Umum dan khusus, 93 puskesmas, 37 Klinik, 352 Polindes dan lebih dari 1.200 Pos Pelayanan terpadu yang keseluruhan fasiliitas kesehatan tersebut tersebar di Kota dan Kabupaten yang ada di Provinsi Gorontalo [1]. Namun Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan persentase penduduk yang memiliki keluhan kesehatan dan berobat jalan dari tahun ke tahun meningkat dimana tahun 2017 sekitar 44%, tahun 2018 menjadi 46% dan 2019 meningkat 51% hingga tahun 2020 terjadi peningkatan drastis yang disebabkan oleh penyebaran wabah covid 19, salah satu penyebab terjadinya peningkatan karena masyarakat sangat bergantung pada pelayanan Rumah sakit umum dan kurangnya informasi masyarakat terkait dengan lokasi, proses pelayanan kesehatan dan sarana prasarana fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam pencarian lokasi dan informasi fasilitas kesehatan yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah provinsi melalui media smartphone android guna mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan lebih cepat dan tepat, mengingat kebutuhan informasi yang mendesak dan darurat dapat terjadi kapan saja dan dimana saja. Perancangan Aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemograman php sebagai pengelola data spasial dan non spasial yang akan di kolaborasikan dengan perancangan database menggunakan MySQL. Aplikasi akan di implementasikan pada Smartphone berbasis Android dengan memanfaatkan Sistem Informasi Geografis berupa GPS sebagai media untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan informasi mengenai lokasi fasilitas kesehatan detail serta memberikan panduan kepada pengguna bagaimana lokasi tersebut di capai.

Abstract

Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Gorontalo memilik tugas untuk memberikan pelayanan air bersih kepada masyarakat luas di wilayah Kota Gorontalo. Kendala yang sering terjadi pada PDAM Kota Gorontalo saat ini adalah banyaknya komplain pelanggan yang masuk seperti kebocoran pipa, air tidak mengalir, air kotor, dan tekanan air lemah, menjadi kendala umum yang terjadi, terlebih ketika layanan pengaduan untuk saat ini hanya ketika petugas sedang berada di lokasi ataupun melalui call center. Hal ini dinilai kurang efektif dalam menerima pengaduan yang bersifat teknis dari konsumen, sehingga PDAM membutuhkan waktu lama dalam pendataan secara manual untuk menentukan titik lokasi dan data pelanggan. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah merancang aplikasi yang dapat membantu PDAM Kota Gorontalo dalam layanan pengaduan untuk menentukan titik lokasi dan data detail pelanggan yang melakukan Komplain. Hasil penelitian ini nantinya akan diimplementasikan pada PDAM Kota Gorontalo maksud untuk memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam melakukan pengaduan terhadap kendala yang dihadapi, sehingga dapat mempermudah pihak PDAM Kota Gorontalo dalam menentukan lokasi dan melakukan perbaikan

Abstract

The Honorary Staff Appointment and Assignment Program initiated by the Education Office of North Gorontalo Regency is one of the regional responses to overcome the shortage of teachers in remote areas and islands [1]. The purpose of this study is to build a decision support systemv that is used to assist the Education Office of North Gorontalo Regency in the process of appointing and assigning honorary staff. This study uses the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. This method is based on the concept that the best chosen alternative not only has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution, but also has the longest distance from the negative ideal solution. This method is widely used to complete practical decision making [2]. The results of this study are by using the TOPSIS method in a decision support system that can facilitate decision makers related to the issue of the Handling and Assignment of Honorary Personnel at the Education Office of North Gorontalo Regency, especially in the assessment process according to predetermined criteria. The results of this assessment took a sample of 3 honorary candidates with the best score alterative obtained by a total value of 0.74 with the results being accepted as honorary

Abstract

Radio Republik Indonesia is a radio that has a strategic position, because in reality RRI is still the only national network and is able to reach almost all parts of Indonesia. RRI Gorontalo currently still needs a system in news and advertising management. Currently, it still uses conventional services where the process of broadcasting news and advertising services still requires a fairly complicated and time-consuming flow for reporters and advertising services still have to be submitted directly by visiting the RRI Gorontalo office. The purpose of this study is to design a news management information system as a result of reporter coverage for managing news that goes to the editor and advertising services through the website. A proposed system is expected to be able to provide access rights to all related parties, so that reporters can add, edit, and delete news directly. While advertising can be submitted via the web without the need to come to the RRI office. The results of the study concluded that a website-based news and advertising Management Information System was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database with 3 different user accesses, namely the administrator user as the master data manager, the reporter user and the RRI client as the user client on the system. This website-based information system is expected to help RRI Gorontalo in the process of submitting news services from reporters and receiving advertisements from clients, so that they can run more effectively and efficiently. Based on the results of system testing on the whitebox method, it is concluded that the calculation of V(G) = 2 and Cyclometic Complexity (CC) = 2, so that it can be concluded that the logic flow for the Member Input module carried out by the admin is effective and efficient

Abstract

The quality of a college graduate depends on how quickly the student gets the first job, and how much the first salary is earned. The purpose of this study is to make it easier for STMIK Ichsan Gorontalo alumni to get a job quickly and make it easier for companies to inform job vacancies and Designing Information Systems Stock Exchange for STMIK-based alumni Web where job seekers are graduates and job providers can be able to communicate quickly with each other . Abstract

Madrasah is one form of religious education that has contributed greatly to the development of the nation. Through madrasas, they are able to give birth to a generation of Islamic character and national insight, but the selection process for madrasa aid recipients in the city of Gorontalo is currently not optimal in terms of determining madrasa aid recipients, this occurs due to inaccuracies between recipient data and existing requirements, the selection process for recipients of assistance requires a long time, lack of accuracy between the criteria and requirements of the beneficiary so that it is vulnerable to manipulation. The research objective is to design a Madrasah Assistance Selection Decision Support System applying the Website-Based Multi-Attribute Utility Theory Method so that the selection process for providing madrasah operational assistance can be carried out optimally and measurably using decision-making methods so that it is expected to determine more precise selection results. This study uses whitebox and blackbox testing. Whitebox testing is testing with testing techniques on program flow, logical structure and program procedures by mapping flowcharts, then calculating the number of edges and nodes. The black box testing method focuses on the functional importance of the software. Therefore, blackbox testing allows software developers to create a set of input conditions that will train all functional requirements of a program whether it runs as expected or vice versa. Based on the results of whitebox testing on one of the processes in this system, namely the value data module with balanced results, namely Cyclomatic Complexity (CC) = 4, then this system is declared to be running well. Abstract

Degenerative disease is a health condition in which organs or tissues related to the human condition continue to decline over time. This disease occurs due to changes in the body's cells which ultimately affect organ function as a whole. The current problem is the lack of public knowledge of the symptoms and types of degenerative diseases as well as the awareness to check health conditions because it is hampered by the relatively expensive cost of examinations. The purpose of this research is to design an expert system for diagnosing degenerative diseases using the Certainty Factor method so that it can make it easier for people to diagnose degenerative diseases. The research method used is the Research and Development method where the data sources used are primary and secondary data with data collection methods through observation and interviews. Research applies the certainty factor method to the diagnosis of two regenerative diseases, namely stroke and coronary heart disease, the results obtained from the calculation of the certainty factor method based on the MB weight of each disease symptom and conducting trials on three patients have obtained a CF percentage value above 90% having symptoms of Stoke disease while the results of the expert system implementation are designed on a mobile platform so that users can easily consult disease diagnoses

Abstract

Balai Benih Ikan (BBI) Korowalelo saat ini memiliki 14 Fasilitas kolam yang terdiri dari 6 Kolam Pematangan, 2 Bak Pemijahan, 4 Kolam Larva dan 2 Kolam Pendederan. Benih ikan yang telah dihasilkan akan dijual secara umum. Namun Informasi Pengadaan Benih Ikan di Balai Benih Ikan Kabupaten Morowali Utara ini masih kurang diketahui oleh masyarakat umum karena lokasi Balai yang berada didalam wilayah perumahan warga dan sistem penyebaran informasi Balai Benih Ikan yaitu bertanya kepada orang lain. Sehingga penulis merancang sebuah aplikasi berbasis android yang dapat memudahkan penyajian informasi kepada masyarakat umum serta mempermudah pemesanan benih ikan.Metode analisis sistem yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall dengan tahapan yaitu perancangan sistem (system engineering), interaksi intensif antar analis sistem (Requirement Analysis), desain (Design), pengkodingan (Coding), eksekusi program (Testing), pemeliharaan (Maintenance).Untuk menguji apakah aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik maka dilakukan pengujian white box dan black box dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil perhitungan Cyclematic Complexcity (CC) sama dengan V (G) karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien.Implementasi sistem diterapkan pada android versi 7.0 (Nougat), versi 8.0 (Oreo), dan Versi 6.0 (Marshmallow

Abstract

The southern Bolaang Mongondow district has local wisdom in the field of tourism, especially underwater marine tourism, is. The results of data collection and observation show that the number of diving spots is 54 points with attractive underwater beauty, but based on the identification of the problem, access to information on underwater tourism destinations and activities is still limited, and difficult to access directly because there is no special application for underwater tourism information and information related to diving procedures so that the aim of this research is to design an application for preserving local wisdom for underwater tourism as Android-based digital information to facilitate access to information for underwater tourism enthusiasts who visit diving locations with regular information updates. Research results To achieve the research objectives, namely applying the User Centered Design method with the research results described in the stages of Plan  Human Centered Desaign Proses, Understand and Specify the Use Context, Specify of User Requirements, Produce Design of Solutions, dan Evaluate Designs User Requirements which tested using the white box method produces V(G) = E – N + 2 = (5 – 6) + 2 = 1. V(G) = (Predicate Node (P) + 1) = 1 + 0 = 1 and Ciclometic results Complexity (CC) = R1 = 1 and the results of the SUS calculation obtained an average value of 80 which is on the good and excellent scale so that the test results show that the application is designed according to the needs of system users

Abstract

One of the business models that is developing now is doing business through Android-based smartphone applications. Android is a new generation of mobile platform, a platform that gives developers the ability to develop according to their expectations. So many business people are switching to Android applications, including the climbing equipment rental business. The problem in this research is that the community, especially prospective climbers, currently still have difficulty finding information on renting climbing equipment and Polahi Adventure still has problems in the process of collecting data on incoming and outgoing equipment because all transactions are carried out using books, so it takes time and is less effective. in the reporting process. The design of an Android smartphone-based climbing equipment rental application can provide equipment and ordering information to users, especially prospective climbers, with various features in the application, namely equipment features, chart features for rental applications and chat features for communicating with Polahi Adventure. The development method used is the waterfall system development method, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. This application is designed with main features such as searching and ordering equipment, real-time stock management, order status notifications, and an integrated payment system. Test results show that this application is able to increase the efficiency of the rental process, make it easier for users to make orders, and provide accurate information regarding equipment availability. This application not only makes it easier for customers to rent climbing equipment, but also helps Polahi Adventure manage its business more effectively and efficiently. This research ends with the conclusion that the application developed can be well received by users and has the potential to be developed further by adding additional features according to market needs.
