Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam keberlangsungan hidup seseorang. Salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang cukup terkenal adalah lembaga pendidikan Islam. Di lembaga pendidikan ini, terdapat tenaga kependidikan yang bertugas mengelola administrasi sekolah. Kode etik tenaga kependidikan merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kompetensi kepribadian staff administrasi sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kode etik tenaga kependidikan terhadap kompetensi kepribadian staff administrasi sekolah di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Untuk mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, metode ini akan menggunakan beberapa teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Observasi dilakukan dengan mengamati perilaku staff administrasi sekolah dalam menjalankan tugasnya sesuai dengan kode etik yang telah ditetapkan. Wawancara dilakukan dengan menanyakan langsung kepada staff administrasi sekolah tentang pengaruh kode etik terhadap kompetensi kepribadian mereka. Hasil analisis data akan diolah menjadi sebuah laporan yang menggambarkan pengaruh kode etik terhadap kompetensi kepribadian staff administrasi sekolah di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Kata Kunci: Kode Etik, Kompetensi Kepribadian, Staff Administrasi.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kedepannya dan menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial kepemimpinan pembelajaran dan etika profesi terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Jenis penelitian yang di lakukan peneliti ini menggunakan metode studi literatur, jurnal, prosiding dan websitel. Kepemimpinan pembelajaran dan etika profesi terhadap kinerja mengajar guru merupakan elemen penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan. Agar kepemimpinan pembelajaran dan etika profesi terhadap kinerja mengajar guru meningkat kualitas Pendidikan yang efektif, harus merumuskan dan mengartikulasi tujuan pembelajaran, membimbing pengembangan, perbaikan dan proses pembelajaran, mengevaluasi kinerja guru dan mengembangkannya, dan mengembangkan program pembelajaran yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan. Dalam menciptakan kepemimpinan pembelajaran dan etika profesi terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di perlukan hubungan sinergis dengan seluruh warga sekolah. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how students taught with inquiry-based learning strategies differ from students taught with expository-based learning strategies in terms of their PAI learning outcomes, how students taught with inquiry-based and expository-based learning strategies differ in terms of their overall learning motivation, and how learning strategies and learning motivation interact to affect PAI learning outcomes. different in terms of overall learning motivation, and how learning strategies and learning motivation interact to affect PAI learning outcomes. With PAI learning outcomes as the dependent variable, the treatment of learning strategies as the independent variable, and the quality of learning motivation as the independent variable, this research was conducted using an experimental methodology. By incorporating certain learning motives, the 2x2 factorial experimental design compares two learning strategies: the expository learning approach and the inquiry learning strategy. The results of this study indicate that the average PAI learning outcomes of students taught using the inquiry learning strategy ( = 83.08) are higher compared to the average PAI learning outcomes of students taught using the expository learning strategy ( = 78.87). This is also evidenced by the significance value = 0.024 < α = 0.05. The average PAI learning outcomes of students with high learning motivation ( = 83.45) overall, whether taught with inquiry learning strategies or expository learning strategies, are higher compared to the average PAI learning outcomes of students with low learning motivation ( = 79.26). This is also evidenced by the significance value = 0.028 < α = 0.05. And there is an interaction between learning strategies and student learning motivation that has a different impact on PAI learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the significance value = 0.009 < α = 0.05.

Abstract

The family is the first school for every individual born into this world; therefore, instilling educational values should naturally begin within the family environment. This workshop program aims to enhance parents' awareness and understanding of family education and to create a healthy, supportive, and conducive environment for the optimal development of children in Telukambulu Village, Batu Jaya Subdistrict, Karawang Regency. This village was selected based on the evident need for parenting education that directly engages the community. Through family-based parenting workshops, this program focuses on shaping a generation that is religious, intelligent, and of strong character through a holistic and integrated approach. The program involves collaboration with local religious institutions such as mosques, Majelis Taklim, and community organizations to ensure its sustainability and relevance. Five strategic steps are undertaken, including: 1) Collaboration with local religious institutions, 2) Designing parenting programs tailored to the culture and understanding of the local community, 3) Integrating character values such as honesty, discipline, and responsibility into daily family life, 4) Promoting literacy and formal education as part of developing an intelligent generation, and 5) Encouraging active parental involvement in educating children through positive parenting practices. The outcomes of this workshop program not only include the formation of a generation that is religious, intelligent, and of strong character but also a reduction in juvenile delinquency through the application of religious and moral values. By strengthening moral foundations, children are expected to overcome social pressures and make appropriate decisions, contributing to their mental and emotional well-being while improving family harmony. The outputs of this program include scientific articles published in Sinta-indexed national journals, activity videos, articles in print media, and relevant Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) products. In conclusion, many parents still raise their children using traditional parenting methods, while today’s Gen-Z children require adjustments in parenting approaches to ensure proper guidance and education for their future. Thus, this workshop serves as a means of providing understanding and literacy for parents in raising their children effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) in early childhood through Islamic parenting practices in West Java Province, Indonesia. The research is motivated by the urgent need to foster children’s learning autonomy from an early age, particularly within Muslim families where Islamic values serve as the foundation of child-rearing. Previous studies have predominantly focused on the role of schools and teachers in shaping SRL, while the contribution of Islamic parenting within family contexts remains underexplored, especially in West Java. This research employed a qualitative approach with a multi-site case study design conducted across three districts/cities in West Java. Participants included parents, early childhood children, and PAUD (Early Childhood Education) educators involved in Islamic parenting communities. The findings reveal that consistent Islamic parenting, which emphasizes ta’dib (moral education), uswah hasanah (role modeling), and mujahadah (disciplinary practice), significantly supports the development of children’s SRL. Children demonstrated self-regulation in learning across three key domains: First, cognitive regulation, indicated by their ability to plan and complete simple tasks. Second, motivational regulation, reflected in learning driven by the intention of worship. Third, behavioral regulation, shown through managing study time, play, and worship in a balanced manner. In conclusion, Islamic parenting provides an effective foundation for nurturing SRL in early childhood by integrating religiosity, discipline, and affection. These findings contribute to the body of knowledge in family-based early childhood education by introducing an Islamic pedagogical perspective contextualized within West Javanese culture. Further research is recommended to develop Islamic parenting intervention models integrated with the PAUD curriculum to strengthen children’s learning autonomy in a sustainable manner. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) pada anak usia dini melalui pola pengasuhan parenting Islami di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Latar belakang penelitian berangkat dari kebutuhan menumbuhkan kemandirian belajar anak sejak usia dini, khususnya dalam keluarga muslim yang menjadikan nilai-nilai Islami sebagai pedoman pengasuhan. Studi terdahulu lebih berfokus pada peran sekolah atau guru dalam membentuk SRL, sementara kontribusi pola pengasuhan Islami dalam keluarga masih kurang dieksplorasi, terutama di Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus multi-situs pada tiga Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Barat. Subjek penelitian meliputi orang tua, anak usia dini, serta pendidik Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) dalam komunitas parenting Islami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengasuhan Islami yang konsisten menekankan nilai-nilai ta’dib (pendidikan akhlak), uswah hasanah (keteladanan), dan mujahadah (latihan disiplin) secara signifikan mendukung perkembangan SRL anak. Anak menunjukkan kemampuan mengatur diri dalam belajar melalui tiga aspek utama: Pertama, Regulasi kognitif, ditandai dengan kebiasaan merencanakan dan menyelesaikan tugas sederhana. Kedua, regulasi motivasional, tercermin dari adanya dorongan belajar berbasis niat ibadah. Ketiga, regulasi perilaku, ditunjukkan melalui pengelolaan waktu belajar, bermain, dan ibadah secara seimbang. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pola parenting Islami dapat menjadi fondasi efektif dalam menumbuhkan SRL pada anak usia dini, dengan memadukan aspek religiusitas, kedisiplinan, dan kasih sayang. Temuan ini memperkaya kajian PAUD berbasis keluarga dengan menambahkan perspektif ekopedagogis Islami yang kontekstual dengan budaya Jawa Barat. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk mengembangkan model intervensi parenting Islami yang terintegrasi dengan kurikulum PAUD guna memperkuat kemandirian belajar anak secara berkelanjutan.
