Abstract

School Based Management (SBM) has been implemented in Indonesia as an effort to improve the quality of education through the granting of autonomy to schools. However, its implementation still faces significant obstacles, such as the gap between expectations and reality on the ground, as well as the low involvement of the school component in decisionmaking. This study aims to evaluate the role of leadership, strategic planning, and management of Human Resources (HR) in supporting the effectiveness of SBM. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by analyzing various scientific articles related to SBM that are relevant in the last 10 years. The results showed that transformative Principal Leadership, Strategic Planning based on SWOT analysis, and optimal human resources management through teacher competency development are important factors in achieving the success of SBM. The implications of this study emphasize the need for education policies that support leadership training, increased community involvement, and external collaboration to accelerate the achievement of equitable education quality in Indonesia. The importance of this study to highlight transformative leadership, strategic planning, and optimal HR management for the future, this study shows how to improve the quality of education equally.

Abstract

This study evaluates longboat operational safety on the Sampit–Pagatan route in East Kotawaringin, Central Kalimantan. The route is a vital link for remote areas where road infrastructure is lacking. Field data indicate frequent longboat accidents between 2021 and 2024, some fatal, due to limited safety equipment, insufficient crew competence, and substandard vessel seaworthiness. Using a qualitative and quantitative descriptive approach—through field surveys, observations, and regulatory reviews—this study explores the root causes and their implications. Findings highlight a significant correlation between crew knowledge and compliance with safety equipment requirements. This research offers innovation-based safety management recommendations for improved inland navigation standards.

Abstract

Pada saat ini kereta bandara pola pengoperasiannya memiliki frekuensi 18 kereta pulang pergi perharinya, dan dalam proses operasinya kereta bandara ini transit di stasiun Duri untuk melakukan perpindahan masinis dikarenakan track layout stasiun Duri tidak memungkinkan untuk kereta bandara berjalan langsung menuju stasiun antara Batu Ceper maupun stasiun akhir Stasiun Bandara. Dari proses transit di stasiun Duri ini terdapat masalah penumpukan penumpang kereta api Commuter Line, karena para penumpang Commuter Line baik yang bertujuan ke stasiun Angke maupun stasiun Tanah Abang ketika ingin berpindah kereta harus berjalan dari peron yang berada di ujung menuju ke peron yang baik berada di tengah maupun diujung yang lain. Selain masalah penumpukan penumpang juga terdapat masalah lebar peron guna menampung penumpang ketika menunggu kereta, karena selain ada kekurangan dari segi kenyamanan penumpang, sisi keselamatan penumpang pun kurang terjaga serta frekuensi perjalanan berkurang sehingga waku tunggu kereta bertambah lama.

Abstract

Ruas jalan Bunga Raya-Raden Patah merupakan jalan yang menghubungkan antara pusat-pusat kegiatan utama perkantoran dan perdagangan yang berada di Kota Batam. Ruas jalan tersebut juga merupakan jalan satu-satunya yang menghubungkan dua pusat kegiatan utama di Kota Batam sehingga akan berdampak pada kinerja lalu lintas. Dengan adanya masalah ini perlu adanya pengkajian ulang untuk meningkatkan kinerja lalu lintas di ruas Bunga Raya-Raden Patah Kota Batam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja lalu lintas (ruas, simpang dan jaringan) dan merumuskan konsep Manajemen dan Rekayasa Lalu Lintas di daerah lintas pada Jalan Bunga Raya-Raden Patah Kota Batam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menganalisa pembebanan jaringan pada sistem jaringan jalan di wilayah studi dengan menggunakan bantuan software Vissim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja lalu lintas pada Jalan Bunga Raya-Raden Patah Kota Batam memiliki nilai tundaan rata-rata 109 detik, dengan kecepatan jaringan 37 km/jam, total jarak perjalanan 12,90 km dan total waktu yang dibutuhkan 1.254 detik. Setelah dilakukan usulan penanganan Manajemen dan Rekayasa Lalu lintas dalam mengatasi permasalahan lalu lintas tersebut terdapat 2 rekomendasi penangananan yang dilakukan yaitu; 1) melakukan peningkatan kapasitas ruas dan memperbaiki waktu apill di simpang indomobil dan simpang baloi; dan 2) melakukan peningkatan ruas, memperbaiki waktu apill di simpang indomobil dan simpang baloi, menutup fasilitas putar balik arah di ruas yos sudarso 1 dan bunga raya 1, melakukan perekayasaan simpang prioritas di simpang polsek lubuk baja dengan membuka median pada ruas bunga raya 1 serta merubah fase apill di simpang baloi.

Abstract

Green mobility is one of the main solutions to reduce the environmental impact of transportation, as well as to support sustainable urban development. This study aims to identify strategies for implementing green mobility in urban areas using the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) analysis approaches. This study uses a qualitative method based on literature studies that examine various sources related to policies, infrastructure, and green mobility practices in various cities. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the main strength of green mobility implementation lies in green mobility being an environmentally friendly transportation with low operational costs and can reduce congestion, although there are weaknesses in terms of inadequate infrastructure and resistance to behavioral change. Opportunities that can be utilized include support from government policies and global trends towards smart cities and increased investment in the environmentally friendly transportation sector, while threats faced by resistance from the conventional vehicle industry include high dependence on private motor vehicles. In the STP analysis, market segmentation is carried out based on geographic, demographic, and psychographic characteristics, targeting urban workers who are more open to environmentally friendly transportation solutions. Green mobility is positioned as an efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly transportation option. Based on the analysis results, it is suggested that transportation policies that support green mobility focus on developing better infrastructure, educational campaigns, and policy support from the government. Thus, the implementation strategy obtained is green mobility education to the community, development of supporting infrastructure, provision of incentives and subsidies, and government policies that support the implementation of green mobility.
