Abstract

Not only does the use of gadgets in school-aged children have positive impacts, it also has negative impacts, one of which results in addiction, making children always feel anxious, irritable and unable to control their emotions when asked to stop playing with gadgets. The increasing prevalence of gadget use is continuous with the frequency and duration spent in using gadgets due to the fear of being left behind. In addition, excessive gadget use can cause emotional changes. This study aims to determine the relationship between the intensity of gadget use and emotional regulation in children aged 6-12 years at Elementary Schools in Majalengka Sub-district. This type of research uses quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were children aged 6-12 years, totaling 230 children and the sample was 70 children with purposive sampling technique. This research instrument used a questionnaire and analyzed the data using the chi square test. More than half (57.1%) of children aged 6-12 years have high gadget intensity and less than half (45.7%) of children aged 6-12 years have poor emotional regulation. There is a relationship between the intensity of gadget use and emotional regulation in children aged 6-12 years with p value = 0.000. Conclusion: emotional regulation is influenced by gadget intensity, so it is necessary to make a clear and consistent gadget use schedule, provide alternative interesting and educational activities and educate children about healthy gadget use.

Abstract

Imunisasi DPT adalah imunisasi yang digunakan untuk mencegah terjadinya penyakit difteri, pertusis, tetanus dan hepatitis B. Pemberian imunisasi DPT pada Desa Haurseah Wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Argapura sebesar 91,88% masih belum mencapai target 100%. Untuk Mengetahui Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Ibu terhadap Pemberian Imunisasi DPT Pada Bayi di Desa Haurseah Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Argapura Tahun 2024. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan crossectional, sampel yang digunakan adalah 38 ibu yang memiliki bayi dan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dimulai dari bulan April 2024 dengan kuesioner, analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat dengan distribusi frekuensi dan analisis bivariat dengan uji chi square. Sebagian responden (92,1%) belum melakukan imunisasi DPT lengkap, (84,2%) pengetahuan ibu kurang, dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,024, yang lebih rendah dari tingkat signifikansi α sebesar 0,05 menunjukkan adanya hubungan tingkat pengetahuan ibu terhadap pemberian imunisasi DPT pada bayi di Desa Haurseah wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Argapura Tahun 2024. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh tenaga kesehatan yaitu mengadakan penyuluhan mengenai imunisasi DPT dan upaya untuk responden yaitu hadir pada saat penyuluhan tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Kebijakan Kurikulum Merdeka dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi oleh pendidik dan peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi di beberapa sekolah yang menerapkan kurikulum ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan kebebasan bagi siswa untuk mengeksplorasi bakat dan minat mereka, terdapat beberapa tantangan signifikan, termasuk kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap prinsip-prinsip kurikulum, keterbatasan fasilitas, dan kebutuhan akan pelatihan yang lebih intensif. Di sisi lain, peluang yang muncul dari implementasi kurikulum ini mencakup peningkatan kreativitas peserta didik dan pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya dukungan yang lebih besar dari pihak sekolah dan pemerintah untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut agar implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dapat berjalan optimal dan memberikan dampak positif bagi pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia di Indonesia.

Abstract

Posyandu Bahagia is one of the community health service centers in Cibeureuyeuh Village, Conggeng District, Sumedang Regency which has an important role in efforts to improve maternal and child health. However, in its implementation, this Posyandu faces challenges in terms of less than optimal communication and service promotion, which has an impact on low community participation in Posyandu activities. Therefore, this community service aims to optimize the branding of Posyandu Bahagia through the use of Canva as a graphic design tool in health promotion and education strategies. Using the Canva platform, which is easy to access and use, Posyandu members and health cadres in Cibeureuyeuh Village were trained to create various graphic design materials, such as informative and interesting posters, flyers and infographics. This approach is expected to increase the visibility of Posyandu Bahagia, increase public awareness of the importance of maternal and child health, and encourage higher participation in Posyandu activities. The methods used in this service activity are lectures, discussions and exercises. Apart from that, as a result of this, posyandu cadres realized that branding was needed as a distinctive characteristic and were interested in developing better branding. Thus, it can be said that this branding strategy received a positive response from Posyandu cadres.
