Abstract

Penelitian ini bertolak di satu sisi adanya realitas di lapangan bahwa masih banyak orang tua yang tidak membimbing bahkan tidak memperhatikan anaknya ketika berada di pondok pesantren. Di sisi lain kurangnya motivasi anak dalam mengikuti pendidikan agama terutama pendidikan akhlak. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendidikan karakter anak dalam kitab AlAkhlak Lil-Baniin jilid 1 menurut pandangan Syaikh Umar bin Achmad Baradja, Untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan karakter anak dalam kitab Al-Akhlak Lil-Baniin jilid 1 pada santri pondok pesantren Nurul Muttaqin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik, yaitu usaha untuk mengumpulkan dan menyusun data, kemudian diusahakan pula adanya analisis dan interpretasi atau penafsiran terhadap data-data tersebut. Penelitian ini juga ditunjang dengan data-data yang diperoleh melalui penelitian lapangan yakni dengan teknik wawancara dan penelitian kepustakaan yaitu dengan cara mengkaji dan mempelajari berbagai literatur yang erat kaitannya dengan masalah yang akan dibahas. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah dari hasil kajian pustaka bahwa pendidikan karakter (akhlak) sangatlah penting sekali bagi masa depan anak. Pendidikan karakter (akhlak) dalam kitab Al-Akhlak Lil-Baniin jilid 1 yang dibahas oleh peneliti memiliki beberapa poin, diantaranya: 1) Akhlak Kepada Allah SWT, 2) Akhlak Kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW, 3) Akhlak Kepada Manusia, 4) Akhlak Kepada Diri Sendiri, dan 5) Akhlak Terhadap Lingkungan. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa setelah menganalisis pemikiran Umar Baradja mengenai akhlak dengan kondisi akhlak yang ada di masyarakat dan santri pondok pesantren Nurul Muttaqin, ternyata terlihat jelas adanya realisasi yang baik dari anak atau santri tersebut sebagai wujud pengamalan dari pemikiran Umar Baradja yang dituangkan dalam karyanya yakni Kitab Al-Akhlak Lil-Baniin. Hal ini terbukti dengan adanya perubahan sikap yang baik dari kepribadian santri sehingga banyak masyarakat yang mengikutsertakan anaknya dalam kepesantrenan dan banyaknya santri yang lebih giat serta bersemangat dalam menimba ilmu agama terutama akhlak. Abstract

Learning with scientific approach, programed by procedure to make students active to construct a concept, law, or principle became a scientist, by means of observed/searched background, problem, formulated problem, formulated hypothesis, collected data with various technique, analyzed data, drawer the conclusion, and shared the result. Furthermore, this research used experiment as a scientific research, it’s mean that the researcher was manipulated and controlled one or more variables, free and observed the related variables to find out the variation that appear simultaneously with manipulated free variables and that variables are influenced and related to the research. Moreover, the research objectives from experiment research, the researcher want to known motive and consequence with used one or more controlled groups without simulation. While, the technic collected data was used observation, test, interview, and documentation. Evaluation stage and scoring a part of students able to accepted the subjects perfectly, such as in cognitive area, the students able to answer ten questions, in psychometric and religious area, the students can be responsible, discipline, and in competent area the students most competent seem from process and representation result.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of tax socialization, fiscus service, and tax penalty on tax payers’ compliance at Kelurahan Tegalsari Candisari. The sample for this study were 90 tax payers. The analysis instrument used was by multiple linier regression. The result showed that tax socialization had no effect on personal tax payers’ compliance, while fiscus service had positive significant effect on personal tax payers’ compliance and tax penalty had positive significant effect on personal tax payers’ compliance.

Abstract-- In the current era of globalization, the role of knowledge and information technology is critical, it is to be supported with skilled human resources to support the performance of a company. Acceptance of employees at large companies such as PT Pancaprima Ekabrothers need supported by systems and good management. This is to meet the information needs of various segments of society. Therefore, there was made a website to make it easier for applicants who wish to enroll, it is also expected to help the productivity of companies in recruiting skilled workers and competent in accordance with the needs of the company.Intisari— Seiring perkembangan zaman ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (iptek) berkembang dengan pesat disemua bidang kehidupan, tidak terkecuali dalam sektor industri. Kebutuhan akan adanya informasi yang cepat dan akurat sangat besar. Abstract

Kawasan di kota Bandar Lampung yang mempunyai tingkat kepadatan lalu lintas yang tinggi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, perlu direncanakan suatu insfrastruktur yang dapat mengurai kepadatan lalu lintas yaitu dengan membuat underpass. Pembangunan underpass diharapkan tidak merusak konstruksi jalan dan infrastruktur lainnya disekitar proyek. Oleh karena itu sebelum dilakukan galian tanah untuk underpass, maka perlu dilakukan penanaman dinding penahan tanah agar tanah disamping underpass tetap stabil. Konstruksi dinding penahan tanah yang digunakan pada proyek tersebut adalah secant pile. Namun pelaksanaan secant pile membutuhkan waktu pelaksanaan yang panjang karena harus melakukan pengeboran dan pengecoran di tempat yang sama dan tidak dapat dilakukan secara bersamaan dalam satu titik bore pile. Selain itu untuk melanjutkan pada pembuataan bore pile yang bertulang, harus menunggu bore pile pengapitnya cukup keras. Berdasarkan seluruh uraian yang disajikan dalam tugas akhir “Analisis Dinding Penahan Tanah / retaining wall underpass Unila Bandar Lampung ini beserta perhitungan dapat diambil kesimpulan : Dari perhitungan analisa, Stabilitas terhadap penggulingan (FS guling 2,046 > 2.0 aman, stabilitas terhadap pergeseran 2,134 > 1.5 aman dan untuk nilai eksentrisitas e < B/6 0,51 < 0,50 untuk keruntuhan daya dukung tanah 3,93 > 3.0 aman.

Abstract

The performance of equipment, especially in sub-district areas, is a strategic issue because improving bureaucratic performance has broad implications. A study of the performance of local governments, especially those involved in providing public services, has strategic value. Information regarding bureaucratic performance and the factors that shape bureaucratic performance is of course important to know so that policies to improve bureaucratic performance can be formulated. By improving performance, it is hoped that it can improve the level of public trust in the government. Furthermore, to analyze device performance requires some kind of performance measurement device based on balanced results to measure success in meeting goals and objectives. Therefore, a number of indicators are needed to assess performance. Performance measurement is a useful tool in efforts to achieve goals. Through performance measurement, an assessment process can be carried out regarding the achievement of predetermined goals and performance measurement can provide an objective assessment in making management decisions. Apart from that, through performance measurement, the success of a government agency can be seen from the agency's capabilities, based on the resources it manages in accordance with the plans that have been prepared.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the assistance in making a Business Identification Number (NIB) as business legality and as one of the requirements for registering halal certificates for MSME products at DKUKMPP Cirebon City. The method used in this research is qualitative by utilizing an empirical approach, namely the extent to which the implementation is carried out with the data sources obtained. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that DKUKMPP has fulfilled the government program to assist and guide business actors to obtain a Business Identification Number (NIB) and Halal Certificate, which must be owned by business actors as official identification and ensure that the business is registered and has legal legality. DKUKMPP has a program to introduce the Business Identification Number (NIB) and Halal Certificate to the public.

Abstract

The use of conventional banks by Sharia Economics students at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University is still interesting to study, even though their understanding of Islamic banking is good. This study aims to identify factors that influence the interest of Sharia Economics students in using conventional banks. The research method used is quantitative with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 122 students. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of independent variables on student interest. The results showed that ease of access, service quality, and habit are the main factors influencing students' decisions in choosing conventional banks. In addition, social and economic factors also contributed significantly. The findings are expected to provide insights for Islamic banking to improve services and marketing strategies to attract more students. Keyword: Conventional Banks, Student Interest, Islamic Economics, Influencing Factors.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan UAV dalam pemetaan penggunaan lahan di sekitar Waduk Pondok Ranggon memberikan manfaat yang beragam. Pertama, pemetaan UAV dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pola penggunaan lahan di sekitar waduk. Informasi ini penting dalam perencanaan dan pengelolaan wilayah, serta membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait pembangunan infrastruktur, pelestarian lingkungan, dan perlindungan sumber daya alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) untuk pemetaan pengunaan lahan di sekitar Waduk Pondok Ranggon, Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan Drone DJI- Zenmuse L1 LiDAR dan GPS RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) untuk melakukan pemetaan penggunaan lahan dengan bantuan software DJI Tera, Pix4D, Agisoft Metashape dan Arc GIS. Hasil peneltiian menunjukan bahwa jalan memiliki luas 1.12 ha, lahan kosong memiliki luas 3.65 ha, lapangan memiliki luas 0.12 ha, permukiman memiliki luas 5.92 ha, semak memiliki luas 10.19 ha, setapak memiliki luas 11.38 ha, sungai memiliki luas 1.54 ha, tambak memiliki luas 0.83 ha dan waduk memiliki luas 6.01 ha. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah dalam memonitoring penggunaan lahan di sekitar Waduk Pondok Ranggon kedepannya.

Abstract

Posyandu Bahagia is one of the community health service centers in Cibeureuyeuh Village, Conggeng District, Sumedang Regency which has an important role in efforts to improve maternal and child health. However, in its implementation, this Posyandu faces challenges in terms of less than optimal communication and service promotion, which has an impact on low community participation in Posyandu activities. Therefore, this community service aims to optimize the branding of Posyandu Bahagia through the use of Canva as a graphic design tool in health promotion and education strategies. Using the Canva platform, which is easy to access and use, Posyandu members and health cadres in Cibeureuyeuh Village were trained to create various graphic design materials, such as informative and interesting posters, flyers and infographics. This approach is expected to increase the visibility of Posyandu Bahagia, increase public awareness of the importance of maternal and child health, and encourage higher participation in Posyandu activities. The methods used in this service activity are lectures, discussions and exercises. Apart from that, as a result of this, posyandu cadres realized that branding was needed as a distinctive characteristic and were interested in developing better branding. Thus, it can be said that this branding strategy received a positive response from Posyandu cadres.
