Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in early childhood education at the Alam Bulukerto Playgroup, which prioritizes the development of creativity and independence through nature-based learning experiences. The Merdeka Curriculum offers flexibility for teachers to tailor learning to each child's unique needs, which is crucial at an early age. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method, where data was collected through direct observation, interviews with teachers, and documentation of activities. The study results indicate that the application of the Merdeka Curriculum in a nature-based play environment encourages exploration and direct interaction with nature, fostering children's self-confidence and interest in the learning process. Activities such as gardening and introducing the local ecosystem help children develop social skills, independence, and critical thinking through real experiences. Children are also more engaged and motivated as they can choose activities that match their interests. The implications of these findings suggest that implementing the Merdeka Curriculum with a nature-based learning approach can serve as an effective model for early childhood education, creating an adaptive and sustainable learning environment. This approach has the potential to be applied in other early childhood education institutions to nurture children who are independent, creative, and environmentally conscious from an early age.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah, as one of the largest Islamic organizations in Indonesia, has used various media to spread da'wah since its inception. Suara Muhammadiyah (SM) magazine, first published in 1915, has become an important instrument in supporting the organization's da'wah mission. This study aims to analyze the role of SM magazine as Muhammadiyah's charitable endeavor in the field of da'wah and its relevance in the development of the era. The study uses a literature review approach and qualitative descriptive methods by analyzing various primary and secondary sources related to SM and the context of Muhammadiyah's da'wah. The results of the study show that SM has played a role as a medium to purify Islamic teachings, promote educational modernization, and build national awareness since the pre-independence era to the digital era. This magazine not only conveys religious messages, but also encourages readers to think critically, understand global issues, and adapt to technological advances. In facing the challenges of the digital era, SM has succeeded in maintaining its existence through innovation, such as the use of digital platforms and social media, which allow the dissemination of da'wah messages to a wider audience, including the younger generation. The implications of this study indicate that Muhammadiyah's success in utilizing media as a means of da'wah can be a model for other organizations. SM's consistency in conveying moderate and progressive Islamic messages illustrates how traditional print media can adapt and remain relevant amidst technological developments. This study also emphasizes the importance of synergy between Islamic values, media innovation, and the needs of modern society in supporting inclusive and wide-reaching da'wah.

Abstract

Culture is born and develops from the human mind which is passed down from generation to generation so that it becomes a custom that must be carried out. In daily life, this culture merges and follows the pattern of social life so that it gives various meanings. Integration, internalization and implementation of culture produce a work that is different in each region and has its own uniqueness and characteristics which indicate the character of the people even though they have the same function and role, but in its application, culture in each region has special characteristics that are unique and in accordance with the circumstances that society. As is the case with the muna tembe nggoli culture of the Ntobo people of Kota Bima. In this study, researchers want to try to examine the elements of values and the internalization of Islamic education values contained therein. This research has several objectives, namely 1) To describe and analyze the existence of Islamic education and its relationship with culture. 2) To describe and analyze the educational values in the process of making muna tembe nggoli. 3) To describe and analyze the internalization of the values of Islamic education in the culture of muna tembe nggoli which are applied in people's daily activities. The type of research used is field research using descriptive qualitative methods. The data is obtained by means of observation, interviews or interviews, field notes, and documentation. With this method researchers can see directly, interact and dig up information related to the object being studied. The research instruments were the researchers themselves and supporting instruments in the form of observations, interview guides, field notes, documentation and cell phones. The data analysis technique is triangulation. The stages of data analysis in research are by reducing, presenting, classifying, checking the validity of the data, verifying and drawing conclusions. As for the results of this study, the authors found several elements of Islamic values, namely ethical, aesthetic, moral and religious values contained therein. This value comes from the procedure for making and using tembe nggoli after it has been made. The internalization of these values is contained in the daily implementation of people who still adhere to ancestral culture based on Islamic law, although many of them do not understand more deeply the meaning and simbols of the motifs in tembe nggoli.

Abstract

This study describes the management of religious character education in the Covid-19 pandemic era at SDMT Ponorogo. The objectives to be achieved are: (1) to determine the management of religious character education in the Covid-19 pandemic era at SDMT Ponorogo, and (2) to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The collected data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion methods. The results of this study are as follows: (1) planning for religious character education in the Covid-19 pandemic era at SDMT Ponorogo was carried out by determining the goals and targets of religious character education, compiling the types of content, programs, activities and policies, then by creating activity programs, and by preparing tools for implementing activities. (2) Organizing religious character education in the Covid-19 pandemic era at SDMT Ponorogo was carried out by dividing tasks and responsibilities, preparing activity schedules, and fostering the relevant units. (3) The implementation of religious character education in the Covid-19 era at SDMT Ponorogo is carried out by strengthening religious character through online, offline, limited face-to-face, and normal face-to-face learning. (4) Supervision of religious character education in the Covid-19 era at SDMT Ponorogo includes: preliminary or feed-forward supervision, ongoing supervision, and feedback supervision.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study is the implementation of Islamic Education values ​​and the extent of the success of the Takmir in prospering the mosque, as well as knowing the supporting factors and obstacles to efforts to prosper the Darul Hikmah Mosque. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of Islamic education values ​​at the Darul Hikmah Mosque in Ponorogo. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The research instruments are several people related to this research then developed with observation, interview and documentation check guidelines. While the data processing and data analysis techniques through three stages: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Islamic education values ​​at the Darul Hikmah Mosque through activity programs carried out by Takmir and congregation, namely: Values ​​of faith, morals, worship, cleanliness, social care, history, aqidah, ihsan, da'wah, character, patience, steadfastness, discipline, and togetherness. Therefore, to realize the vision and mission of the Darul Hikmah Mosque, the mosque management must continue to innovate in order to create a model mosque, especially in Ponorogo Regency. However, along the way, there are several supporting factors that need to be maintained and developed, as well as inhibiting factors that must be addressed
